I have been shopping here alot and today it will be my last day to shop here. Horrible customer service and they got bad attitude and rude. When we were there and check out my item. One of cashier ran over my items twice on several items. We have told her that she ran over the items. She kept saying No and talk back to us. Fine, i told her to check out and after i got my receipt. I counted on my items and there were 45 items instead of 32. I came back and told the cashier and told her that was wrong. She call the other lady who is bad manager name Barbara I. She came and i told her that we already told the cashier that was mess up but The cashier didn't listen. The cashier talked back again and said she didn't mess it up. I told her that if wasn't why we still here. The manager was extremely rude and mean told me if i wasn't want these items so i can return. What the heck does she taking about. I have been spending here over an hour and she told me that. This tj max is bad and rude. I would never come back here anymore. If TJ max keep employees who doesn't care about customers they will lose a business for sure.

I was followed in the restroom by a mentally challenged man. I had to lock myself in the bathroom stall for 10 min. until I was able to call the store and notify them that the man had followed me in there and could they send someone to help me. When the Sherif and store manager came back there nothing was done because in the 2 minutes it took them to come to the restroom the man left and went to the water fountain next to the ladies restrooom. When I wanted to report the incident the store manager said since she didn't see the man physically in the ladies restroom, there was nothing she could do. PLEASE BE CAREFUL GOING TO THE BATHROOM ALONE!!!

I love the variety of bargains I come across I buy my syrups from T.J.Maxx to use in smoothies, ice cream etc. Here, Have a smoothie on me The store is clean, the greeters are friendly ,helpful & make me feel like they are glad I came 11/27/23 went to T.J.Maxx around 8:30 am. People were shopping,the store was well stocked & very clean.there are lots of Bargains! The employees were friendly & helpful.i really enjoyed myself.looking around the store ❤️ it was relaxing, I found my syrups & Tea. I ❤️ my teas! Check them out.

this place is very well played out for it to be a discount store. The people are very friendly and helpful. The person at the jewelry counter hope my wife for about 10 minutes to find a pair of earrings and a bracelet. there was Adequate parking on 10-15 minutes from the French quarter. If there is little to moderate traffic. With heavy. traffic 29 to 30 to get from the French quarter. We came 2:30 in the afternoon it took 14 minutes.

TJMax is one of my favorite places to shop. I shop on a regular at TJMax, Marshalls, and Home Goods. I always able to find selections I like or need at an affordable price. It also gives me the opportunity to try products I never used before without having the feeling of it being a waste of too much money, if I end up not liking the product.

Nice cutting boards, 5 stars, the line was short, there wasn’t a lot of people and I got exactly what I was looking for, definitely a great place to go!! This place may not please everyone but I’ve been here before, I am a experienced shopper so I knew what I was looking for. Be nice it this place got more business.

This place was ok. I had to make a return of a pair of women's shoes that my mom purchased for a loop hole where the shoe lace goes was torn. The store gladly accepted the return so, I picked up a pair of flip flops with my mom's return money of her shoes

This store is fun. The selection of women's clothing is hit or miss, but the housewares, costume jewelry is fab! Kids clothing reasonably priced. Its a great place to shop, just don't go in there looking for that perfect blouse to match your mauve suit.

I love going to this T.J. Max location in particular. The staff is amiable and very accommodating. It's always very stocked, and I always find what I'm looking for. The store is always organized and ready for every season. I would recommend it!

I am totally a Maxinista love this TH Maxx stores BUT THIS store definitely needs to get its act together when it comes to check out clerks. Doesn't matter when you visit you always have a line atty check out... way too long too

I love this store. I always spend to much and like a trip to Walmart, I always get what I don't need. The candle, and home decor isles are my favorite to visit. But I can always spend 30 mins looking through the purse section.

I love coming here; been coming here since I was a teen. Always find something interesting and never leave the store empty handed. They almost always have new items everytime you go back. And also great deals too!

T.J Maxx is my all time department store to shop for reasonable prices but i feel like they need to work on their shoe department like get more shoes for that department so people could browse for a shoe they like

International shopping from all over, prices for low to high, and this trip I bought a 3pk. Canvas set and a dish to hold & mix my paints for less than $10.00. MsJo

We found an enormous amount of stuff for right under $300...a wand, dry shampoo, several packs of socks, several pair of pants & so many shirts!!! Love this one!

I found the perfect leather totes bag for me and it was on clearance for a fraction of the price. I plan to return soon for other great deals they have.

They've stopped carrying the soap and lotion I bought for years. I never find any shoes in my size anymore. The prices have incresed dramatically.
