I’ve been ordering from here for years because i really enjoy their pizza. However, the last few experiences have been incredibly disappointing and I blame management. We’ve ordered pizzas about 6 times to be delivered in the last 6 months and every time they have been completely incorrect! Not little things, but completely different pizzas from our order. The last time this happened was last week, and I decided to give them a call to express my feedback. The person on the phone first blamed the delivery driver saying he probably mixed up the orders with someone else’s. However, I immediately shut that idea down because the pizza box has my name on it! Are you trying to imply that the delivery driver took the pizza out of the box and swapped it to another box?! Just take some responsibility for your actions and don’t pass the blame for your mistakes! They then went on to blame that they are “short-staffed” when I’ve already been previously told that they have 30+ employees. No, clearly you need to train your staff better and have a better organised roster so undertrained employees don’t have the same shift! Honestly, the excuses gave me the ick and there was no genuine apology for their continuing incompetence. Fair to say they’ve lost a long-returning customer.

I picked up a pizza on my last night in Melbourne before returning to America. I saw all the great reviews and had to give it a try! While I was disappointed I could not dine-in, I knew my pizza would be super fresh from the oven as I waited for it on the bench outside. The flavors did not disappoint! It gave me a flashback to my time in Naples, Italy with the taste, texture and smell! The ingredients were really fresh and bright in flavor and they actually did finish the pie with extra mozzarella as I had requested! The only thing slightly lacking was I expected more sauce to balance out the flavors. If they had been "heavy-handed" with the red sauce, they would have been very close to perfection!! I will definitely visit again and see how it is then. After all, just one pie doesn't really reflect the overall deliciousness of a place, does it!? Thanks for a delicious send-off!!

I had wood fired pizza from here several times, very tasty, friendly service, comparable prices to same category places. I agree with a previous review, my Vegetarian pizza toppings could have been much more generous considering the price of vegetables, probably a little overpriced. I will make another visit to find out whether the product has improved, definitely worth giving this place another chance. For the owner: compare value of product with similar type of pizza at Stella's at seaside suburb of Altona, a much better location/restaurant interior with excellent quality pizza at lower cost. Just trying to help, trying to be objective and no offence intended. Constructive criticism only. It's a tough, competitive industry and I definitely be back here.

The 3 ladies who served us throughout our visit were fantastic. We dropped in hoping to get a meal and they accommodated us on the bench at the front. They were obviously very busy. They warned there might be some delay on the food but it was not that long to wait. The food was great quality and well priced. We were regularly asked if we were ok. Will definitely return and would highly recommend. It is a shame the seating area is so small.

Traditional dishes and pizzas made with quality ingredients. The Tiramisu. Hard to spell but easy to swallow. Is in best in town.

Well it's the very last time for us, tonight we order via the phone and was told 20mins to pick up.. in which I was on time. Paid for the food them waited.. for 40mins in the restaurant.. food was stone cold .. i couldn't bring myself to walk but to the restaurant.. disgraceful.. sorry guys I try my very best to support local.. no more for you guys

Ordered and delivered through uber eats $26.50 for one pizza, the flavours were there not the best but nice enough, unfortunately was really greasy with pools of oil on the pizza, topping slid straight off, had a couple of slices but couldn't finish it; it literally soaked through the box, I haven't written them off, may be alot better in the eatery

Quaint restaurant hidden by its surrounds.. I’ve driven past it soooo many times without knowing there was a pizza place there! Luckily I had a friend recommend it & glad they did. What a hidden gem! Lovely staff & the Pizza........ Oh my! Delicious! Thin base & well portioned toppings. Think I found my new favourite :)

Absolutely beautiful pasta dishes , great portions and flavours are fresh and delicious. Pizza margarita perfection. The whole family love this restaurant.

This is by far the best pizza we’ve ever had. Such good quality ingredients, nice thin base and great service. We’ve moved house recently and no longer live near it but we still come here for our pizzas!!! It’s nice to see a place take so much care in what they put up for their customers!! :)

Pizza always great and the gnocchi is a must. We always make the effort to pick up ourselves rather than through apps. Better chance of picking up fresh than having it sit in a delivery driver car if some of the delivery apps are slow/busy.

I have to lower my rating into 3 in stead of 5 stars! I ordered a pizzas twice in the past four weeks and the taste was not as delicious as before, I don’t know if the change the owner or recipes. The chips also tasted different a bit oily and lacked of flavoured. Very disappointing!

Great pizza! Lovely service- very considerate. The chefs were busy and there was a delay in getting our two takeaway pizzas. Apology was given and a complimentary dessert to make us feel better. As if the Greco and Mexicana pizzas weren't delicious enough! Thank you Pizza Bar❤

Don’t let your kids work there. They asked my daughter to do a UNPAID five hour trial. They chased her for times she could do the trial but once done - she never heard from them again despite her sending a follow up text. We have since heard this has happened to other kids.

I ordered a large margerita pizza asked to have it cut it smaller slices very politely agreed and the pizza taste amazing crust is perfect to good job guys

Best Italian/American style pizza in the north west. Staff make you feel like you are in your own home with not only mouth watering pizza options, but traditional style sit down menu that is simple and yet delicious at the same time. Love these guys ❤️

Had the Pizza Bar for the first time tonight through UberEats the entire family absolutely loved their food. We had the chicken and avocado, spaghetti bolognese and the seafood pasta. Everything was delicious and will be returning …

Fetta chips were a joke. Less than a sprinkle of fetta!!! Extremely overpriced for what we got. I don’t mind paying for good food, nothing to write home about. Pizza was good!

Have been to The Pizza Bar Strathmore many times. The food is delicious, wonderful atmosphere, great service and friendly staff. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Cant wait to go back again …

Amazing service and the food is delicious always smiling and friendly had dinner there last night and enjoyed every bit of it. The owner is a very generous person and the staff are fantastic.

Second time ordering from here and both times the serving size has been ridiculously small. Won’t be ordering here again. $20+ for half a small bowl of pasta is a rip off.

By far the best and most comfortable restaurant of the areas. I have travelled from Flemington, Ringwood and Roxburgh Park just to eat here because nowhere compares.
