I was recommended The Plumber from a friend that spoke very highly of his works. I contacted Nix at very short notice as another plumber that I had scheduled decided to go AWOL. He attended my house on the very same day and at a time convenient to myself. After showing him where I wanted two large radiators he advised what the works entailed, how long they would require and anything else that needed doing. I cannot fault his professionalism to his work and price. It was a full days work as he had to create some additional wooden brackets to hold my radiators and bleed/fill the system back up to optimum performance again. I couldn't be happier with his work, many people have commented on how nice my radiators look and how well they have been installed. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend The Plumber to anyone. Rav from The Plumber came out to diagnose a problem with a leak at the back of my toilet when it flushes and quickly found the problem and gave me a free quote without pressure to go ahead with the job. He has since replaced a part that I needed and refitted the toilet back against the wall without causing any damage and now there’s no leak. He was flexible to work around days I was at home. This is my first time using him after booking a different plumber that let me down, but he seems knowledgeable and friendly and I trusted he knew what he was doing, hopefully the toilet will remain leak-free.

Nix has undertaken a few jobs for me and also for my parents to a high standard. He's fitted a new shower at my rental property, and a new tap in my own home. We have used Nix a few times and his service is excellent - he is reliable, speedy, friendly and very professional. We have ancient taps that need an expert hand and have been overcharged by others many times to sort them; however, Nix’s prices are extremely reasonable. I honestly wouldn’t call anyone else for any plumbing job now.

Nix came out on a Saturday of Christmas week and saved us from a tap that would not stop running. He also replaced a kitchen tap for me. Super nice and helpful and great value. I’m hoping for no more plumbing disasters in the near future but will be happy to call Nix when one arrives

Had a leak from under our bath. Rav responded really quickly on a Sunday, and came the next morning to sort it out. Came with the appropriate part for a quick fitting, and was friendly, reassuring and knowledgeable when I had a few questions. Will definitely be using him again!
