Be prepared for the long que to buy or pickup your order, maybe it's the only Good guys in this whole area of Werribee and Hoppers crossing. Parking is also difficult to find. Not a good shopping experience. I used to go to the Melton gg and never had these issues. Maybe they need extra staff. Overall a good presentation of the store.
I had a fridge delivered and one of the component start leaking water. I bring the components back to the store but the staff is not helpful. They said I have to reach factory myself to get it sorted. This is very disappointing because how can they sell faulty electronics to people without any service to make sure it works properly.
I paid for a Westinghouse rangehood but so far we do not have any idea of when it is expected to be delivered. It's appalling service as we were told it would be expected in 4-6 weeks but now it's been 3 months now. The staff at the counter do not make any efforts to find out likely delivery times and blame it on the manufacturer.
Honestly the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Staff are walking around talking with each other and not helping customers. Forget about the wait time to purchase as nobody will come to help you purchase products. I will never shop here or recommend this shop to anybody. Absolute rubbish staff and service.
