NEVER EVER THINK TO APPLY TO SWINBURNE SYDNEY CAMPUS!!! WORST WORST WORST WORST WORST EXPERIENCE. No Student should have such an experience. One of the Worst Experiences of my Life. My brother enrolled in a course Construction and Infrastructure Management here for January 2022. We have paid 75% of the fees and received CoE and applied VISA. Course Commencement Date was 31st January. I see the timetable was good. Suddenly everything changed. His first class was on 3rd of February. I see on 2nd of January, his enrollment was removed. No email, no communication of any sort. When I called them to confirm what's going on, they informed that the course has been withdrawn by University as there were no enough students. This was informed only after I called them on the day of my first class. Which is 3 days from the course commencement date. Now, after spending a lot of money on VISA, Travel and other stuff to travel to Australia, he is concerned and stressed to search other options at this last moment. Atleast a prior notice would have been better. SHAME ON YOUR STAFF!

Contacted them via phone twice and both times they said the department would get back to me. I got an appointment when they didn't get back to me. They still didn't get back to me and like a joke, they had sent an email saying applications are closing. I'm guessing this is happening because the person in the education department is choosing not to get back to me. I guess they don't need new students.

Had a good experience during my study period. They have got really good teacher and supportive management team. They support their students to land jobs in a relevant fields. I would definitely be thankful for them and would recommend this college for others too.

Inept mgmt that's not even SUT, it is ECA (Sussex St) and they are a disaster. STAY AWAY and prefer direct comms with SUT. You will regret esp offshore applicantS that suffered so much at the hands of people SUT partnered with.

Abhorrent attitudes towards supporting students. They actually gaslit a disabled person instead of enacting their support services. Absolutely inept and just abuse towards a vulnerable person.

Nice campus and helpful management. It’s on level 5, management just have to put signs on ground level to make it easy for new visitors.
