Sold an exclusive 5 star holiday to Aruba by only male who was so keen to sell us up including premium upgrade and 3 hour pre flight lounge access. What a joke....Lounge so full couldnt sit down. Everyone walked through premium..no privacy...4 times economy told to not enter premium and they never listened.....no faster through check in... as for the hotel it was just ok.....felt like we were on a 18-30 the noise around the pool and stupid games organised didnt say 5 star and exclusive to me... manager justin was excellent moved us rooms asap as we didnt get what we were shown and also gave us access to vip pool area where it was quieter. overall totally unimpressed and angry i was so oversold a holiday to aruba at £6,000 when a couple here paid 2 grand less for exactly the same....when back he'd best hope i dont see him....

We went on aTui cruise first 7 days around canarys which we enjoyed ship staff were brilliant then had 3 days in hotel we were given a room at the back of the hotel which we were very disappointed there was no sun on the balcony at all no mirror or plugs in room for my wife to get ready as we were only there for 3 days we stuck it out but were not happy as we had paid a lot of money for the holiday feel like we were ripped of no no tea or coffee making facilities in our room must admit we are used to a lot better than this in Tenerife spoiled the last days of our holliday

Had a wonderful experience booking our mini-moon with Stephen. He could not have done more for us. We got a fabulous deal and we are managing to go on something a bit more extravagant than expected. He had great knowledge of the area we are going, and provided some great tips!! To top it all off, we left with a hand written card of congrats on our wedding. Would hate to miss such great interpersonal experiences. WE will be back for the next one!

Booked a holiday with Kirsty at the White Rose branch and she provided excellent customer service and kept me informed of my options from start to finish. I requested a few changes and price comparisons before booking my holiday but nothing seemed to be a problem for Kirsty and she remained very patient and polite throughout. We booked a holiday for October last year to kos, Greece, was absolutely lovely and everything was as expected. I recently came in for some information about Disneyland for me and my little boy. The staff were amazing and welcoming. We ended up booking this holiday and even got an amazing rate on US dollars. Will be back to book our future holidays here.
