When I was doing my food shopping and I couldn't find something that I kept looking for it was easy to find somebody who works there that could tell me exactly where the item and product I needed was that was a big help because it was jam-packed. I forgot my money in the car after my groceries tallied at the cash register I was able to run out to my car as quick as I could and before I got back to the cashier buy groceries for bagged and I didn't have to wait for anybody else in mind that was really cool. So I just paid for my groceries in got them in my car and was able to leave. Thanks HEB

Morning manager very unfriendly. I reported water on floor as I was checking out. The cashier called it in right away. I had to wait about 20 minutes for my daughter and no one had done anything. I saw a lady talking to employees and I asked for manager to report water still on floor. It was a lot of water in front of cash register. Lady said "I am the manager" with a attitude. I told her about water and that people could fall. It was about 8 am and most customers were elderly. Manager said "I already called it in but every one is busy. I think she could have taken some paper towels from cashier and at least put it on water to caution customers. Than she just stood there with her hands on her hips. Not good.

Well the picture shown in this shopping center isnt why I go here. The place I go in this shopping center is the Evil Olive. The Evil Olive has two dart boards, one pool table, a kitchen, a fully loaded bar that is Manned by a guy named Derek sometimes. Great place, they have alligator bites, pulled pork sandwiches and a bunch of other really good food for "bar food" I went for some take out yesterday. As far as the shopping center it's always been easy to get in and out of and I've never had problems with leaving my vehicle there and worry about it. Go check it out, the olive that is, live music, djs and I was there for karaoke one night, I think....................

I love this heb. Even though I was born in a different Texas city, I consider myself a San Antonio native. I would say that out of the 15 years I have went here and was raised in that area, in my opinion this is the best place to go to for food, medication, or anything else. Now there is a small bad side, the amount of people that go here to shop. It does get from time to time a little hectic, but hey, it's San Antonio, the entire city is hectic. In time though, you'll get used to it.

Oh my gosh, so wonderful sweet! Today being Thanksgiving, my shopping experience was at 0630 in the morning, I know crazy but coming in from Germany I had no other options...5 star's for the girls at the bakery who hooked me up with my chocolate cookie tray and took time to help me find the crackers.:+)) The place was filled with holiday spirit. Everyone was greeted and wished a happy Thanksgiving. A warm holiday season...nice to be back in the USA....even if it is only for a visit.

Stop selling brand named products. Today 9/25/20 no longer carries their brand tuna salad. This ready to eat mix was always a top seller by people I've spoke to and the deli personals own admission Among other things like brand named soups. When asked they always say it's a warehouse issue. Also am told "try another store we don't have as much as other locations" WHY. Why should I drive out of my zip code to shop at the only grocery store in town. And Walmart is not a grocery store.

I love my HEB however, this store switched out all the management. There's nothing but a bunch of kids running it . You basically have to bag your own groceries the employees don't even great you with a smile hardly talk the one manager that's the big guy all he wants to do is sit at the direct tv computer instead of running the store. I have started going to another location where I feel the true joy of HEB where the employees and management are friendly and smile.

I don't understand why they are restricting exiting out of certain doors. I don't see how that could possibly effect the coronavirus pandemic we are in. On top of that the employees that are telling the customers of this "rule" are quite rude & need to understand people with disabilities are put in more danger by having to walk thru the store again as well as the physical toll it takes on our already failing bodies. Be respectful & nice please.

I like this location of the HEBs (on every corner.) I don't know how to explain it it just has a feel. However the physical setup is confusing. You just have to go there to see for yourself. I understand that's not something that could just be fixed overnight. It's just weird I don't know how to explain it. Also the staff sometimes it's difficult to get but once you speak to them and somebody actually helps you, they're pretty great.

A very busy area. Not the friendliest of drivers or the most courteous of fellow shoppers. For me, visits with old friends meant circumventing their mid aisle chats. With a look of puzzlement, no workers offered or even asked if they could help. Was a one time deal there. The store was quite clean and fully stocked but, even that will not cause me to return there.

Pretty good little shopping center! There's a couple nice shops and it's kept very well! We did not see any trash flying around like when you go to other shopping centers here in town... There's ample parking and plenty of shade which is a must here in Texas! Nice short walk to from the parking lot to the stores... Not half bad over all! Lol! 5 stars from me!

I love it because its clean and the stores are close enough to walk or drive, in a short amount of time, at night its still safe but I always get someone to walk me to my car from HEB if I am there at night, it would be nicer if the lights were closer and brighter, other than that its a nice place to shop with T-Mobile and Tuesday Morning, Bealls and HEB.

We went to T-Mobile and HEB. I waited until someone finished talking with mom and it looked like she made a payment. I felt displeased at the fact that she wasn't clear because her mask was on and I am not sure that she welcomed me in. This made me feel suspicious. HEB is still a good food store. It was a little crowded when we went in the afternoon.

The lady was very Friendly, Professional and helpful, clean environment. We expected to get upgrades Samsung Galaxy 23 for both my husband and I. But ofcourse it was just a promotional "come on" . They're not in yet and we would still have to pay approximately $200 per phone deposit. Imagine that! I'd rather just keep what I have, it works fine.

Visited Tuesday Morning located in this strip mall on the Northeast side of San Antonio. The parking was close to the store and it is easy to enter and leave. I was able to find exactly what I wanted in the store and was in and out of the mall within 30 minutes. This is a good place to shop if convenience and generous parking is important to you.

I love this HEB and visit it often. I especially appreciate the freshness of the produce and meat. However, I have trouble finding things since they renovated the store, especially in the frozen food section. Also, their selection of pet products is the only place I feel needs improvement. Products are often out of stock.

I was able to enter the north door. I was parked in handicap space right by this door. When I was ready to leave I was told I had to exit the South door. I was forced to walk a lot farther from my car. The reason given was to keep people from being close to one another. Yet! People were in and out that south door!

Besides H-E-B, there are some fast casual and fast food restaurants as well as one traditional restaurant. One can take care of many needs here with the UPS store, Great Clips, a liquor store, Hallmark, even an urgent care center. The Mallorca salons is a great stop for hair and skin care needs.

I used to live down the road from here and always liked this location. Like all H E B Stores ,this one is chock full of great people who go out of there way constantly to satisfy the customer and they Excel non stop in the delivery of top tier one customer service. At this they're second to mone

Went for a big grocery shop. I always have issues with the way HEB packs my groceries. Some employees need training. I got home and my Pico was drained all over my groceries. In another bag a whole bottle of dish soup burst all over the place. Come one. You have one job take a little more pride

Had a huge package to mail, so I used the UPS store. Easy parking in front, the nice young man behind the counter rushed up to open the door for me, figured out the fastest, least expensive way to ship, and I was in and out in 5 minutes!! Sure beats standing in line at the Post Office!

We love going shopping to this location. We have a HEB by our location but stuff always go down. So we drive a distance to go to this location. The staff is always friendly. It's always peaceful shopping here. We take 2 of our girls that are in a spectrum level here shopping.

I shopped at Bealls. My favorite day is to shop at Bealls. They have name brands and great sales! There is also a Bill Miller's in same center and I like to eat there. This is one place I feel comfortable eating alone. Good food and the best iced tea in town.

Spent a day shopping and I can say it's a really nice area to shop. If you're looking for a gift for someone I'm sure you can find lots different options just by visiting this shopping center. Especially if you don't really feel like dealing with the Mall.

Went to get fish waited around 10 minute nobody then all of the sudden 3 people showed up when i got served the person dodnt ask any ice for that she definitely didn't have enough experience in handling fish and not to mention it was hot and humid outside

I love my neighborhood HEB. The staff is so friendly, I know many by name. Manager Brad is always eager to help and he makes my day. Yesterday I found a marked down bag of jalapeños I just couldn't pass up, so I bought and made pickled jalapeños.

Excellent to shop at. Seafood Department employees always friendly and go out of their way for you. Same great attitude in cold cut department too. Only problem is getting out on to Thousand Oaks is a thrill I could do without, dangerous.

Love this shopping center it has everything you could need from the little Italian restaurant to a Bill Miller's its really easy to find what you are looking for. Next to the shopping center there is a 24 hr. CVS that is so convenient.

Decent variety of commercial chain/franchise businesses mixed with local small businesses. 60/40 Big/Small business. Good location. On the corner of a street intersection but tucked away in a thick, lush tree heavy neighborhood.

I went to cricket and helped me with my phone and I always eat at Pizza Italia it's really good with a great variety of food and they have beer and they have an outside garden to eat in and their food is great and they deliver

I love all my HEB stores, I give it a 3 for the groceries, but the bathroom is horrible, the door to the handicap restroom doesn't lock and comes open, the sink area and floors look dirty, I feel like it needs major updating!

It's Ok. The Remodeling takes an alot of spaces that are empty. They need Better Cleaning some shelves where Empty. No Greeting through the Store . Employees could say Good Evening or Hi to Customers. They Need to improve.

I was a walk in and was lucky enough to have Maria as my stylist. Not only was she warm and welcoming she was one of the best stylists I have ever had. Cut and color. Maria made me feel and look like a million dollars!!

Need another grocery store other than HEB they say compair their low prices to others, who the gas station on the corner. Walmart is not a grocery store. By the way a gallon of milk does cost less at the gas station.

Sara at HEB, think she's a team leader, was one of the rudest people I've met. She talked down to me and judged me. I'm sick with kidney failure and sorry for not feeling that great while I was out. She was horrible

This H‑E‑B is a good grocery store to go to if you don’t need a lot of variety or specialty items. They’re friendly and carry all the essentials. Easily my go to when I don’t want to visit a bigger store.

I will say (as I always do). HEB is the best. Just go there and look around. For freshness and quality, it's hard to beat. The help is friendly and courteous. They really seem to appreciate your business.

I really only go to the heb in this center. If you go early in the morning they have fruit and vegetable snacks for half off sometimes. The cashiers are really nice considering it is early in the morning.

Gotta love your HEEB. Only thing I can not stand is when people bring their pet dog in. Not the service animal, I have one of those, but the French poodle and claim "oh, he is my service dog". I claim bs

Its the one i like most in this area as a new arriver to san antonio because of diversity of their products and what i loved most os the bakery where you can actually get freshly made bread or pastery..

It's convenient to my house but definitely worth the drive to the one on bulverde road. I only buy canned food here as the produce and meat departments definitely aren't up to par with the other HEB'S

This is a good shopping center. It has a variety of specialty stores. There is also a few resturaunts in the area as well. The area needs improvements but in serves the surrounding community.

February 2022 update: yep, you will always still great. As always, Great beer selection. Decent food if you're hungry. My normal stop here is Evil Olive, but Thai Chili is pretty good too.

This is a convenient neighborhood small HEB. Great for quick trips. I like their small flower shop. Easy to find things. One of the few places on earth that stocks Budweiser bin 55 beer.

You going to love this H-E-B I mean it's great produce to meat and grocery better quality than Walmart all day long but a better price and no long lines ever great people are great

My husband and I get our hair cut at Truesdales Salon. We travel about 15 miles to go there but Lucia has been cutting hair for 25 years and she always gives us a Great hair cut.

A bit jumbled and loosely constructed floor plan. Merchandise location is kind of strange, but I guess it's what you used to. It's fine. I've seen better HEB locations. It's ok.

Visited Tuesday Morning during it's Going out of Business liquidation. Not much left in the store considering prices were only 10 to 20 percent off. Where did all the stuff go?

I bought some fruit here, although this is not my normal heb. Wow!!!! The fruit section was so clean and organized, and they have some very cool selection of exotic fruits.

Most definitely will be returning ❤️ I live in Del Rio and we only have 2 HEB's and their nothing compared to San Antonio I love shopping in the San Antonio HEB's ❤️

It's an older shopping center but it is fairly clean. Not my favorite HEB but convenient. Plenty of small shops. Hopefully they remodel then center at some point.

Store employees were helpful in finding what we wanted and the bagger actually came outside and helped us as I had to use a wheelchair to shop in the store.

I grew up with this shopping center. The HEB is very good and there are a lot of great stores. Be careful turning left out onto Thousand Oaks, however.
