because of being the only colored people in his place my girlfriend and i was accused for stealing a white girls phone.... Even after we agreed to a search in which they did search us and found no phone what so ever we were told that we couldnt even use the bathroom and that we were to leave the club immediately i personally would never return to this place and it is clearly filled with racism What a pathetic first experience i had at tin roof

Lovely night, good music, but the experience was dampened and kinda ruined when I realised on of the bartenders had overcharged me for some drinks I had ordered (I checked cost of things and my bank statement....) and then wasn't sure which bartender it was that had done so. Kinda bleak. I'd be happy to tip if I had known I could just add extra to my order, but rude of the bartender to add a tip for himself on my card.

The bouncer is terrible, should be fired, should be sued for assault and stolen property, can’t believe they would have him manage the door when he has no respect or regard for anyone’s well being, otherwise the place is great and music is awesome but completely ruined by the bouncer please be aware of him, Rude and out of order.

I've been going to Tin Roof since I was 18 and I've always loved it there and have a great jol and meet great people. All the bar staff, bouncers and management are super friendly and approachable. I've always felt extremely comfortable and safe in the venue and never had any negative experience. Keep up the great work ✨

Nice place nd good music but I was not impressed with the bartenders they were so judgmental. One of them even offer me a shot but the was beer Inside wat an insult worse part I did even ask for it because I can buy myself alcohol and we came there to have fun not to be judged by our looks

This place was really quite dirty. The floor was completely wet and covered in dirt and mud. Really busy and everyone was dancing to mediocre music. There was a lot of people smoking inside. And the whole vibe was just not so nice. And you also have to pay to get into this place

As a past student, I loved heading down to Tin Roof for a good jol and lekker company. I recently revisited and it felt incredibly nostalgic to say the least! The venue has changed a bit but the vibe still pumps.

Back in the day when we had young wild drunken nights this was the place to be and it hasn't changed so if you are over the age of 25 (mentally) i would give it a miss. For the younger crowd its a fun place.

Good music and cheap drinks. Very young student vibe and friendly people. Be careful when leaving Tin Roof late at night though very dodgy area and muggings here are very common.

The toilets are dirty but cheap drinks and nice music Good places for those between 18 and 20, if you're above you might not enjoy being surrounded by teenagers.

Very good drink specials. Music selection is mostly decent. The place is not kept clean... The floor ranges from being sticky to being covered in broken glass.

If you are 19 and need a place to do the late night things you can't seem to be able to do the at the age of 27 anymore, this is the place for you.

It's more like a club for teenager. I don't recommend if you expect to have a good time with your friends without getting into a childish fight.

Great venue for the youth of Capetown,friendly staff and affordable prices Roof will and always will be the hotspot for fun and memorable nights
