Great store with excellent prices, their slogan is "Big Brands Small Prices" it's the type of place you have to return often - as stock moves fairly quickly and regularly. Some days will be better than others so be open minded. I do suggest you allow plenty of time to go through all areas, menswear, women's wear, home wear, shoes, handbag & accessories, makeup and children's wear. I love the Polo slip on shoes for small children @ $39.95 they are an excellent gift idea. Whenever I need a great gift I always head here first, Michael Kors handbags and clothes, Polo shoes and polo shirts, Calvin Klein cotton pyjamas. Cowhide rugs @ $299, and beautifully edged, Freedom Furniture sell their cowhide rugs for $599. Car parking is in the basement, great shops on all levels and a cafe on the first level.

While shopping in your store yesterday afternoon we would like to say to James and staff you went beyond to help us. We had purchased two trolley loads and without hesitation James organised a very well mannered young man to help us to the car to unload. The girls at the counter were very patient too. Although a nice store with plenty to choose from, the customer service is very unprofessional. I think a smile or "hello" "how are you" wouldn't go a stray, instead a been met with a sour look and a arrogant persona from Laura is all you'll get. Perhaps someone needs some training, and further that with teaching your staff to deal with complaints in a more professional manner.

Although TK Maxx is a good shop in general, different to most, this branch doesnt seem to change their stock very often and seldom has sales. Contrary to what they advertise, I've noticed that their prices aren't much better than buying anywhere else. Aside from this, you can pick up some unique goodies and homewares in particular.

This TK Maxx is definitely hit and miss. I find the homewares far superior than the clothes and shoes. In saying that they have a good selection of mid level brands that aren’t for me but a lot of people would like them (Steve Madden, Guess etc). Guys clothes are better than the women’s selection, good luggage sometimes too.

Brilliant atmosphere here in this location surrounded by calmness instead of busy shopping areas It's brilliant to have a high quality and normally priced items at such a huge reduction.Staff are so patient and helpful always smiling when I've shopped.after my grocery shop at Aldi's. Very open store too !!!

Price is really good if you can hold out till the specials even better. The selection through the store is amazing. It changes all the time really good for fitness equipment and clothing. I would recommend going with about 200 if you shop smart you can get $300 rrp items for down to 20 but get in first :)

It seems all cheap, but then you realise its cheaper because the clothes have issues, too long, too tight in arms etc, shoes not really functional some buys are good but 80 per cent of what l have bought there is dyfunctional unfortunately. It appears they buy what cannot be sold due to issues.

Good TK Maxx store. Has a large variety of clothes and homeware. Mostly women's clothes. Men's section has stock for most things but seams to be seasonal. I've purchased shirts and kids clothes. Got my son a very nice suit here for less then $50. Easy access to the store from basement carpark

incredibly rude and unhelpful staff , the manager in particular on duty Wednesday morning would come close to being the rudest retail assistant I have ever meet in my life ... I have no idea how or why people with an adittude like her’s are appointed in these types of front line positions

Is a big open format store with a decent range. The brands (speaking for the mens section) are a little more up market than the usual TK outlets in the burbs. Pricing is still decent which is a plus. Be warned for those with 4x4 and upgrades, the height clearance for the car park is 2m.

Well, I wanted to give it a 2.5 star. Having bought in TKMax in Ireland for many years I was disappointed by this Brisbane store. The average items for sale were inexpensive but so they should be. The range, store, in-store music, etc. were all just a little bit too cheap.

Too good - be prepared to spend money ! Not that it’s expensive - it’s not! So you’ll want to spend more - it’s the variety of body care products that I like - all under $10 and different from the usual stuff you see - I got some bath bombs and candles for $6 each

One of reason I signed up the gym in the valley is I can go to TK Maxx after gym.. every single time! I always say I just gonna do a quick window shopping... well... too many good stuff and deals! You can literally spend hours and hours here......

Just love this place, you never know what you are going to find but always pretty good prices and plenty of bargains, there is always something new and interesting for that difficult person and plenty of homewards. Heaps of parking too.

Love browsing TK Maxx stores, mainly because you never know what you may find. Theres rows & rows of designer gear at bargain prices. This Fortitude Valley branch is usually very tidy & orderly & the staff are helpful & friendly.

Excellent customer service. Went shopping with a friend, both of ua having to use walking sticks. We had too much to carry to the car so a staff member assisted us to carry it. We appreciate the service.

All the brands are fabulous and cheap. I honestly wouldn’t shop in a shopping centre for the time it takes to visit separate shops and the price. This is the best! And it’s right in the Valley!

Great stock great prices on great brands. This store also has a larger stock and variety of lingerie then other tkmaxx stores I've been to in Brisbane including larger sizes like F, G cups

Its not the same as UK, America or even Poland. Not many brands, prices are ok. There is a lot to be improved. I wish they would have similar brands/prices/choice as overseas TK Maxx.

A soemwhat varied variety than some of the other TK Maxx stores around. I used to pop in while waiting for the other half in the city, with free parking what more can you ask for?

Best inexpensive fashion outlets conveniently positioned in the fortitude valley homemakers. Caters to both men and women and in larger sizes. Fun place to lose your other half!!!

Picked up some trendy clothes for our Christmas holiday to Vanuatu at a reasonable price. Unable to find a pair of mens board shorts, variety & styles were lacking.
