Went to tikka lounge with my family for the first time and we absolutely loved it. We’ve been to so many Indian restaurants and this place has to be one of the nicest places. It’s so clean, beautiful ambience, and quite spacious. Korma and the barra kebab were so rich and Beautiful. Ample parking. Kiran and the other girls were really helpful. Explained things really well and asked for our food preferences. Will definitely be back. P.S please don’t drink beer in the small glass if you order a jug, apparently you’re only meant to use the tall glass (makes the staff unhappy). A bigger drink menu would’ve also been nice. But over all, would recommend

A superb front runner for authentic Punjabi food in Cranbourne. My family and I went for dinner last night and we were extremely happy and cannot wait to be back. The ambiance, furniture, crockery were really taught through, often things overlooked in Indian restaurants. Service and comfort can be improved, restaurant was a little cold and waitresses weren’t as attentive or knowledgeable about the dishes. But none of this are reasons to fault the food. We ordered our food Medium hot but it was still too spicy so next time we will combine a few mild and mediums. We ordered the following: Butter Chicken 9/10 Madras Chicken 10/10 Kadai Prawn 10/10 Aloo Gobi 10/10 Banyan Bahrta 8/10 Naans 10/10 Rice 8/10 The curries all tasted authentic and we could really distinct the different spices and flavours. Aloo Gobi and Kadai Prawns were our top favourite. For a family that never orders Butter Chicken we were really impressed on how good it was too. Keep up the great work guys!

40 minutes to serve foods. When we asked why is the delay- waitress mentioned they served drinks and entree early (5 small piece of tandoori chicken) then food will coming late. No appology at all, we left the place with all packed food after such a waiting time, my kids full tummy with two mango shakes without foods. This is not the first and only restaurant so dont bring an excuses , atleast acknowledge your delay. Atmosphere 2 stars, because sat in cold breeze in tabel 3. If waitress has little kind to youmd kids to offer corner tabel , that is much appreciated. I cant rate food, because didnt get to eat warm food at the restaurant . Please note waitress behavior is changing your business a lot , not only the glamourous chairs and good food.15th Nov tabel 3 arrived 8.09- paid at 9.10 pm.

I must express my disappointment with the customer service I received from the lady owner. The encounter left me unsatisfied, and her behavior contributed significantly to the negative experience. I believe it's essential for her to consider a change in her approach to customer interactions. Without such adjustments, there's a risk of losing valuable customers who expect a more positive and respectful engagement. I hope this feedback serves as an opportunity for improvement.

Update: Negative review is not because of outside food. Reply is misleading. The lady at the front was rude. Negative experience is led by negative energy.I strongly recommend looking into this seriously before you start losing customers. 1 Star just because of the front staff (girl's) behaviour and terrible customer service. Best Indian food I have ever tasted. I've eaten at a lot of Indian restaurants and Tikka Lounge is by far the best. Good portion sizes and excellent value for money. I will be eating there again soon. If you like Indian food you will not be disappointed.

Food was nice. With good portion. But mild butter chicken is more spicy than medium chicken madras… mango lassi is pretty nice. Naan is great. Will come back for more food, hopefully won’t be too spicy next time

We really enjoyed our meal at the Tikka Lounge. Great Punjabi restaurant. We had the Daal Makhni and the Paneer Methi Malai with Kashmiri naan and rice. The food and atmosphere were fantastic. I loved the decorations.
