This reject shop I am regular customer every 3 or 4 days Buy something from this shop. But today Is very bad experience I buy peanut packet today. When I open its very smelly and old stock. I went and ask the shop supervisor she said I cannot do anything. They don’t given my money back. I said her you just smell peanuts you understand what smells will come but she said I don’t. Really behaved not good. Please don’t go and buy. Shop employees are not good behaviour anymore.i never ever go to this shop and I never recommend to my friends to this shop in future.

I feel the way the workers treat customers is apalling, to speak in a tone that made the customer feel at fault for a mistake made by another worker is disrespectful of a manager. No haste or urgency was shown to make the customer's issue solved and a wait of 20 minutes plus is just not acceptable for an avoidable issue.

The biggest and cleanest Reject Shop is have ever visited. This Reject Shop is fully stocked. You can find something you need here. There are 2 entrances to this shop, either from the front (Puckle st) or the rear. I always enjoy stopping by here when I'm in Moonee Ponds.

Love the variety at the Reject Shop. Wish staff would be friendlier though especially on the weekends. Young dude at the tills is always so grumpy and seems to not want to be there. Customer service is lacking badly

Large reject shop with the usual assortment of grey imports and short dated stock. Reasonably friendly staff. It's like other shops of the same chain so you know what to expect and what you are getting.

Nice large reject shop with now during the holidays a massive Xmas selection. I bought fairy lights and other decorations and am super pleased. The staff is sweet, helpful and hard-working.

Reject shop Moonee Ponds has always had a reputation for been a neat and tidy place. Shop is very large full of many goodies. I enjoy the aisles and staff are very friendly.

Great place to wander and grab loads of bargains. There’s a very good British Confectionery section, I can’t resist. Staff are always friendly and helpful.

The staff are always helpful and polite. Lots of interesting knickknacks you can pick up for a few dollars. So what the heck take a stroll down the aisles.

I used to shop here 20 years ago well set out store that has 2 entrances although only one is usable Neatly set out and easy to find what your looking for

This store has everything and anything. A great store to grab that thing you need and an extra half a dozen other items on your way out. Good shopping.

It is a decently large reject shop and most things you need are here but the quality is not that great with certain products so do check carefully.

Was easy to find. I couldn't believe my eyes. The store is HUGE, not as big as Highpoint, but not far off lol, staff were polite and very helpful.

Great range at rhe Moonee Ponds store and it's easy to access either from Puckle St or the Moonee Ponds Central shopping centre.

Staff wouldn't be able to find me a gardening hose, even if their lives depended on it. Reject Shop full of actual rejects.

Moonee ponds store has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I will never go to that store again.

Super convenient, wheel chair friendly and access from both ends of the store is a huge benefit.
