Not sure what's going on with TK Max these days but the quality has gone down. Many of the clothes have designer labels but don't let that fool you into thinking they are good quality. It works like this: TK approach Jeff Banks (for example) and say "we'd like to sell that shirt in our stores, how much is it" Jeff Banks come back with a price and TK say, "ooh no, that's too much". Jeff Banks then say, "well for you we can use a cheaper material, cheaper buttons, use a different stitch method, lose a pocket, use cheaper fabric dyes etc etc. What you get is not the quality shirt sold in designer stores but a cheap imitation with a Jeff Banks label. I already know this is how TK sell what appears to be designer clothes at low cost however, even with that in mind, the quality of their clothes is worse than ever and the variety in their ranges (men's section at least) is terrible. Get it together TK. I want variety and the same level of poor quality you used to provide. Not the 2 levels below that you have currently sank to.

I can not believe how bad could be the tkmaxx customer service !! I placed my order online and I chose the collect in store option but still after 2 days I have not received any confirmation email to get my order number and collection date but it is not my fault since the amount has been taken from my account and I put all my detail and email address correctly etc . I emailed them few times and got no respond then I called them I was on the phone for about 20 mins explaining what happened she told me to wait one day then go to store in person which I did yet no one has tried to help me out. I used to buy loads of stuffs from tkmaxx shop and I love the stuffs in tkmaxx and first time I have a problem and I am so sad that they do not even try to sort out my problem. Really Disappointing

TKmaxx always has something to love. The shop is far more organised now than many years ago and often you can quickly scan the store to see if there's anything interesting in your size. Pop in every few weeks and you may be (pleasantly) surprised by the new stock. This is more of a store for the committed shopper who knows what's going on around town, than the guy who wants to go to 1 store and do his yearly shop perhaps. Either way TKmaxx can have some great items of clothing and can allow folks who, otherwise couldn't access designer clothing, pick up a couple of pieces, that would otherwise be impossible. I recently purchased a pair of Ralph Lauren trousers, originally £180 for £32. A very nice pair of trousers.

I like to shop there as they have different brands in good prices as in outlet. the shoes section is lovely specially the kids shoes. Most of my travel bags I got them from tkmaxx. Also the home section is one of my favourite always I check if they add new bedding linens and search for home candles strong nice smells. The kids accessories you have to see them specially for baby borns. It is a big to level store containing ( mens, womens, kids, shoes and accessories, home, and travel bag) not to forget the sport clothing they have high quality brands. you can always visit there and find new added items. I like how they arrange the clothes by type and sizes easy to search for what you need.

You find nice stuffs if you’ve time looking for them. I Shop here all the time, however staffs are not helpful at all, rather useless. , if you’re ask for something no one know anything or care to help. Even the cashiers are not helpful, if you ask to buy a bigger bags to carry all the stuffs you bought, their answers we don’t have bigger bags or worst don’t know. I spend thousands of dollars at TK max, I know better all the sizes of the carriers bags they carry then their own staffs. Pls TK max train your staffs like they care and proud to work at TK Max! Staffs are the strength of every business! Thank you!

This place is a gold mine if your looking for vintage clothing and lot of one-off of pieces especially the 80s style tracksuit like Adidas Originals and retro Puma clothing ok you got to rummage through but hey they come at a bargain price as well. You won't see much staff here apart from at changing rooms and at tills as the goods are all one-offs and what they have is what you can see you get all sorts from here from biscuits to dishes from suits to trousers and dresses and blouses and kids clothing even do furniture as well as part of their Homesense.

The TK Maxx store in Leeds is similar in layout to other branches and also has a wide range of items for sale. Everything, from branded designer clothing and bags, to quirky bird nesting boxes, you will probably find a bargain. We bought a variety of things on our visit; a bird table, some coffee cups, an air pods carry pouch, a ladies' designer backpack and a diamond ring (which was incredibly good value). So pop in for yourself and check out TK Maxx for yourself. But allow some time as there is so much to see!

Good shop, great prices, good luggage, although it does look and smell a bit like a charity shop, personally I cannot stand the smell and haven’t been in the shop for 6 months but i hope they have fixed the smell up because it was unbearable, also if you’re looking for clothes it’s very hard as the clothes are in random order and you will find a skirt on the right of the rack and to look for another size you may have to look on the other end of the rack or sometimes even on a completely different rack.

One of the best stores in the city center, with most of the brands inside. Where you do not need to go to many stores for shopping. Perhaps most people think that this store is only for sports, but it is quite the opposite, as it has many high-end clothes and shoes. Prices are very reasonable. The place is strategic and open to the center of Leeds. There are many bus stops there. The only negative is that when you want to pay you have to go back to a place in the back to pay and not downstairs.

I've always loved TK Maxx and come here often to shop. But yesterday, when checking out and paying, had a very unpleasant experience! That cashier, when I greeted her, she ignored me at all! While I was picking up the goods and handing them to her, she kept slapping the table with her hands... When I was loading the items after I settled the bill, she was also slapping the table with her hands! ! ! Really very unpleasant experience! HOWEVER, she say hi to next consumer and acted nicely…

Neat and well managed outlet for sales of reasonably priced cosmetics, toiletries, designer & non-designer clothings for males/females/kids, shoes, body care / hygiene items, home decor / furnishings, kitchen utensils, pets' care items etc. Got a few stuff but guess that's because I wasn't patient enough to go through the array of stuff in the store. The gold label are strictly high end designer stuff which I personally think are overpriced....

There is only one positive note about this place and that would be the great sales advisor working at jewellery, this black woman is not only extremely kind and nice, but also very helpful. Right on the money well-prepared she knows her stuff and she's very passionate and dedicated to help you. The rest of the stuff is absolutely useless but this lady is a great addition for tk maxx. I hope she is at least floor manager, she would deserve that!

Last week on Tuesday 14th, I shopped a nice blue shirt for my Little boy at a very value price on TKMaxx website Today 22nd, I went to their shop floor and was served by a lovely lady called Anne. She was very polite took every attention to details and even sent her colleague to make sure everything were spot on. You can find anything they want and especially thinks that you don’t find everywhere. Thank you for existing.

Good location. Very central. Excellent shop for bargains and luxury items made affordable. I particularly like the shoes, bags, travel items and home decor products. But that's a personal preference. Grabbed a few gifts from family and friends as well as other goodies on my way to the train station and didn't have to visit other shops as everything is more or less in the same place and the shop has plenty to offer.

Feels like a Kafka movie. Went there with my husband, both well in our forties, I put the merchandise on the desk which contained a knife and I was asked to provide ID. My husband offered to show his ID as I didn't have the ID on me but we were refused because it was me who put the knife on the desk. I worked for 10 years in retail and obviously I know about challenge 25 but such stupidity I've never met before.

Every time I have walked into the store there is no staff to ask help from.Whenever I am confronted with a manager they are blunt and rude. One in particular by the name of Anna who has no manners or respect for people. Kesha who is another I have come across who is INCREDIBLY disrespectful and rude. The cashiers at the mens department have an attitude and are chavy. would not recommend this store at all.

Absolutely love tk maxx I just brought most of Christmas gifts for family in hear great selections and if u get chance get to clearance section cause the items are insane and cheap. The staff are so nice and welcoming I love all sweets and biscuits from around the world and travel mugs kitchen appliances you name it love it pls go have look I'm sure you will come out with 1 item or 100 ha keep safe . X

I love TK Maxx usually however I visited the store yesterday and was harassed by the security. The security used un acceptable language and made us feel discriminated against. I have been a customer at TK Maxx for many years and spent thousands across your stores its just not good enough to say I was doing nothing wrong. I was just looking at shorts when he came over truly disappointed with TK Maxx.

They've got good trainers and quality clothing, from children to adults, men and women, everything in there is of standard .... Low price on sales. Anyway one of their sale's girl(I think he is man but looks like a lady) was very arrogant to me... I just didn't mind him or her... Tk Maxx is the best place to do shopping. At the end of the day I got myself some quality trainers and clothing.

A good variety of reasonably cheap clothes, shoes and accessories. Hit and miss as to what's in. It used to be all designer and big name brands but they've started sneaking in their own brands in amongst the genuine discounted brands. But there are still bargains to be had and I like to have a quick flick through the random selections just incase something jumps out at me.

Always a good option when it comes for casual shopping but it's a Hit and Miss tho. This is quite a big tk maxx store, it has plenty of departments with plenty of variety to offer. They have loads of shoes on offer, I visit here quite often, staff always here is very helpful, it's pretty quiet here in the evening which gives a good chance to browse around more nicely.

Absolutely wonderful place great useful staff I bought machine for shaving from one month ago and doesn't work and I lost the receipt I was disappointed but when I went and talked to the manager she said do you have a proof of bank statement when I said yes she said to me I can be able to change or return it it is amazing helpful thanks so much for great service

Good items but jumble sale like! This place does have some nice items bit you sure have to rummage for them. Nothing is together really it's all messed up. It does remind me of a jumble sale where you have to scour thorough everything It's crazy!!!! If you want a TK Maxx.... you're best bet is the one at Crown Point retail park. It's much more organised.

I bought a suitcase and it broke on the very first time of use. They agree to reimburse only 50%, because the suitcase was not brought to the shop. Of course it's wasn't - it was in another country. You buy a suitcase to travel. When a suitcase is broken out of the country you bought it from, you don't take it back with you, since it is already broken.

Branded clothes for a cheap price. Sometimes you can find a bargain (branded leather jacket for 10 pounds) but some other times you won't. Handbags are Incredible. You can feel a bit overwhelmed here. If you get trapped inside you will soon be looking at shoes, suitcases, cups and even pet supplies. Consider spending here a couple of minutes.

Good store with some great deals, however it's always a little difficult to navigate. Shelves and rails are a bit too close together so it can get uncomfortable trying to pass people to be able to look around, particularly in the shoe section! Always some unusual things for something a bit different though.

I hated an loved in one tkMax 15 12 years ago. Because you need to spend long time to dig out. But you getting what you want. Now just Loving it. No hate. I recall a time during a Christmas rush during lockdown when the escalators were out of order. Instead of redirecting customers through stairways we were told to wait in a MASSIVE queue for the one elevator which took ages. You could accidentally go downstairs yet be stuck in an unnecessary predicament.

One of the larger TK Maxx shops, arranged over two floors. As usual men are relegated to the bottom floor along with homeware items (although there's a HomeSense down the road for a better range in that department). Usual random selection of clothes and items, and the staff are friendly and helpful.

After only 2 weeks into a month holiday, I had a luggage breakdown. I was directed to TK Maxx to find a replacement. My first choice was Marks & Spencer but it seems they no longer carry luggage in house. Only by order. Huge choice and good prices. Good bye to the old and good buy for the new.

I bought some Marc Jacobs glasses today 12/11 at 12 o'clock. They came with a white case which was filthy and marked. I paid and noticed after. At the till I explained the case was badly marked. I asked if I could have another politely. The staff refused and weren't bothered. Hugely unhelpful.

Standard tk Maxx with a great selection of men's clothes if you're prepared to dig around. I find its better for smart clothes than the crown point store. The ladies shoe department is very large too. The kids section is not the best and the home section is ok but can get messy! Happy digging

I love tkmaxx. I find treasure everytime I go. It takes a lot of rummaging and patience but u can definitely find whatever you need and more. I use organic skincare products from here. U may not find the same product next time however their skincare products I have no camplaints about.

I always love shopping here. It is akin to a treasure hunt. It's as though I'm on a tiny treasure island seeking for gemstones. What I love about shopping at TK Maxx is how you don't find items in their dozens or hundreds. If you are looking for "unique", TK Maxx is the place to go.

Like every TKMaxx, it's a decent size but finding an item you like in a size that fits is a bit of a gamble and the stock can be all over the place, particularly at busy times and at Christmas. There's decent stuff to be had a good prices if you can be bothered to rummage though.

I like TK Maxx but there was a disappointing lack of womens clothing that didnt resemble a jumble sale items. I know it's the run up to Christmas and the feature is either sports clothing or jumpers but it was disappointing. Their jewelry selection was fab though.

Good choice of mens clothing. Loads space, loads racks and well laid out. Some great bargains but a mixed bag price wise. Men's shoe choice but weak really. Best to keep popping in for a browse as your more likely to grab a bargain then. Staff are friendly.

On my last visit to TK Maxx I paid for an old bag which colour was falling off and all my clothes and hands became red from the bits. So frustrating. Firstly I thought it's a vintage option of their bags, but then realised it's an old bad quality bag.

I expected more from this TK Max but it looks like it isn't as organised as others. You'll go downstairs for Mens only to be back upstairs for Mens shoes and socks. Also, it felt like I didn't find much unique items compared to other TK Max I've been.

Quite a large store for a city center, so definitely worth a visit. As with all TK Maxx stores, the stock is completely random as to what's there, but due to the amount this one has in, chances are you will find something that fits your needs.

Clean enough, people working here are always friendly. As with any discount shop, very much down to the luck of the draw as to whether you find what you want, but worth it for the savings (shoes and boots are a particular winner here for me!)

I don't know, this one is really hard. My wife loves it but I don't. In fact I can not remember the last time I bought anything from there. My wife always buys some thing. No further comment from me. Or I might upset the wife.

One of my favourite shops to get discounted and designer goods from the high street. My new addiction is perfume so I check in here 1st. Recently bought a full bottle of Paco Rabanne Pure XS for £52. Love love love TK Maxx!!

It is a good place if you are looking for a good, affordable clothes. Recently, they have tidied up the men's section on the lower floor. It gets easier to look in the sea of clothes, and you might find a hidden gem there.

Always great deals and a wide selection of designer brands. Cheap and quality sunglasses and bags, and the best place for multipack underwear! We visit TK Maxx everytime we're in town and always leave with our hands full.

This places has ample choices. I would rather go here and see first before I go and buy from branded store. The store is specious and excess is close to bus stand hence no need to take car and pay for parking charges

2 levels of clothes to buy from. The mens section is probably the largest I've been to as it's usually a little corner. Well worth a visit to see if you can snipe a bargain, it's open later than your usual shops too

If you like TK Max, this one is worth a visit as its huge! There's a lot more stuff here compared to my local Huddersfield store and the discounted clothes are a steal. It's close to the centre so not far to walk.

Surprisingly good. Quality clothing at fab prices. First visit and I parted with a load of cash... Love a good quality bargain.. ...sort ofvan upmarket and better quality version of Primark is my first thought.

Tk max is one of the stores your need to shop in. I went in there looking for shoes, and not only did I find a shoe that I like I only found a lovely dress which I did end up wearing to my new year eve party.

Good value and eclectic range if you shop carefully. Some real bargains but occasionally what appears discounted is cheaper on Amazon or elsewhere. Having said that still generally very good value for money.

A great place to find deals on pretty much anything. You can find designer clothes for really cheap prices especially during holidays. A large store with two floors and escalators between them.

Well this place is like a discounted branded store, if you give time you might do some wonders. Luxury branded items at a pretty reasonable rate. Do give a visit to the store every month or 2

Not bad if you're looking for a bargain or have a lot of time to look around. There's shoes, coats, bags, books, home ware, food etc I sometimes get a good deal on pans for the kitchen here.

If you are patient and not in a rush you can find some real gems. Other than the security starring at me as I entered on my previous visit, I have to say it's a good shop for cheap clobber.

always worth visiting if you are looking for a bargain off 'branded' clothing. They also have some real bargains off kitchenware -- I got my carbon steel wok from here for 15 quid.

Hate going in here - always chaotic! But that's the same in every TKM store! It's where my husband finds cheaper work shirts, so I don't have to suffer going in very often :-)

Huge Store! Fabulous Prices for Quality Products. Love the Gold Label Items (even though I can't Afford them, it's nice to Look at them!). Nicely Organised, easy to Navigate.

Not many men's shoes in any sizes or many long sleeved shirts. Still a reasonable range of trousers, tee shirts, tops and jackets. Vary in price. Some, but not all bargains

I personally don't like TK maxx as it feels like i'm shopping at a jumble sale,if you find something you like there's normally only the one and it's rarely in your size.

Always has something cool to look at and buy. Stock changes super quick. So if you like something, grab it. Bought many things here and never seen the same item since.

It is tx Max if you put the effort in you will get some great bargains. Sizes all over the place, but you buying clothes at a lot cheaper than RRP, so well worth it.

From the best places in Leeds for shopping, All brands in discounted prices, but you should have enough time to look for bargains in between, highly recommended.

Tk max is just an alright store it's alright price wise if you need something from here you won't be scammed there clothing is a bit disappointing though.

For a discount score it's really hit a miss some items are super expensive even.on the sale rack some items nice and cheap ( but tend not to be designer )

Good sized TK Maxx. Open late every day from the look of it. Always has a decent selection. Easier to find things that fit if you're small or X large.
