I've never come across staff like this. There's only one gentleman there that greets you and offers help. The rest are ignorant and too involved in their own conversations to bother serving. And when they eventually do they don't even acknowledge your existence. Really..... train your staff! Plus I walked in the store and some horrible employee of yours yelled out , and I quote " your always in here ". I have never seen her before but I was so infuriated I WILL NEVER EVER patronise that place again. !!!! I have been in retail for many, many years and owned many businesses and I would never allow any staff /crew member of mine to represent my franchise. One star from me but only because of the tall fair haired guy that was polite and offered help.

I like to go there because,the staff is always prompt to ask if we need any help, and always wear a smile that you can tell is not fake.i like genuine people ! Good on you guys,never change.
