A highly disappointing experience. We paid the full amount of 88 dollars per person for the lounge and did not get our moneys worth. The a buffet food was half empty and not being restocked meaning we could only have some toast and fruit prior to our long flight. The tables were not being cleared and the tables were dirty with old food- it seemed only 2 staff members working and therefore plates, cups and cutlery were just left on multiple seating areas. We then tried the cookies to have something sweet, but these were also stale. The phone chargers within the coffee tables did not work either. When we used the toilets, it appeared they hadn’t been cleaned for a while and paper towels were overflowing from the bin and all over the floor. Really disappointing experience and feel ripped off. Go to a different lounge if you’re thinking of visiting one in Melbourne.

Congee has too much salt , i asked the staff at 7.30 am ,she did not care at all . She did not bother even asking her chef , this chef must be removed immediately or retrained . Went to have museli instead of milk water started pouring in . Noone wants to clean the tables also or carpets . Fruits were cut with very hard skin on and you cant eat it as it will hurt your gums on one side . Terrible and hopeless food and service at a high quality expensive lounge at Melbourne.

I can't thank the staff members Kelly (front desk) and Ayla (bar/service) enough for their beautiful hospitality and welcoming attitude. Lounge was in tip top shape, cleanliness and availability of food and beverages was excellent. Bathroom facilities very nice and modern. I had some trouble with the Qantas lounge closing right on my check in time, and was sent upstairs to the House. I'm so glad I was as Ayla and Kelly made the experience absolutely memorable, working with the customer through compassion and understanding. Excellent

Leaves A LOT to be desired on all fronts and definitely not worth the money you spend to enter. Not open at the advertised opening hours either. To add, all the perks advertised on their website is completely off what the actual experience is like. One set menu/food options available through the day (been twice now) .. would strongly avoid basically paying just for a comfortable seat to sit in.

I visited the lounge at a late night on 3 Mar. I ordered a Mojito mocktail at the bar and reminded there should be no alcohol in the drink. I had a few sips and could taste the alcohol in it. Then my stomach was very unwell. I believe the bar did not wash the cocktail shaker before making non-alcoholic drink. It’s surprising the lounge could not accommodate non-alcoholic needs. The snack and food options are very limited. It’s very disappointing.

Very friendly and helpful staff, warm and welcoming. Also considerate and provided options for lunch due to dietary restrictions without us even having to ask. Food was delicious. Thank you for a lovely respite between flights.

My second visit to this lounge. It’s a comfortable lounge; quiet, bright, spacious and clean ! Food is always fresh and quality, and it’s warm ! Not many choices but good enough for travellers to drop by for a quick bites, recharge and have a warm meal before boarding. Staff members are friendly and helpful.

This lounge is accessible for Priority Pass holders, which includes a guest entry as well. Overall quite comfortable as the place is quiet, so people can rest. The food option was, however, extremely limited, but would sustain as a snack prior to a flight. Toilet was clean, with L’occitane soap and lotion.

Contra: - Die Essensauswahl war sehr bescheiden 3 Hauptgerichte in Buffet Format 1 davon total scharf (Chilis) das andere war mit Knoblauch. - Getränkeauswahl war genauso nicht die beste keine Zero bzw. Light Getränke. - Personal nicht so an den Gästen interessiert.

I have visited this place quite a few times, and it's the staff here that makes it such a pleasant lounge to visit. In particular, Giuliana who constantly checks on guests, asking if they are okay or need anything. Plus, she makes an excellent Bloody Mary! Thank you.

Nice looking lounge, but poorly staffed and the food is almost non existent. Arrived at 8:15 and told there is no food until 8:30. Currently 8:45 and still no food and flight leaves soon. Waste of time, choose another lounge if you can.

A pleasant and quite large space unfortunately let down by average coffee and food selection. Pros are the tarmac views, great access to power points plus good wifi. Cons - coffee isn't good at all, and the food selection is modest at best.

Great lounge to visit. Accessible if you have Priority Pass. Also serve as Etihad Airways premium lounge. Good space and most seats have usb ports nearby. Have shower room. Food & drink is basic and not much option (see my photo).

It is comfortable and luxurious. Limited hot food options - chicken,rice and mixed vegetables. But salad was amazing and I loved it. Dessert was also good. Staff was very friendly and warm. I would love to come again
