I have purchased pretty well most of Swarts Tools has had to offer over a number of years. Other than great value and well made equipment I have found the staff there really helpful and friendly - rare to come across these days. On one occasion the drop saw extension table, that I had purchased, had a slight defect - I called them and they asked to bring it in – I did so and without hesitation they offered me a replacement. Not only that there was a newer model coming out, with an additional feature, and if I was prepared to wait a few weeks they would offer me that at no extra cost. I took up that offer and they also said I could keep the old one as well. That is really smart business and customer service as I have spread the word on many occasions. Excellent support and customer service. I purchased a bundle of the compound mitre saw, stand plus the shop vac. The stand was back-ordered and would be a few extra weeks to arrive, but Swarts were quite happy to ship the parts out separately as they were available instead of making me wait for all the parts and a single shipment. The base of the saw had a manufacturing fault - these things happen - and Swarts handled it quickly and professionally, sending me a replacement plus an extra saw blade for my troubles. When I asked about an adapter to attach the shop vac to the saw for dust collection, they provided me one for just the cost of shipping. Whenever I need a new tool, I first check it Swarts have what I need. I am eagerly hoping they expand their range.

I purchased a drop down metal cutting saw at a very good price from Samuel. I left the saw at the job about 1000 kms from the coast at Lightning Ridge, and needed to buy spare blades for it but could not locate the blade measurements. i got in touch with Samuel and got a response almost immediately with full details. Purchased some 125mm x 1mm cutting discs for an angle grinder about 12 months ago and I have been very happy with the cutting performance and longevity of the discs. Bought their thin 5" cutting discs multiple times, they are now the only ones I use, been through over 100 of them and never had an explosion, they last as long or longer than the expensive ones and far, far cheaper.

Always buy my cut off disc thru Swarts never had a bad batch and find they are better than the ones you get from your hardwares and tool shops I use them everyday aswell highly recommend always fast delivery
