I've been with Desjardins now for over a year, for coverage on my Auto and Home insurance. Since the opening of my account I've primarily dealt with Josef and I've had nothing but good experiences every time I've reached out to him. I've always got prompt responses to my inquiries, but also Josef takes the time to explain all the TandCs thoroughly, to ensure that I have all the information that I need which gives me the more confidence in this company. Ralph David Is the guy for insurance , he has deep knowledge of insurance and spends time to make sure that a client understands what they are getting, very patient and at the same time very fast in processing everything from his side.
