I bought a Queen Mattress, Box Spring, and Mattress Protector from the Brick Outlet location at 13304 St Albert Trail NW, Edmonton, AB. I had the pleasure of speaking to Rico who is one of the Representatives with The Brick. Rico went above and beyond to make sure we got the perfect mattress for me and my girlfriend. Me being very picky and my girlfriend as well, Rico was able to use his exceptional knowledge and expertise to guide us on picking a Mattress and Box Spring of our preference. He made sure we got the best deal possible and was able to throw in a Mattress Protector as well. I'm very impressed with Rico and will definitely be purchasing more furniture in the near future from him. By far my best experience in purchasing a Mattress and Box Spring. I have been shopping here for about 10 years now and I love the store!! There is always a huge selection of inventory both new and clearance. I have purchased 90% of the furniture in my home from here and they never disappoint. The warranty is well worth it and the service techs are great. The staff here are amazing from reception to sales staff to loading dock/delivery staff. I’ve become a loyal customer of Angelo and even brought my parents here to meet him and buy their furniture for their new place. He is always very friendly and helpful and treats us like family! 5 stars for the Brick and Angelo⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The staff were very nice. Unfortunately, the anticipated arrival date of the appliance that we were told was way off. It came much later than that. When we called to find out what was going on with our appliance, where it was, or if there was a more accurate ETA, we were told they didn't know anything and that we'd just have to wait an undetermined amount of time. Great people working there, but the whole process needs fixing. You shouldn't accept payment and then leave your customer wondering if they'll ever get their appliance.

Definitely recommend the Brick Outlook on St Albert Trail. Sales Consultant, Frank, was an incredible help! When initially looking for a child's bed, rather than trying to upgrade a sale by encouraging a larger purchase, he said: here, let me save you some money - which allowed me to purchase bed rails only as turns out I had a usable end / headboard. This visit then led me to returning and purchasing a couch and table, which was also a 100% great experience with Frank's customer service being top notch!

Walked in to see what the tent sale had to offer. Was greeted by Fatima who asked if I needed help. I stated I was just looking and she politely offered me help if I spotted anything. I walk around and found a tv stand on a great sale. She approached and showed me a better option that was currently available. The whole transaction was seamless and calm. I appreciate her approach and am very happy with my item. Thank you.

Rico was very helpful when I looked at a clearance item Rico checked the stock and price for a brand new version of the same item making sure I got the best deal and wasn’t buying a clearance item when a brand new version was cheaper or equal to the clearance price. When they did not have the mattress I wanted Rico made sure to help me find a similar mattress for my comfort for a similar price.

My friend and I came in to buy a few items (recliner and 2 benches.) We worked with Rico, what a guy! He was amazing he gave us time to decided with no pressure and informed us of some great deals. Overall 10/10 great staff, very personable, knowledgeable and quick. Really felt comfortable shopping. We will be back to buy more from Rico! THANKS AGAIN! He needs a raise great, great salesman!

Had a very pleasant experience with the salesman at the Brick outlet store on St. Albert Trail in Edmonton. Was looking for a double bed which I needed that day, Dec. 5, 2023. Rico was the gentleman's name. Very professional looking complete with tie. Show me some options and I settled with one of the choices he showed me. Was completely satisfied with the service and professionalism.

Our sales consultant, Angelo, helped us select a Page bed frame, two twin xl adjustable bases to sit inside the frame and two twin xl Sealy Posturepedic Sunderland Eurotop mattresses. We are very happy with everything. Mattresses are so comfortable and both the sales service and the delivery service was excellent.

As soon as we got in the store, Rico approached us with a smile and he was very welcoming. We remembered him before as he assisted us too with our purchased. Wow, Rico is very knowledgeable, showed us different options, excellent customer service, dressed neatly with nice tie. Definitely an asset in your company.
