Outstanding culture and people management, particularly evident with the two (young and old males) door/entry attendants who both go out of their way to personalise their greeting to every customer that walks in the door, often you receive an equally genuine farewell if they're not occupied engaged in the former. Exceptional!

Staff went above and beyond to help me find the item I wanted. Unfortunately it was not available in the size I wanted in any Target in brisbane. The staff member hunted it down at a competitors store for me and even gave directions. Because of this person I am happy to go back to this store.

I don't buy much here but I like going in for a look every now and again. I find their clothes don't fit me that well. I've bought more clothes for my husband at Target and they seem to fit him ok. Good for kids clothes especially when there's a change in seasons and the clothes are on sale.

This is a big store, so you're more likely to find stock here. Great homewares, fashion & toys. Staff are helpful & the door greeter is lovely. Good access for prams/mobility devices& on the ground floor of the center. Information is nearby, and it's just near The Shingle Inn.

Always satisfied with the selection. I still can't get used to doing my own scanning. I work in retail and just prefer to be served at the time op purchase. I understand that I can ask for help but I just liked the traditional checkout. Still love shopping there none the less.

Visited the Westfield's Chermside Target yesterday. Got to the checkout and the Customer Service Assistant- Jada offered to help me with bags for my items. Then also assisted me with checkout process. End to end service with great service and a big smile. Thank you Jada.

Target always has friendly and genuinely helpful staff who make you feel welcome, and they have so many awesome products at good prices. They often have sales on, and will often price-match a competitor's price. Great place so I will keep coming back for sure.

Big store, but felt a little empty. I don't recall seeing a team member anywhere in the shop other than the 2 at the counters. For a shop of this size, I'd have expected to see shelf fillers or team members tidying - which this store could have used.

Target has got everything i wanted and lovely staff however NO TROLLEYS. Not much use if you cant carry your shopping. The lovely staff went and found me a trolley. Why do they contract this work out instead of putting people on to do it.

Quite disappointed by the extent of "select" Anko products being put in. It's basically a complete replacement of the previous Target homewares range. If I wanted Anko, I'd go to Kmart. Good way to alienate a chunk of your customer base.

Not shopping there again as I did not know targets did not have staff. Without staff there is no wages. Without people working there is no money to buy clothing or items.

Dressing room line is always long regardless of when I visit. Change rooms need to be converted to smaller size cubicles to enable more people in to address this issue.
