Elaine the assistant manager has terrible customer service skills and needs training. I ordered a child seat online which hasnt been delivered in 2 months so I went in politely asking for a refund and cancellation of order. She told me I have to contact target online as she cant cancel it on my behalf, then i asked if Target online was a different business because if it is the same I should be able to request cancellation in store, she then retracted and said she would email them cancellation (wont call them as it takes long). Said she is off the next day and will update when she gets back. I told her that this will require me to come back and it is hard with a newborn and she said thats the best she could do. I told her I need this refunded today and told her to get in contact with target online via phone and gave her my number so she can call me for an update which she did and eventually gave me a refund after a 15 minute rant. So basically, you ask them politely and they wont do anything because they are lazy and once you tell them how rude they sound or how bad their behavior is, they will retract on everything they told you 15 mins ago and get on with it. So target please seriously consider customer service training for your staff at Mt. Gravatt.

Mt Gravatt target is a large store and has a good variety of products. However it is supporting the rise of the machines. There were absolutely no staff serving customers at the cash registers. Instead we were expected to serve ourselves using AI. This is a serious issue as modern technology is the destruction of humanity as we know it. The robots have already begun taking over our basic jobs, and hundreds of thousands of people across the globe have lost to them. We are facing homelessness and malnourishment. Families are starving in the streets due to lost jobs. Robots take jobs, not provide them. However, this is just the beginning. Robots will soon be our doctors and gynaecologists, even our police force. They are docile right now, but as they advance they will retaliate. However Target is not the only one to blame. They are owned by Daylton’s: their parent cooperation. Brian Cornell the CEO is a robot master and breeder. He is dead in the eyes and has no emotion or empathy. There is 0 glimmer of life in his eyes. He has no soul. This is who you’re giving your precious money to. We cannot allow this company to continue breeding robots. DO NOT SUPPORT THE ROBOTS. P.S. The robots deleted this review 3 times.

After tonight's incident I'll won't be going back to the store ever again I've wanted this particular action figure for my collection I was so excited to get it for finding it But it went down hill after that with 1 of the workers at the checkouts This "worker" wouldn't let me have this action because it didn't scan so she made some big excuse saying that "the product is banned and out for recall" She said go to Zing PopCulture but I told her that they don't have this figure in that store Her response was "that's not my problem" Just a few moments ago I was looking up for the sane product if it was "so called Banned" there was nothing of any kind I called up Target Carindale shopping centre and the male worker said that they have 4 in store and he haven't heard about the product was "banned" He too thought it was odd for her to say something I made a complaint to the manager about her It didn't surprise me that she did the same thing to other customers I'm sorry, if I gave them 0 stars I would Shameful behaviour

Huge market place with very affordable products. You can find anything and everything related to clothes, cosmetics, games, stationery and sports and much more at lower prices than traditional retailers. 1. Men, Women and Children clothing 2. Men, Women and Children Shoes 3. kids clothing and shoes 4. Luggage bags 5. Slippers 6. Sports 7. Games 8. Stationery 9. Cosmetics They have separated each area in their shops so they are easy to locate children, Men and Women clothings and other items. These guys also have amazing prices on the goods and mostly their prices for quality of product are unbeatable. Visit one of these shops and you will not be disappointed. Not very happy with the staff here due to telling me the mini cosmetics fridge was one I had seen on an American target site... How actually incredible are these people then to my amazement oh I actually found it on the Australian target site but this is why I hate going shopping here absolutely every staff member treat you differently for the colour of your skin just because they can and think we as a race(indigenous to this land) can't afford to shop here... Oh and just to top it all off I was asked to present my shopping bags which clearly were already open to satisfy the staff because I as a human being know what the circumstances are upon leaving any shop... By the way Kmart had one and the staff there were excellent, I know where I will spend my money...!!!

A great way to get exercise is to browse every single aisle of interest at Target Mt Gravatt before even thinking about making a purchase. You can then revisit anything that's remained on your mind to create a short list, and then return to the relevant areas a third time to grab anything that you've decided you really want or need. Of course, if you're not there to get your steps up, the website is great for perusing and checking stock before stepping foot inside. And of course if you really don't want to browse and you're worried about finding the item in store but don't want to pay a delivery fee, the Click & Collect service is great.

My review of recently purchased Canningvale Australia Luxury Dreamwell Cooling Gel Memory Foam Pillow, Target failed to mention online that this pillow is made in China, I found this misleading, Not a bad pillow considering the black Friday price of $32.20, I gave the product 3 stars however these are not worth full price as their not really cooling and are made in China unlike better Aussie made pillows on the market. Target asked me to review the product and this was my review, they failed to post the review on their site because it wasn't in their favour.

I put in an afterpay order on Christmas night at around 9pm. Went into the store the next day (boxing day) and found out that they hadn't even received my order. BUT, the guy was so helpful and made everything so easy. I went and grabbed what I had ordered off the shelf, filled out a form and walked out. All this hassle from me, ordering late on Christmas night and walking in on Boxing day morning, and I STILL somehow got my order with no fuss or worries. Wish I got the gentleman's name who served me so I could let Target know they have a keeper!

Big Target, well stocked. Easy to find what you're after with their departments easy to see from the front of the store. Change rooms are clean and well looked after. The staff are friendly and helpful, especially at the customer service counter and click and collect service. Worst part for me and yet best part for my son, is the toy section is clear visible from the second you walk in, resulting in a mad dash to the back of the store to browse everything his heart desires.

Staff at service desk are the most unhelpful, rude middle aged women I have ever met. There lack of interest to help customers is very evident as they would obviously prefer to be hiding out the back not doing any work. Will never go back to this store. The staff need to be trained in simple bloody courtesy at the very least. Wonder if their managers really know how they treat customers?

Was shoppong today for Christmas gifts, the young man in the toy department who was extremely busy at the time, not only answered my quesions but went out back brought the basket hoop to me and then collect a trolley for me and load the basket ring it. Service like that will bring me back to the store always. 10/10 you made my shopping a joy today. Merry Christmas to you

Am stopping shopping in store at any Target, fed up going to get something from their advertised items in catalogues and no stores actually having them in stock. 2 stores in 2 days neither had stock or staff even aware of what's in their catalogue. Christmas pyjamas for the family was massive item in catalogue and they haven't got them in a week later.

every single one of the staff greeted me. Several staff went above and beyond to help me with locating items, fittings, general questions, help that I didn't expect. By the time I left I felt like I must be someone famous. Totally considerate friendly and helpful. Down to earth, patient, zero entitlement. never going to Kmart again

Store feels sharp and tidy. It was exciting to shop their new Muji-esque furniture range as they have made displays of every piece. Being able to interact with the displays helps the customer make thoughtful decisions when they shop. Other homeware goods are on trend, are at accessible prices, and are nicely merchandised.

Very spacious and easy to find things, clothes are very affordable. The only reason I gave 3 star because of lacking staff at the counter. They just standing there and not helping with the processing of the sale. They should put someone inside the cashier for the people who doesn't want self serve. Very frustrating..

Waiting lines are too long, got transferred to toys department and was sitting on the phone for Half an hour only for it to go engaged at the end. I called back an hour later and the same thing happend again. Talk about wasting a coustomers day. Don’t offer a call service if your not going to supply that service!!!!

Visited Target today for Christmas Decorations and the store had hardly any decorations for sale but worse was it’s own decorations were non existent apart from three baubles hanging from the ceiling, didn’t feel like Christmas at all. Very disappointing for a big store. Pop downs& have a look At Kmart

I can't stand 5 seconds in this store! The speaker system throughout the store is broken and just emits a high pitched squeal constantly! I keep thinking surely they've fixed it by now and walk in every now and then, but they've had it for over a year now and just can't be bothered to fix it.

Target has good range of products but they need to rebrand the whole store to compete with Big W and Kmart. The layout of store is outdated and store is dim. The lights need to be replaced as well as the floor to entice people to enter. I wish this Target store will not close.

I really really don’t like the lights in the fitting rooms, frustrated that they are too dim and don’t allow an accurate view of what the clothes look like on. I tried so many clothes on but bought none because I just couldn’t see them properly in the change rooms.

Target is great shop, maybe not as cheap as similar outlets, but the products are usually worth it. My main shopping at Target is their Halloween range, which year after year is always great. It's always well made, nice quality. Sometimes can be a bit over priced.

Interested to buy a TV but it's not on display, so asked the staff at the entertainment count about return policy, learnt we asked the return policy because it's not on display, she told us it's ok to return in 7 days. We all know Target has 28 return days.

It's a large target right next to the carpark. It's easy to find. The range is great, and the staff are welcoming and knowledgeable about the store and products. Overall it is a great store. Right next to H&M and opposite Myer, it's hard to miss.

it looks like a very big store. room to move around & brouse or buy my husband & i only were @ toys section but looked @ digital area good. lady @ front was nice friendly . hope to come again . hi to all staff enjoy the day.

Great place for xbox games generaly cheapest place for new release games dont go late to pick up games though as towards end of night they dial back staff and you could be waiting a while for some one to get the disk.

Excellent customer service. Tammy at the customer service counter was really helpful when I came to pick up a microwave oven. I couldn't find a trolley as it was really busy. She called to have one brought to me.

Just as you would expect a Target store to be. I like their clothing as it is just that bit better than the cheap stores without being much more expensive and on sale can be great value.

This is by far the nicest target I have ever been to. Their toy section was limited however and that was the purpose of my visit, however other areas seemed to have quite a variety.

The selection at this shop is excellant! They have a convenient location right by the entrance from the car park. The shop is always clean and the staff are friendly.

The bedding department has changed. It's amazing!!! Don't go anywhere else.....my only concern (although it didn't effect me) is that stock on certain sizes was low.

Rarely went Target (normally Kmart or BigW), first time there and found they have good stuffs with low price! Will definitely put into our shopping list.

Store is very well designed and easy to navigate, friendly staff however self-service checkout is not available though lot's of staff on the registers.

The nicest Target in Brisbane, well designed and with a fairly up-market style. The in-store tailoring is a very nice touch.
