Typically under-staffed on the checkout. Only writing this because the manager was rude to a customer in line who complained about that. The line was very long while waiting for someone who was overcharged to get their money back. Only one lane was open so the line did not move for more than 5 minutes.

I forgot to add the review which was at least 7 months ago when I came there, and the team member was so lovely when I purchased my sister a birthday card and a toilet rolls. It was worth a visit, and yeah nothing special but was a great experience.

Exceptional customer service provided by Matt at The Reject shop Macquarie Fields today. The Manager on today was also very helpful. One of the tidiest Reject stores I have visted Great work.

Who doesn't love the Reject Shop? Even if you don't want to buy anything? There's always a bargain or something to wow you in their shop. Macfields is one of my fave stores

This shop is not up to scratch.u go to buy an item that clearly states one price.however when it's scans at the checkout shows nearly double

This Shop is ok but no where as good a range as others in the local area. Minto mall shop runs rings around it for wider range of goods
