They actually deserve 0 stars! I went to this ups for a long time until they incorrectly labeled a package that was beeing shipped to a military personnel out of the country. After trying to re send it , it seemed that the 2 other employees had no idea what to do or how to do it. So I was put off. This,was a time sensitive package too. They told me to go to a different ups near by for help or post office. I went to post office where they determined what the problem was with the label and informed me that the ups store cut the base number off. I tried many times to contact the store manager but Louise could not be bothered with my complaint. I know people make mistakes, but there is no excuse for terrible customer service. I was very disappointed and very angry to be ignored. I made several attempts and left messafws each time. Yes we were very unhappy. It would seem that knowing the problem could help them with future customers. Its called quality control. Also the entire staff should be trained on all aspects of the job, especially when something is going to our troops as a comfort gift. Not just the one employee. They risk their lives for our country and ups at tatum and cave creek could not be bothered. I will never go there again. Not even for stamps. I will tell anyone I see not to trust them to do great customer service! Thanks to the u. S post office for doing a great job for me and our fellow marine!

I've been using this location for quite some time now. Everything is always quick and easy. The associates are friendly and willing to help. I am a small business, so I use their copy and print services the most. I email them loads of documents, sometimes 200+ pages at a time and never have any issues. I can swing in for a one page copy and be out within a few minutes. I've dropped off a ton of USPS mail and constant Amazon returns, as well as time sensitive packages for my business. One of the benefits of having a box here (I dont have one yet, but I'm thinking about it) is that my business would look like it had a physical address and suite number. Many organizations do not allow registration with a PO box, so that's a huge perk. My only complaint would be the hours. I work early in the morning and sometimes need something after 7pm for the next day. But I lived in phoenix for so long near a 24 hour copy & print shop, so I really think it's just an adjustment I'll have to make.

I have been visiting cave creek and I did not have access to a computer at the home I was staying at. I went to this location and I was able to use the customer computer, scanned, and sent a fax which needed to be notarized. I also shipped my very expensive fragile souvenirs back home. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. The young girl Kathleen was super friendly and went above and beyond to reassure me that my items would not be damaged and that they have a pack and shop guarantee. I walked out of there feeling great . I will definitely be back next year and now that I know that I can get all my admin stuff done in one location is awesome.

Took me over a week to figure out FedEx miss-delivered a package to them rather than delivering to the correct address across the street. This UPS store wanted to charge me to pick it up from them. They would not call FedEx to tell them my package was delivered to them in error. I called FedEx and after working with them for a week the FedEx supervisor drove to this location, picked up my package and delivered it to the correct address. I would never do business with these people again!

If you have any business transactions that you would like handled professionally and efficiently then do NOT use this UPS Store! I found the employees and the manager to be untrained, unprofessional and rude. Not only did they botch my delivery of a business envelope to Canada so that it was returned to my address, they couldn't explain why it happened, how to rectify it and would not refund the postage that I had paid. I would not use this business again!

For my needs, this store has been good. I liked it better when they were in their former location which was closer but this one has been okay. About the only downside is that sometimes there can be long lines but usually there are 2 people at the counter when that happens. Mostly I drop off Amazon items at this location, get a receipt that the item was dropped off and I am on my way. I use FedEx online and/or PayPal to generate USPS, UPS, or FedEx labels.

I was just at the UPS Store in Cave Creek. I just want to express my comment regarding the fine man Richard that helped me out tremendously with an Amazon return. He is always very knowledgeable and goes out of his way to help. I only wish more CSR’s were like Richard. We need more people like him in this crazy world. Love the people and the customer service at this store!! I stop in at least once a month and get in and out right away, it's a breeze. I've had a couple questions on the cost of shipping something and those questions have been answered thoroughly. I felt comfortable with my options. They will be very handy for the upcoming holiday season as I will have packages that need to get to family and friends on time!

I want to tell you about one of your staff members: RICHARD. He recently wrapped 3 boxes of family treasures that were sent to my son and his wife in Topeka. Not one item arrived damaged in any way!! Maddie is such an asset to this company she is very Patient and helpful. I came in already stressed and had an issue with a doc that needed notarized. I’m a client (customer)of the store about 15 years ! Friendly, trained, helpful employees! Even when they are very busy they do not forget to say hello to customers, who just there to pick up mail! When you trying to ship packages Always offering options what is best for The customer ! I’m very happy they are in my neighborhood

Clean store with after hours mail and package pickup. I've had several large and unusual shaped parts packaged and shipped from here. They are attentive and follow up, which is important for my business. Wait times to ship can be high because, well, they're busy with customers.

services at this UPS store seem more advanced than the one on Carefree highway and black mountain parkway but the guy who was there was not friendly at all. I don't expect an amazing greeting or happiness but no greeting, no communication, and seemed annoyed I was even there.

I run in here often before work to return Amazon products. General very short waits. Quick and pleasant workers - as opposed to some locations where staff acts like you’re bothering them. I’ve seen a couple color copiers. Some cards and some Office shipping supplies.
