The owner/whoever the main guy in the counter has previously many times charged me more than what it is on the price sticker in the fridge. Then when you tell him that the price is over what you're charging he makes a fuss and says can't be true. Then when he goes to the fridge, after telling him yes mate you are! He comes and fixes it and charges correctly. Most customers never check the EFTPOS terminal to see the price they are paying. This guy has taken advantage of that and has done in the past with my mates too.

The manager of the place is the only reason why I give a single star. He is rude and condescending. Go else where if you can. Update: the manager and I are good now. He is alright but not too alright. Great pricing. 4 stars. Update: he and I are friends. 5 star. Update: not a fan of the youngens and their treatment of locking doors and asking for payid payments.

If I could give zero, I would. I'm recently vaccinated and cannot prove this for another few days. The owner refused entry despite bottle shops being considered essential and open to unvaccinated people. There was no reason other than the owners stupidity and ignorance for me not being able to be served. Avoid.

Amazing prices, but if you want a great customer experience go elsewhere. The girl didn’t utter a single word to me (even when I said Hello, how are you?) and certainly didn’t smile. Shame as the one thing that strip of shops is/was missing was a bottle shop/bar and it has great potential.

Used to be my cheap cans go to place but has Gone downhill a lot as seems it’s under new ownership. Quality of the craft beers is what it was and seems the same stuff every time I go in. Check the dates on the cans also as a fair amount of old stock and out of date cans being sold.

Your man Ross is a G, he caters to the customer. So if you're after some chill atmosphere, some well priced sit down drinks (whilst you wait for your laundry to dry - coz there's a laundromat next door hahaha), and top notch customer service; you've come to the right place.

The Asian lady with her attitude to collecting my cans is absolutely disgusting. She was acting like she didn't want to collect them because her shop had close for 2 minutes. Now its been 2 weeks later still no money for the deposit. PLEASE STAY AWAY GUYS

Great bottle shop, not only can you buy your drinks at a decent price outside they have a seating area to drink aswell. Don't want the hassle of lining up at a local bar, this place is a great alternative

Good range of craft beer, generally very competitively priced. You can have a drink at the outdoor tables, they have some draft taps or you can pay a buck extra on a can or bottle to drink it there.

Very bad service. I asked for mixers with my alcohol and got refused with a very bad response. When serving your customers, you should be polite however he was not polite and very rude.

The place is really good and cheap but would be 5 stars if they allowed smoking at the outdoor drinking area. It is 5 stars when Christine is bartending! She is lovely!
