Have had to report to ACCC after they broke a 12 month agreement and began charging whatever they wanted. I signed up for a $90 unit fee with Supercheap Storage plus $27.27 for insurance. This was the deal negotiated in March 2015 with their sales rep to continue until February 2016. However, as early as July 2015, they increased this total fee to $143.90 then up to $160.40 in June 2016 without my consent or even notifying me. The original agreement was to remain in place until February 2016 - I signed up to an agreed cost over an agreed period given the length of storage (over 12 months). That was part of the deal negotiated by their team in order to get my business. After speaking with a representative today, they said the company had emailed me and has record of this however, they have made a typo in the email address saved on their file resulting in me never getting the emails. Also, they will not provide me with proof of the sent items despite my requests. There is a total of $300+ in fees charged above the existing agreement which was breached only months after my signing. Further, they refuse to refund the fees, saying it's not their policy to do so. Don't trust them, go elsewhere.

I was highly impressed with Super Cheap Storage. They were the best priced storage place. All staff have been friendly. We took the premium service where removalist came and packed our storage unit. We had Matt and Alex who were friendly and helpful. They took the time to ensure all my belongings were packed nicely in the unit (it was like a game of textris). I truly appreciate all there assistance. I highly recommend this storage place. The only thing to consider which doesn't affect me is that if you need access to your storage unit you will need to give 24 hours notice, however they were upfront about this. Also I love the different packages they offer from DIY to the premium service. No other storage place offered this when I called for quotes (I called about 6 other places). Excellent customer service they made the storage experience easy for me.

From start of order to a finished job, there was great coordination in the process. I was particularly impressed with the efficiency that Matt and Omar excercised in the job, especially Matt has a great analytical mind for the accurate requirements of my items which fitted in snugly into 3 modules as estimated. He was very clear and polite in his answers. Both of them worked well together, did not waste time and handled the items carefully. I feel they were very experienced and professional. I highly recommend Supercheap Storage for removal and storage using the "modules" concept which is great with no double handling to unload for storage and reload the items for delivery! I am a very satisfied customer for sure and they will be in charge of my next move to my new house. Thank you.

When I first booked with supercheap storage - my initial priority was that it would be my cheapest option for moving house. It turns out the cheapest doesn't mean poor service - I had the ABSOLUTE pleasure of working with Matt and Henryk (i hope I spell his name right). I have a beautiful custom made table, which practically weighed the same as a tree (not exaggerating), and a beanbag that barely fit through hallways. No job was too big or too hard - they brought in a forklift just to be able to move the table for me. They were careful whilst time efficient, and didn't leave even a mark on anything. I've never met more happy movers before - thank you both Matt and Henryk. You guys seriously rock and I can't wait to move again so we can have you move our airsack and tree logs!

Super Cheap Storage, Melbourne. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Outstanding service. Great concept. Well run, efficient company. The staff are very courteous and a delight to deal with. We opted for their Premium service. Well worth it! Our movers were great. Matt and Mederick. Very polite helpful chaps and experienced true professionals. They took utmost care in handling our belongings, wrapped our furniture in blankets and stacked everything beautifully maximising the use of space. I visited the warehouse in Footscray where the units are stored to check it all out before going ahead, and found it to be most satisfactory. My husband and I were impressed with the whole experience. Smooth, speedy and stress free. We would use this company again and happily recommend them.

Excellent and Exceptional Customer Service, Care and attention to detail. Last week, my wife and I used the 'Premium Service' offered by Supercheap Storage to remove and store our personal and household contents and return them to our new home. We dealt with Joshna, Bashak and David at their office and the actual removal and return was handled by Matt and Agi and we simply cannot describe how very satisfied we are with the quality of their service. They were calm, professional and extremely courteous. We accidentally placed our son's Thomas, the Tank Toys in storage and they went out of their way to help us retrieve them from their storage facility in Footscray. Matty from Supercheap Storage West Footscray called us before arriving, allowing us to organise ourselves. From the word go he showed consideration of any wishes, or suggestions we had. His friendly manner made it easy to communicate with him, while his knowledge and experience in utilising the available space to the maximum was immediately noticeable. Last, but not least, he was always aware of the time, making every attempt to save us money for extra time. All in all, this was a pleasant experience and our thanks go to a considerate, friendly and professional removealist.

Today i happen to be in accident where the other driver accused me of being in the wrong but it was until matt from supercheap storage came and helped me out. As matt happen to be driving behind the car the ran into me he had his dashcam going and got the whole thing in record and now has even gone back to his factory to make a copy for me is his own time on a friday . Matt just the way you have handled this whole situation and helped me out it actually is good to know there is still good people out there. Cheers matt bloody legend

We are so very grateful to Matt and Alex for all of their help moving us in and out of our home. They were very careful with our belongings, very polite and friendly with our crazy kids running around, fast and hard workers. I am so pleased with this company, the Drivers Matt and Henrik were so polite and helpful. From the minute we decided to go through Supercheap to the pick up the whole transition was professional and I would recommend them highly. Nothing was a bother, from the Manager to the staff I would say this company is awesome. The website is very helpful and thorough, once again to the Manager and the staff thank you for making our lives easier and for your support and ongoing help.

I am sooo happy with this service. Shannon and Ty did an amazing job packing my two modules. They where on time, gave me a courtesy call about an hour out from arival. And were very respectful with all of our family's possessions. They wrapped and stacked everything perfectly far more than I expected. In the past I used taxi box. Never again!!! The size of Their box's are so much smaller I would have needed four modules instead of two. 10 out of 10

Everything went right with our furniture removal, storage and retrieval. Both pickups were done efficiently, on time and with due consideration to our requests. Matty and Alex have just left after delivering our furniture from storage. Once again, the guys were very courteous and obliging. So, the excellent pickup / delivery service combined with cheap storage rates meant that the whole experience has been worth five stars.

We used the premium service and the movers dropped our storage unit onto the road while loading the unit it onto the truck. The damage wrote off their unit and our furniture. After being assured we would be compensated via their insurance, nothing has been done and they are reportedly not returning their insurance brokers calls.... DO NOT USE. What a nightmare.

Absolutely atrocious company. I consider their practices contrary to law, and I will be taking my complaint further. They are deceptive, will charge you additional fees without consent, and the manager (Bashak Bolatcan) is rude and offensive. Buyer beware. I wish I had googled this company before I went with them.

Nasty pieces of work, bullying, threatening, and complete liars. Overcharged me, told me I would get services were not true, try to take advantage of single women by bullying tactics and then put their fees up without consent. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

Used this service recently to store my goods for a couple of months when I went OS. From the beginning to the end they were easy to deal with and really looked after my goods. They were also the cheapest product in the market I could find. RECOMMEND HIGHLY.

Absolutely terrible experience - they over charged and stopped responding to my emails pursuing an explanation and a refund. I am still travelling and this has been a cause for so much anxiety. I would strongly advise DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

No it's not the case that it's only $19 a week. Don't be fooled. My charges have been increased without notification or justification nor any warning prior at any point by any one from supercheap storage. ACCC here I come!

We had a great experience with Matt and Miles grade A service. First time we have used removalist sand they made it all very smooth and easy.. booking them in for when we are ready to move in :)
