I spent quite a lot of money in TK Maxx, but today’s experience leaves me doubting the competence of its service staff. It was a pretty straightforward transaction and I had already prepared my phone for the payment and loyalty points. Sadly, the cashier processed the payment closed the transaction, and then realised, for my prompting that she had not scanned my loyalty card, which was clearly visible in front of her on my phone. To add insult to injury when she asked her colleague, whether the card could be scanned post sale, a colleague suggested I now do this on the website. Closing the service agent simply commented ‘my bad’. Customer is king In today’s cost-of-living crisis. It clearly not so in the eyes of TK Maxx. A lesson to be learnt for its management..

Drove an hour to this store today for furniture and was hoping to get a particular sofa and rug they had in store. I had my tiny dog in her carry bag(well behaved) as i didn’t want to leave her home alone for a long period of time but was asked to leave by the jobs worth manger “mark” as apparently they don’t allow dogs? It states all over Google that they are dog friendly and they even sell pet products. I’ve been in nearly every Tk maxx in leeds and never had this problem. As a manager, he could of let me finish my shopping and kindly told me that, that store doesn’t allow pets so i was aware for next time. I spend a fortune in this store but will definitely be taking my money elsewhere from now on!

I don't mind coming to this store, lots of items out of my price range but sometimes you can pick up a good deal or it's a good store to visit if you want a good quality item. Quite an untidy store, items on the floor & used coffee cups on the shelves. One of the downsides to this chain is that they very rarely have the same items in twice. I came here to buy a new set of Halloween S&P shakers as I've smashed the ones I bought here last year - they don't have the same ones anymore which is a shame. Staff do not engage with customers here which I've noticed from previous visits. Extra star given for the size & range of the shop.

It is a big store with more merchandise than the one at the city centre. I was looking for a full-length, quilted jacket and found a beautiful black one by Saint and Sinner here. This store actually has a toilet in it, upstairs. So, because I have to pee often, I usually rush through my shopping so that I can get home and be close to my toilet. But having a toilet in the store meant that I could take my time and browse really well. Not only did I end up buying more than I came in for, but I also had the luxury of time to try them all on and be sure that I really liked what I was buying.

It's like any other TK MAXX, go here quite often in the evening since it's only few walk from my home. One thing about Tk maxx is good that you'll always find something of your interest. This store doesn't has as much variety as the on the Headrow (well I believe that's bigger aswell). I love going to tk maxx and been doing it in this particular store for over 5 years, just hope the staff at the checkout desks show little politeness when serving apart from that it's a great bargain store.

Fab selection of items, especially interiors, furniture, gardening, home decor and kids toys & books. Unique items that can't be found anywhere else at reasonable prices, what's not to love? My only issue is that some of the staff can be a bit abrupt or cold but others are warm and friendly. Nevertheless I go quite often and am happy after every visit.

Decent finds here. Always have a good selection of men's T's. My wife loves the shoe and bag section. Some great designer finds.

I set my alarm if I'm going to tkmax as well as other stores cos there's Far too much to look through in 3 hours …

I visited to see if they had any Halloween decorations, there wasn't a lot but I got some amazing pieces, very happy!

Friendly staff, I visit them two to three times every week and always find something interesting on sale/clearance.

I only come to TK max to buy clothes. I buy things from here at a bargain and I can't find any defects at all

From time to time I usually go to this store, you always find branded clothes and creams at a good price.

Great bargains. You have to spend a little time rooting round. But some good things to be found.
