I had no idea a massage could be a bad experience until now. The relaxation massage left me feeling agitated. The therapist used such light, short strokes that it made me feel itchy and agitated. When I asked her to go a bit deeper she told me that she did not do that type of massage. She was clearly not trained in relaxation techniques, as we are taught that light short strokes are not conducive to relaxation. I understand that my therapist was not an RMT, however she should have been trained properly for relaxation massage. I wish I would have stopped the massage and walked out instead of being polite and suffering through to the end. I was so relieved when it was over. Don't waste your money here. Unfortunately I will not return for any services at the Spa as a result of this unsatisfying and unprofessional experience.

My first time here. What a lovely spa...very impressive! Parking is ample. The experience begins right when you come in the door. I had the best “relaxing” massage I’ve ever recieced. I believe the masseuses name was jaclyna? Wow! I have received many a massage deep tissue and relaxing and that was the best massage I’ve ever received, I did not want it to end. It was just perfect everything from the lighting, the smells, the music, the soft sheets that smell of downy. The massage was gentle with just the right about of pressure and the masseuse was not chatty which I prefer just to experience full relaxation. I had a gift card but will definitely be back!

I have many years experinece going to various professional Spas. Last few times, I went to this Spa,the services were good...not excellent or exceptional to other places....but good. Recently ,went in to have a bikini wax and leg wax.Clearly ,the person ,I was booked with did not have alot of experience.She bruised my bikini area and upper thigh.I still paid for the service.But, have been waiting to speak to the manger. Calling is also problematic...they constantly put you on hold.. I think the manager needs to be more cautious in who they Hire.You cannot fool people ,by hiring inexperienced estheticians and expecting ,people to pay the price. Beware.

I booked an appointment the day of for pedicures for my grandma, my mom and I. Ashley on the phone was very friendly accommodating and was able to fit us in later that day. It was our first time at The Spa and we will definitely be returning! My grandma has never had a pedicure before and absolutely loved the experience. My esthetician was Alex B. She made every effort to make me feel comfortable and paid special attention to the callouses on my heels. She was gentle and thorough. When I go back I will be asking for her specifically. Fantastic service and a great experience all around.

I have gone to The Spa in Bells Corners over one dozen times and found it to be one of the highlights of my "taking care of myself" approach to life. I always book with Kerri Lynn Webb for a long massage session. I come in with tight muscles and sometimes some pains from over-doing work and when I leave I am often in a state of near ecstasy. I highly recommend Kerri Lynn.......

I’ve had a great facial here in the past but have been trying to book again and the online booking service does not work, no one answers the phone and I’ve left 2 voicemails now (2 days in a row) with no returned call. I’m wondering if this business is even still open? I would love to go back if someone would contact me.

Really enjoyed my facial. Thanks to the staff for being so accommodating and listening to my specific needs (i.e. avoiding fragrance/essential oils etc) which is hard to do at a spa! Thanks for explaining the product line and what's appropriate for me. Most importantly, thanks for helping me relax :)

Wow! Owner just contacted me to assert the mistake was the one who purchased the gift, even though the card says " Mani,Pedi,RMT Massage 60ins", how stressful an argument to save face at the expense of the client, Unbelievable! What a relaxing massage! customer ethics - non existent! Buyer beware!

Not sure what's happened to this place. This is the 3rd time where I've left a voicemail to book and they never call back. And when I finally reach someone there is no ownership or apology. The front desk staff are also snotty and not welcoming.

Not happy that my review was removed. It seems that dozens of negative reviews were removed yesterday. Not good service, I will go back to my local place that has excellent service for 1/3 the price and half the travel.

I went for a wrap, massage and facial. What was great is that it was the same woman for all 3 and she would tell me everything she was doing. This will be my now go to place for spa treatment!! :)

Just had a prenatal massage with Kerri and it was wonderful! At 39 weeks pregnant it was just what I needed. I will definitely be back after I have the baby.

I have been going to Monica for my highlights for many years. She always does a wonderful job! She is very attentive, easy to talk with and very efficient.
