I shopped at Target Indooroopilly 17/11/22 and had the most amazing customer service from Rhiannon ( I hope I got that right) at the self serve checkout. She saw my hands were full and she came to help me- she was very pleasant and friendly and after helping me she was off helping the next person. She showed initiative and caring not waiting to be asked for help. Refreshing to see and made me happy. Well done - keep up the good work.

One of the worst customers serviced target ever in my entire whole life. The store manager Nick and acting manager Andrew and the blonde store lady, they are the worst people. The store lady accused me of returning different items. I spent over an hour crying and telling them i have not. They are worst at worse. Will never coming back here again. The blondie had the biggest attitude. They need someone better than them.

We have been to the store many occasions and always found it to be well presented and good staff in particular one team member (Josh) on three occasions has been exceedingly helpful and incredibly professional Josh was pleasure to deal with and I would hire him myself if I was in the habit of poaching employees.

Target is going through an interesting transition at the moment. They used to have an emphasis on good quality clothes, but they seem to be changing focus to being as cheap as possible. The quality of target clothes now is not as good as it used to be. It’s a lot more like Kmart these days.

i used the self service checkout and it needed to give me 25c in change, but it didn't. the staff member who assisted me was very friendly and apologetic about it, and called in a superior to retrieve my change. overall the store doesn't have much variety but the staff are great

pretty good, the wings of fire books are nicely priced but new books take to long to come. sometimes i see a book but i cant buy it then, a few days later when i come back to look for it its gone. you guys should also sell more books for teens. like murder mysterys

Staff at lay-bys/returns section were great, didn’t have an item in stock. Staff went above and beyond to call me back when item arrived
