I recently stayed at The Lounge hotel, and I must say, it was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I've had in a long time. The overall lack of cleanliness and the absence of basic amenities left a lot to be desired. First and foremost, the cleanliness of The Lounge was appalling. Upon entering my room, I immediately noticed stains on the carpet and a musty odor that lingered throughout my stay. The bathroom was no better, with dirty tiles and a shower that clearly hadn't been properly cleaned. It was evident that the housekeeping staff lacked attention to detail and didn't prioritize maintaining a hygienic environment. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. It's disheartening to see a hotel that fails to meet even the most basic standards of cleanliness and fails to provide the amenities it promises. I would strongly advise potential guests to look for alternative accommodation options that prioritize cleanliness and provide the expected amenities.

We stayed 9 days in this hotel. Pro: 1.The rooms are clean. 2.There is no noise in the vicinity. 3.Excellent room cleaning service 4. Rooms are secure, as the gate closes at 11 p.m 5. Metro and bus stops are nearby. The Metro exit is near the Vani Vilas hospital. 6.When the power goes out, there is a backup generator. 7.Hot water is available 24 hours a day 8. Senior management is approachable and well-liked. Cons: 1) The bathroom requires a place to keep soap and shampoo, which could be a small wall mount. 2) The room lacks proper ventilation, windows cannot be opened due to its proximity to the road, and the outside window premises are filthy. 3) We've seen no smoking and drinking signs, but it appears that no one is paying attention. 4) A water bottle and soap were only provided on the first day, despite the fact that we stayed for 8-9 days. There was also no proper water filter nearby. 5) Requesting a few staff members to learn Kannada

The quality was pretty good compared to the economical price. The room was fairly large and clean but didn't have enough ventilation (the window opened out to a dirty pipe system and slum-like neighbourhood). The bathroom was clean, with a geyser; however, the bathroom door didn't lock. They had good WiFi. The elevator was not working from the ground floor. One had to go to the 1st floor to use it. The location was prime and well connected (Metro Station, Bus station close by), but very congested and not-so-well maintained. The surroundings are filled with small shops and autos, buses, packers and movers, and perhaps a conservative crowd (you might get dirty looks if you are a young couple). However, it did not seem "unsafe". The hotel lacks a restaurant, but one can order from food delivery apps. Overall it was a nice stay with no major complaints.

Loved the stay. Location: It's nearby Shanti Nagar Bus stop and also under 5km from Railway station. Under 4km there are tourist spots one can visit. Moreover Indra nagar is nearby if you are willing to visit any places there. The only thing was the street which the hotel is located is not that tidy. I guess it's an auto servicing area. If you looking to rent any vehicle, there's a place which is walkable distance from here. Room & Service: The rooms are very neat and well maintained. Neither small nor big. Got a 24 hour check-in service which is the best. One can extend the stay and also have an hassle free experience. Food: Nothing related to food is available. But one can order or get parcel and can have in the dining area. The dining area is good, neat, pleasant. Crockery and cutlery will be provided.

Well maintained room's with comfortable bed & espcly the bathroom was clean. Hot water is available 24/7 when ever you need it, turn on the heater and enjoy the hot shower in the cold morning's. TV, work desk with chair and bed side storage space is available. A big plus point is that you can check-in at anytime of the day be it day or night. The staff's were friendly and room's are reasonably priced for it's business class like feeling availabe for 1,2 or 3ppl/room. Good for family or ppl who need a comfortable stay. Although they do not have their own kitchen they'll arrange food at your request also you can easily order food at your convenience from zomato,swiggy etc (150+restaurants available).

The room was good and clean. The staff were friendly as well. It is located right in the middle of the long distance bus stand area. So it may be a good thing if travelling in or out by bus. There are not many facilities at the hotel itself as it is a basic accommodation only place. The disadvantage of the location is as it's in the middle of a bus stand area, very difficult to catch Uber or other taxi services to the hotel door. We had to walk a bit with our luggages. Unless travelling by bus, may not be the first choice for me next time.

Definitely not recommend it for a family stay. Located very close to the bus stand, the building is in a street which is not so clean. No sufficient parking space. Did have a bad experience while booking through apps. Paid for a premium room and was given a deluxe room which was totally cramped. The rooms are not that clean either. Overall stay experience was bad. 2 star proximity to the bus stand. Anyone travelling and need a one night stay, can definitely opt the hotel.

The Lounge Business Hotel is one of the best hotels in Kalasipalya. Price, facilities, rooms, location everything is superb. The staffs are very helpful and friendly. Location is a great advantage for this hotel as it is in the center of bus stand and metro station is in walkable distance. Vidhan Soudha is just 10-minute driving distance from the hotel, each room is decorated with a unique blend of colors and a sleek finish to bring you a modern and classic contemporary feel while in the room. Free Wi-Fi was provided to us. Looking forward to visiting here again.

The Lounge Business Hotel, Bengaluru, is a business hotel located opposite to Kalasipalyam bus stand. It's also nearby kalasipalyam private state bus stand. Free wifi is available here. Water heater is provided in every bathroom.Rooms are maintained well and it's clean. But the place outside this hotel is not clean at all. No nearby good restaurant. And parking vehicle is a problem here. Most of the space in front of this hotel is occupied by the auto rickshaw drivers so get and parking our vechile in this hotel is a difficult task.

It is excellent coz of its location and the management.i have being staying with this hotel for the past 4 years ,but recently the total change in the hospitality,neatness and outlook made me just impressed.and came to knew that its run by new management named Shafeeq from Calicut (Kerala)so i will tell all those who wish to stay and feel home especially for families this is the best hotel in whole locality!!

I had booked 10 rooms for 2 days at a dead cheap price Rs.380/day/room through Agoda. Overall costing me Rs.7,800. I think there were low bookings cuz of Corona and the hotel charges were low. I had booked a month early and got this price. Later the cost increased. The rooms very clean and everything was managed well. Only negative point was that the manager kept cribbing with the guests that we had booked cheaper and the stay was a loss for him.

The rooms were comfy and moderately clean, however the staff was rude unnecessarily during check out which ruined the vibe for everyone. I'd recommend this place since it's close to the bus stop and is built well at a 6/10. Just the staff being more accomodating would raise that level to a solid 9/10

Best hotel stays in the middle of busy city. Affordable rates with spacious rooms and good service. Location is so goood metro station , private bus stamd and railway station are near. 100 mtr away from banglre medical college and kr market. Tippu palace, bangalore fort and lal bagh are the nearest tourist spot to these hotel. So apt for couples, students, business, family. Highly reccomendable.

The near by market might give you a negative vibe . But once you enter the hotel you will be happy. Staffs at the reception and even the restaurant chef is really friendly. Good quality furnitures and fast wifi . Hotel is worth more than the money that we pay in the middle of the city.

Good rooms Business hotel without WiFi, it did not work on both the days. Cable TV will be subscribed only on multiple requests and till mid night 12. Parking is a pain, construction work going on. No good restaurant nearby. Looks like they are replacing parking with a restaurant.

Near to the city and public transport, friendly staff, clean and calm rooms, ... Everything was well.Hotel is clean as well as rooms . Although in the center, it is very silent Service is perfect. Breakfast is good with large variety. Hotel is very well accessible by metro. Railway- and busstation are close, not long way to walk.

Mr shahid in front desk was incredibly helpful and generous with his time and advice. I will revisit again. This hotel ambience is very peaceful. cleaning guys do very good job to keep all rooms neat and tidy. And bed sheets are always washed. Great place to stay Recommended to couples and families. Good, safe and comfortable place to stay. Walkable distance from Kalasipalayam Omni bus terminal which is an advantage. Other than they don't have a restaurant, there is nothing else to pin point about. Swiggy, Zomato and Ubereats come handy. Henceforth will stay here whenever I visit Bangalore.

The hotel itself is nice but the outside is horrible. Very bad Surroundings, but its not hotel's fault but no toilet tissues and no breakfast. But hotel is close to major attractions and this is not good for family but ok for business man visiting for a day or two. The hotel is cheap though.

Service is good. Staff is very helpful. Rooms are nicely maintained. Reduced one star because parking is difficult . Though hotel have parking area , the entrance get blocked by outside vehicles, though the hotel staff helped us by making sure those blocking vehicles are moved in time

A centrally located hotel in Bangalore. A 3 star hotel with 5 star service. I was there for 2 days. The best part of The lounge hotel is its staff, right from reception, valet, housekeeping everybody serves you in a timely manner with smile.

Location is not that great, it should have been shown in the pictures. Secondly, the rooms that they give are not well maintained as shown in pics. Common areas, elevators and all are well maintained. For the price its an average deal.

Best and only good stay near Bangalore medical college and market. Outside roads are little crowded. But they got enough parking area. You will feel relaxed when you get in to their property

The hotel is simply awesome. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Services are simply great. They don't have resturent, but they will arrange food from nearby resturent. Food quality is ok.
