I want to acknowledge a young lady named Oxana who has been working at Werribee Pacific store. This young lady has restored my faith in customer service in the 21st Century. I really thought it had long gone however this young woman certainly proved me wrong. I have been searching so many stores for particular letters on your Christmas baubles and Oxana has gone out of her way to attempt to provide me with my missing letters. She even called me one day to say she had un-boxed 5 boxes and no D's or K's. Whenever I enter the store she always makes a point of acknowledging me, She is polite and a real credit to the store and the company. I have been shopping at the store since it opened and have got to know several different store members, however i would have to say that Oxana is different she has the respect of her co workers that is seen in their interaction in store. Oxana even asked a couple of her co workers to keep an eye out for me for what I am currently looking for. I also don't believe I have seen the store so well stocked and organised. I love shopping there and especially at the moment to be greeted by Oxana each time makes my day as I am elderly and do not have too many people around me. I would ask that Oxana be acknowledged for her hard and valuable work in regards to her customer service. I remain respectfully yours. Caryn Hearsch

You need to really shop aisle by aisle to notice a good deal, when they are good they are really good! I remember buying 1 liter coconut water for 50cents. Some items are priced just as any other store but if you know what you are looking for, you will probably find it here. I got a nice white Christmas tree for $26, I missed the $20 sale but I love it. I'll try post a pic when I'm done decorating it!

Good store. Lots of fun random things to buy. Right near one of the entrances. Easy to get in and out if you pick the right entrance. Part of the Werribee Plaza, Pacific Werribee. Close to lots of other shops, a bakers delight, Coles, Kmart. Plenty of parking, however it does get busy.

The reject shop isn't what it used to be and now lives up to its name - a place full of rejects. Back in the day there was a good range of products and little items that were sometimes harder to find elsewhere. Now it just sells low quality junk.

Today I returned a mop and product that was not good, faulty. Even though I did not have the receipt they were able to give me a store credit. The staff where friendly and helpful. So the 4 ⭐ is for the service . …

Reject shop stocks Made in Europe food stuff, which is really value for the money. I bought some Tesco brand stuff and quite satisfied with the quality.

Hadassh she is the best. She is very helpful and kind hearted. One of the staff members help me alot. Furaha is so nice thanks alot

Reject Shop has variety of products which are sold at a more cheaper rate than any other convenience stores.

Quite, easy to get around and happy staff.
