The staff called us at 11am in the morning after arriving by plane at 4am JUST to remind us that we have to pay for the day. I was outraged. We already paid 3000rs at night just 6 hours earlier and now they were afraid of not getting any money from us like we are at risk of being insolvent. The rooms had AC, yea, but also roaches. Roaches in the bath, in the drawer and closet. In the hallway there was water dripping from the ceiling from a hole which means nothing good for the building construction. The staff was friendly, but unable to help us find a travel agency or help us get a SIM card, which by the way would be a nice complementary way of getting some cash flowing as foreigners would pay a lot of money to get a SIM and it's nearly impossible to obtain one without the help of an Indian native because of the OTP requirement to reference an Indian phone number. All in all we wanted to move as fast as possible.

Horrendous experience!! I booked room th or airport transit through oyo. The room wasn’t cleaned for many days. Used conforms on the bath room floor.. broken toilet.. the linen wasn’t even changed after the previous occupant vacated the room..AC doesn’t work. It’s electrical connection controlled from outside so that occupants cannot turn on!! We asked for reception staff to come up and showed the state of the room and bathroom.. he responded in Hindi .. it is what it is.. what do you expect.. I left a review in OYO which was removed immediately.. customers book the room believing the positive reviews on OYO.. the true colour will be seen only after check in..

This is one of my worst experiences with OYO. We had booked the place from dec 16 until dec 18, we could not check in on dec 16 so we called the Oyo service centre as well as the hotel manager ( Munna is his name) , they both told us that the rooms will be available, we had booked two rooms with an advance payment. When we arrived on dec 17, representative Kiran mentioned that the rooms are not available and are all booked. There is no coordination and the reception is not aware of anything. This is my second experience with OYO which has been bad. If the app is not able to show the exact room details, then it is time for the product team to look into it rather than wasting our time. No wonder this is in losses.

We lived here for 2 days. It's a bit outside the main city but closer to the airport. While it's not ideal if you want to stay and enjoy the Cosmopolitan vibe, it's good if you just want peace and quiet. They don't have an inbuilt restaurant so it's all swiggy and Zomato for you which I like because limiting ourselves to only the hotel we stay is not something I enjoy. The place is well maintained except the rooms are a bit small and the bathrooms were a bit congested. However good for the price and service is good. Since we travelled all day and only needed a place to crash, it was ideal for us- cheap and reliable. If you're looking for luxury, however, this is not the option.

The staff is excellent, every service is just phenomenal! Stayed here for a month, it was just outstanding! One of the best hotels that I have Been to. The service is in par with the best hotels such as ibis and aloft. When you are staying here just remember one name and all your work will be done whatever it may be, the name is Waseem. He will get it it what so ever it maybe. His Jolly nature is really good even the next shift manager Surendra is also very good. One of the best hotels in the vicinity. I won't prefer this townhouse anymore because I ll tell few points which u might also face 1st -it's extremely far 2nd they charge more then other townhouse for early check in 3rd you won't get network in your phone at all 4th WiFi will be available no internet 5th ac woowwewww it's just for name sake looks like bought second hand u have to stick to fan only 6th staff I didn't fell much friendly I felt rude 7th bathrooms were not neat used soap was kept instead of shower gel 8th washroom exhaust sounds like generator if u start

No guaranteed parking space if you visit in your own car. The hotel seems to have a basement area for parking but it was closed off. The receptionist did not bother to help sort out my issue at all, forcing me to cancel and look for an alternate arrangement after driving all the way from Chennai. Is bang opposite Reva University, students park their 2-wheelers and almost completely block the access road to the hotel. Cannot comment on rooms and facilities. Dissatisfied and disappointed at Oyo. They should not show this as a property with parking facility on their app or any other booking site.

The food was good but the room and receptionist staff were not good. I stayed there for three days but they gave me a bad room .The wash room was dirty . Room no 106 certain was broken. I told them 10 times to change my room but they did not respond. I suggest you do not go there .it's worth the money.

One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in my life !!! Pathetic rooms which is not clean. Toilet seats broken & not cleaned. The bed sheets have not seen the laundry in days. There was power cut the entire night of my stay. The front desk staff has no clue of his job Overall this hotel is a scam i wouldn't even recommend it to my worst enemy !!!!! If your planning to choose this hotel i would rather recommend sleeping in your car itself you might be more than comfortable in it !!!!

A newly set up oyo townhouse. It was clean and equipped with all the necessary amenities. We stayed there for 2 separate dates. The first experience wasn't as good as the service was not up to the mark. But the second time around, they outdid themselves. The Kattigenahalli lake is at a walking distance from the stay. So, overall it was a good experience.

One of the Worst hotel so far. Unprofessional pathetic staff. While called for booking related queries, not even bothered to answer properly. I don't understand why they are in the hospitality industry if not trained to talk properly. I immediately cancelled my bookings with them. Couple friendly . Good for stay with family and friends. The staffs here are very polite and cooperative. They have a dinning space but it has tym limits. Room service is good which mostly OYOs have. Overall a nyc place just situated in front of reva college . U can take scottie , car on rent by drivezy. A few kms away ONN Bike service is there where u can book bikes on rent if u want to travel in bengaluru as a road trip.

Receptionist is rude and lazy to help people. He's also dealing with drivezy bookings but when i go ask him about the same.. he acted like he donno about drivezy. When i made him to had a talk with drivezy customer care, he responded to them and told there were no bikes in condition. He would have told me the same before i waited long to contact customer support and made him talk

A very nice and clean place. You can find almost everything nearby due to its close proximity to university campus. Lots of PG around. Bikes on rent. Nearby market have lots of options for food, clothing etc. The location is perfect between airport and city. Extra points for Complimentary breakfast.

Place smelled of sweage as soon as you enter the smell seaps into the dining area as well the stench is nauseating, staff lotiers around the dining area making themselves at home on the tables talking loudly on their phones watching shows , not very hospitable even for a supposedly 3 star hotel

It was a delightful living here. The hotel staffs were helpful. The hotel manager, Wasim also helped me to get my delivery from myntra when i was not in the hotel. The interior of the living places are awesome. I stayed here for 1 week during training period in Mahindra comviva.

Good rooms .. supportive staff.. but foul smelling corridors,cannot stand the smell in the first floor and dining , reception area. Complementary Breakfast not at all good ..

Hotel says. No ac available. No tv available. That's because of the low booking price. They can't give the service for 600 as an individual their price starts from 1200. Oyo please take care of the issue. And they're saying they don't care about oyo customers.
