The Hardware Store is an awesome locally owned hardware store. They have everything u could need to fix or build a house!! They have a little bit of everything! Everyone was more than happy to help out, and I got great advice on how best to go about fixing a hole in a plasterboard wall myself. (And thanks to them, I did!!) I haven't received such awesome customer service in a long time! They truly r THE Hardware Store!

I'm an owner builder twice over and the Hardware Store is an amazing asset to have on my door step. It has a large stock of tools and building materials, prices to match Bunnings, long opening hours and knowledgeable staff. It's a great asset for the local and surrounding communities. Please use it, I can't afford to loose it!

Friendly staff and a great cafe, the food is worth the price and conveniently located in the store. The only difficulty is parking, but it is the city, what did you expect?? You can browse online and have same day delivery, I'm not sure on the cut off time, but the friendly staff can help there too

The customer service in this store was absolutely fabulous. We visited today 09/08/2023. We called them up and confirmed they had the stock, and we then drove a few hours to pick up. They even brought out the items we purchased to the car. Thank you very much for your help. :)

I have found a proper hardware store! The guys here were very helpful and offered me a few good solutions to the problem at hand. They had everything I needed and the prices were competitive. Decent coffee from the little cafe onsite was an added bonus!

Loved the personalized service especially from a female novice that don't know much about tools. I believe it's a moms and pops business, so it's important that we support the locals and keep these hard working businesses alive. You have my support.

My wife used this store to help replace a battery in a Garden watering system. the staff were extremely helpful. They were able to unscrew the battery cover, which she had been unable to do so, and replaced. Always get good service here,

Great local hardware store. Got in and out in minutes with the help of the wonderful staff (sorry, I didn't take note of the name). Prices for what I was buying were competative. Would reccomend!!! And the bolts fit perfectly! Thank you.

The staff here are always great. Friendly, helpful & knowledgeable. They have most items I have ever required. However, having said that, for the bigger selections & all variety or specialist items, you may need a bigger store.

Experienced staff offering great advice and the right products for the job without over selling. I also love that it's close to home and I can pick up anything I need without having to deal with traffic and parking.

I go for the coffee, but they service you get from the hardware guys is excellent. You pay a bit more than Bunnings, but you get great service and top quality, do yourself a favour, quicker more personal service.

The Hardware Store has been instrumental in helping us set up a clinic in the local area. Their service is their strength and all the staff we have worked with have been knowledgeable and eager to assist.

Great service and reasonable prices. We just moved in to the area and needed a bunch of random things... they helped us with cutting keys to a kitchen strainer to mixing paint to buying an electric drill.

Excellent local business with a well considered inventory. They have most of what you need. They don't have plants or planters but do stock potting mix. Also convenient to pick up sample pots of paint.

The best thing about it is that it's close by, great stock range but the design of the staff counter and the people behind it let the place down, they just don't seem to be happy to be there at times
