Purchased product from them. I was told the wrong information by the staff regarding the product which needed to be ordered in. I confirmed multiple times with the staff that the product I ordered had certain things I wanted from it as I couldn't tell from the picture and description. I was then told i had to pay for it upfront, which I did thinking it was correct. The product arrived and it was the incorrect product. Due to the product taking a while to get to Australia 14 days elapsed from the invoice date and they said they couldn't refund me but only a store credit. I think this is piss poor as it was the error of the staff and them who made me pay it upfront. Went straight to total tools after and they had it in stock and knew what they were talking about. I'm 80 bucks down for no reason as I don't really have the need for a store credit in that shop. Incompetent and zero care for customers

I purchased a pressure washer for Casula Public School from Sydney Tools Gregory Hills. I first rang the store to inquire if they had the machine that I believed best suited the needs of the school which they did have in stock and I was able to pay for it online so all I had to do was pick it up. Kalvin was a gentleman and extremely helpful who ran me through everything I needed to know about the pressure washer and also gave me a free bottle of 4 stroke oil. Very professional service and I will be returning again if the school requires anything else.

Great customer service from when I called to check my item was in stock to when I walked out the door Kalvin was amazing Very friendly, made sure I had everything I needed and didn't have any questions about my item before leaving. Helped load my purchase into my car and extend the offer to call anytime with any questions. Can't speak highly enough of my experience. Will definitely be returning to make any future purchases from Kalvin.

Dealt with kyle, was a phenomenal experience, was more than helpful with all questions I had, knowledgeable of what they had and if it would suit our needs, ensured I was happy with the purchase, even when there was a minor issue (just pure bad luck) he went above and beyond to rectify it to make sure I was 100% satisfied. Will definitely be dealing with kyle and the team again regularly in the future.

Went in as a young man who's spent most of his time behind a computer. Kyle served me from the moment I walked in to 45 minutes later when I walked out with a trolley, lawn mower and edge trimmer. Was great to deal with but the icing on the cake was when he skipped the $80 delivery because my house was 200m from the store and he personally delivered it in his Ute the next day. Incredible props to him.

The service from Sydney Tools - Gregory's Hills is Excellent! Ahmed K is my go to for everything, in the rare event that he doesn't have the answer he will get me the answer from a company rep. I always know I am getting the genuine answers and never feel like he is pushing one product over another. The prices are good, but It's this type of customer service that keeps me coming back.

Ordered and paid for a product. Was told it would be in by the following Tuesday, I said that's fine I don't need it to the Saturday. Called on Tuesday and told we don't have it. Phoned on Thursday and told it will be in by Friday morning snd no product. Disappointed and won't be shopping there again.

Excellent service. The Makita mower I was keen on, and needed in a hurry, was out of stock in most ST stores. Joseph found one and was extremely helpful and professional. Gregory Hills is now my home ST store.

Bought online but not available. No issue Kalvin sorted it out with a better model at the same price with a gift thrown in for the inconvenience. Kalvin was awesome and I shall be back.
