At first sight this place looks like you have hit the jackpot. Clean. Very presentable. Music playing. Great!! We ordered the entree of smoked veg, the sizzling prawns, the scallops with ink rice. The sizzling prawns were drowned in oil, only 5 of them, and no flavour….. the scallops were half cooked, again only 5 of them, not hot, with the ink rice that had raw rice throughout, gluggy, and honestly tasted awful! The aioli was not smoked, it was definitely just blobbed on from a jar I’m sure! The vegetables were steamed within an inch of there life. NOT smoked by any means, and just not what the menu said, and not edible. I would say they also were a day or so old and perhaps reheated? To top it off - we were in Alfresco dining where another customer sat and smoked The staff did ask her to stop….. which I understand is a hard Situation, but with awful food infront of us, it just made us want to leave faster. We got more food else where as we were left still hungry, and certainly were not going to order anything more! The Service was ok. Friendly enough. But only showed us the specials once we were ready to order. 1/2 filled glasses of water and didn’t leave the bottle, so kept having to ask for refills. We were served the ‘main tapas’ before the entree order…. Just such a disappointing meal out with my mum who was visiting from Interstate. We drove over an hour to come to Mornington as well, so it was a special trip out there as well. So so so disappointing. Whatever is going on in that kitchen needs to change!

Tapas were great. The lamb cutlets were the best cutlets I’ve ever had! The waiter was great too. Unfortunately that’s where the positives end. We ordered the tapas & paella at the same time. We were told the paella would take 30minutes, which was fine. Tapas came out within 10minutes of ordering. We arrived at 6pm and ordered at 6.15pm. The paella did not arrive until 7.30pm. This is a totally unacceptable amount of time to be waiting for food. We were given two different excuses at two different times. First, there had been a lot of orders for the paella. And then later on, “we are really understaffed.” Sorry, but both of those excuses are not acceptable for an almost hour and a half wait. I saw multiple people being seated and served throughout the evening. There was no turning people away and the place was busy and full, which is great to see. But I’m Sorry, Don’t over book and keep taking walk-ins if it is going to compromise your service. We spent hundreds of dollars to wait way too long for food. And I’m sorry, but it wasn’t worth the wait. Totally understand businesses are under pressure to recoup losses for the past 2 years. But the customer shouldn’t have to pay the price for that and be waiting that long. We booked early because we have a young baby and didn’t want to be out too late and for too long. Luckily I brought her food as a back up because my plan was to give her some paella. We are given 2 hour seating times, yet waiting 1.5 hours for the food, not acceptable.

I saw so many great reviews about this place and honestly I felt so let down by the positive reviews here. This place was NOT great at all. We started with the tomato rubbed bread, it was nothing like the ones we had in Spain. It felt like the restaurant went to subway to buy their not so fresh tomato that has been sitting there for a whole day, minced it and top it on a sliced of grilled bread. The chicken croquette came and it was lukewarm and bland. But this is the best dish out of everything else. The tortilla came- it was one of the worst tortilla I have ever had. It was overcooked to the point that the outer skin was tough. Hubby and I both love tortilla and we are so so so sad about this. For mains we had the Paella Del Tio- with the mouthwatering description of prawns, squid, clams, chorizo, moreton bay bug, chicken and wagyu for $65, we really looked forward to it. Sadly it was an absolute let down. Everything was over cooked to a point that the rice was mushy, the chicken was tough, that wagyu was like beef jerky and the mussels was dry and shriveled. We are not the only ones complaining either- I heard the other table complaining that their paella was dry too. I would have loved to give it 1 star but I gave it two because of COVID and giving them a benefit of the doubt that they had a really really off day. But there is no way I would be going back there again.

This restaurant is fabulous. Everything about this place is top notch, interior, service, drinks/wine selection as for the food, everything we tried was chefs kiss! I ordered a spicy G&T (it’s my thing!) and there are so many bars in Melbourne that cannot get these right, but the barman/mixologist at Tio made it perfectly (thank you). This was our first time at Tio Tapas (Father’s Day), dad (and mum) loved it, as did I. The saffron/seafood paella was perfectly cooked as was everything else we ordered. Friendly and attentive staff from the moment we walked in. Cannot fault this place a must try in Mornington. Thank you Tio Tapas for a wonderful experience. See you again soon.

Average experience. I have been to Tio many times now in the past few weeks and I must say the experience is average. Food is delicious I must admit, but it comes at price that is currently undeserving. Food in here is so expensive compared to other tapas restaurants on the market, making it attractive to well-off individuals or special events. However, the issue with this is that the decor and atmosphere is classy but the waitressing is sub par and lacks quality. A few staff are brilliant (two women) but the rest lack character and confidence and skill in waitressing - my party had two dishes spilled. I advise the owner to invest in training for the staff or hiring upskilled members for the team as this is hindering the current potential of the business. The restaurant also seems to have a trend of misplacing bookings, this has happened to me twice now and many others I know. This place has great potential but needs fine tuning desperately.

If I could leave a zero review, I would. Someone hit our car in the car park and we rang ahead inside our grace period to let the restaurant know we would be late while we assessed the damaged and exchanged details. They ensured is that this would be fine. When we got to the front we were told that our table had been taken and that there was no room for us. We mentioned that we had rang ahead and let them know, and he then went and tried to accomodate us at the bar. We were not going to be seated at the bar when we had booked and also rung ahead to let them know that we were having issues on the car park. Rami was incredibly rude. Our group will never be back here again, and we will ensure that everyone on our socials and also our friends and family know. Avoid where possible if you don’t want to support an establishment who are rude, not understanding and all round disgraceful.

Let's start by saying the food was spectacular. The favours were rich and true to Spanish cuisine. However, the service was appalling, and ruined the evening. It took twenty minutes to get a waitress to take our drinks order and get water, in fact my husband went inside and got it himself. I saw other patrons asking if they were supposed to order at the counter because of the lack of service. The English head waitress kept apologising but did nothing and was more concerned in setting tables. The restaurant wasn't full, we arrived at 5:45pm. We really wanted to order a bottle of Spanish red, but our first starter cocktails arrived halfway through the mains so we never got to enjoy one. I feel sorry for the head chef, because the front of house really let them down. I hope to maybe one day go back and try it again and enjoy a different experience. The four stars are for the food.

This place is AWESOME! Came here on an important date night and I am nothing sort of impressed. The environment is chill and has funky vibes and the workers are actually really pleasant and friendly! (Unlike some places on Main St…) Our server Roberto knew what they were doing and was confident in what they were speaking about, and suggested us a fantastic bottle of wine (or two…) His wine knowledge of the wines offered was unsurpassed – we were really impressed. Also, he was wickedly funny! – Really added to the overall experience! The meals were nothing short of amazing. Some Spanish classics (prawn gambas and the paella) with a few modern twists, for the price and experience it is 100% worth it. Do yourself a favor and go to this beautiful restaurant - Can’t wait to return and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anybody searching for the best tapas in Melbourne!

The atmosphere of the restaurant was cozy and peaceful, creating the perfect backdrop for a memorable dining experience. The warm lighting, tasteful decor, and comfortable seating all contributed to a relaxing ambiance. The experience at Tio Tapas Y Vino was nothing short of exceptional. The combination of delicious food, friendly service, and inviting atmosphere left a lasting impression on me. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone seeking a culinary journey that will tantalize their taste buds and provide an unforgettable dining experience. Tio Tapas Y Vino truly deserves its five-star rating and will undoubtedly remain at the top of my list of favorite restaurants in Mornington, Melbourne.

Came here on a suggestion of a friend who has visited many times before and is their favorite restaurant, and we certainly where not disappointed! Made the drive down to visit here (It is around 30-40 mins from the CBD to Mornington) Place was busy and bustling but we were seated and served very quickly – the food came out nearly instantly! We were honestly very surprised to see the kitchen turn around the food that fast! The young man who was attending to us was very polite and professional – and it’s honestly refreshing to hear that they’re passionate and love their job – We could tell! The service was all smiles as soon as we walked through the door and as soon as we left! Excellent tapas, beautifully presented. So delicious. All meals were scrumptious. Fantastic service too. We will be back!

Terrific lunch there today. As a bit of a Spanish food nut I went in with low expectations of seeing authenticity in Mornington. But I was quickly and pleasantly surprised. Nice wine list with a good focus on Mornington Peninsula wines. The Estella draft was fresh tasting and excellent food match. The staff was attentive, really warm and had some good recommendations. Patatas Bravas excellent. Gambas PilPil superb, the garlic oil absolutely worth dipping into with lightly charbroiled toast that came with it. Baby squid was tender and delicious, terrific light red sauce . Whitebait was cooked perfectly, about only slight mishit was I felt they were a bit salty, but depends on taste I guess. Definitely will return and explore further. Quite an extensive menu to work your way through.

  • Lauren Helena

Totally unimpressed. Food is marvellous I will admit. However, so ridiculously over priced it is insane, be prepared to spend $220-250 for 4 people. Each dish is $18-20 for tiny tapas portions, appropriate prices would be a reduction of at least 30%. Wait staff is atrocious. So disappointed in the staff and their skill level. At this price point I would expect staff of a far higher quality. I had a waitress taking dishes off the table leaning over me whilst eating, not appropriate at all. Other waiters lacked confidence and social skills altogether. Complete COVID-19 breach. Multiple staff failed to wear masks, including owner who had it round his chin. Tables were not appropriately distanced. Music is so loud you cannot hear the person next to you. Will not be returning.

  • Drengu

Absolutely appauled by how poor the restaurant was run. No one could find our booking, we were waiting for over 20 minutes for a table then when we were finally seated it was right next to another table far too close for covid safety it was horrible! our seats had food on it. no waiters wore a mask not even the owners. the staff looked confused at times, one complained she was exhausted and wanted to go home, some lacked experience and even interest or knowledge in the food and drinks. the bartenders were loud and very rude with attitude. the food was nice though, wine was pricey for how cheap it was. the music was a nice feature but couldnt cover up the fact the restaurant is all over the place. wont be returning

  • Dylan Henson (Where the trail takes us)

Very average dining experience. Wagyu steak was cooked well but tasted like an old leather boot (didn’t bother finishing it) truffled mushrooms tasted like they came from a can and canalone was cold on the bottom and top and luke warm in the centre. Service was confused with wait staff doing their best but clearly under pressure and not realising food had not been delivered . Drinks were incredibly slow taking around 20-30minutes from order. 2 courses arrived before the wine…. There are definitely better places to eat if you’re travelling to Mornington, particularly for the price, $150 for 2 people including 2 drinks each. Left hungry as the food was so bad we didn’t finish it.

Great service and atmosphere, highly recommend stopping by if you're in Mornington. Tio Tapas has a vibrant Spanish feel, upbeat Latin beats play in the background setting the mood as you relax, with a glass of wine sampling the amazing food on offer. The service is fast and friendly, the waiters are more than happy to have a chat and offer whatever assistance they can. Be prepared though as the meals can be a little pricey but definitely worth it!

My wife and I just found this restaurant in Mornington with an excellent rating and decided to try it out. Came in quite late at around 19:45 and there was no queue at all, but a lot of happy patrons. Staff were professional, warm and just lovely! The paella mixta was a bit of a wait, but it was all worth it! Authentic spanish paella with fresh meat and seafood served on a piping hot plate! The drink selection had an extremely wide range and we were definitely spoilt for choice. Decided to have the usual sangria + corona, and they were beautifully refreshing! Left the restaurant singing *guantanamera* :-)

  • Gavin Silberbauer

Great tapas place in Mornington Main Street, owners are fantastic, friendly and welcoming. The food is top quality and serving sizes are generous for tapas, selection of spanish wine and beers also pretty cool as well, would definitely recommend if you are looking for a good night out with live musicians playing on certain nights as well , 5

A little bit expensive but really lovely food and service. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff, very nice and helpful. The food was really good. A little bit pricey for tapas. We spent $100 per person but I didn’t walk away super full. Really delicious though! We had salami, meat balls, calamari, prawns and Paella. All were great. So were deserts. Forgot to photograph everything because I was so keen to eat it :) I enjoyed my meal at Tio Tapas.

I really wanted to enjoy this for my birthday, but we booked for seven ahead of time and had only four plates arrive in two hours of seating. Inclusive of that, we had heaps of mistakes against dietary restrictions and our paellas never arrived. We did not get any compensation and cancelling the order after two hours of ordering was difficult. Edit: On phone call, we were promised 50% of our total fees, minus the paellas that never arrived. We were refunded 20%. Pretty disappointing catch-up.

Came here last night for a meal with my girlfriend before peninsula hot springs. We were in a bit of a rush but the amazing team accommodated us and the service was attentive and efficient. The food and drinks were amazing and our experience was probably a favourite in comparison to other tapas restaurants (Outside of Spain) we've been too . Ordered a few small plates but we were blown away by the dry aged wagyu which was placed over a blue cheese sauce and drizzled with some kind of jus. Highly recommend this place if you are in the Mornington Peninsula.

  • Akash Devasar

Hits and misses. Overall a good experience but needs improvement on portions. Main feedback is portions are too small for multiple items. Chorizo was $18 for 7-8 pieces. I feel that’s too expensive. The baby squid was $20 for 2 pieces, that’s absolutely ridiculous. The bread used for the sardines needs to be better. It was dry and crumbly. The Jamon croquetas were good. Portion and price was gpod value. The pina colada was terrible. It was basically a coconut milkshake for $15. Nope. I’d like to return but not at these portions and prices.

  • Tom White

Honestly pretty underwhelmed by this place. Food tasted all very frozen, the portions were insanely small for the price. Eg. $25 for 5 prawns and 2 pieces of small bread. Tapas only works when the dishes are priced to their size or quality and this place has neither. I think we spent nearly $500 for a table of 8 and all stopped for more food on the way home. Staff were nice enough, so no issues there but for those prices I’d be going just about anywhere else.

food was yum but we left when 2 hours in we still didn’t have our mains LOL RIP also waiter spilt water on my girlfriend and also down my friends back. For just entrees it was $200 Editing down to 1 star bc of the restaurants response to me - we were promised a $100 refund and they’re bragging about refunding us $39. Additionally, I would not come here if you are vegan, there were about 3 vegan options - chips, a bowl of steamed cauliflower, and bread with tomato paste.

Staff were helpful, and food was delicious. Very good food for a reasonable price point, you definitely want to share your plates here. Just had a bit of a miscommunication in the system which meant waiting an extra 40 minutes for dessert, which was a little disappointing way to end a lovely lunch. Edit: 22/10/23, removed from 4 stars down to 2 stars. the pay machine now prompts you to tip when paying - don’t let this culture creep into Australia

Nice ambience, decent service and friendly staff... Unfortunately, the tapas were not as authentic Spanish as we expected – my fiancé is of Hispanic background, her family lives in Spain, and I have travelled to Spain (Madrid, Barcelona, Ibiza) numerous times – also, most of the savoury dishes seemed to have the same garnish (rocket and edible orange flavours), and the deserts were quite disappointing. There's definitely room for improvement, especially after factoring in their prices.

I would certainly agree with previous comments. We found it expensive for the quality of food served. The chicken pieces dish was literally one small breast diced into cubes. The chilli prawns was also a let down. 5 prawns no bigger than a large thumb. At a cost of $23 for a small tapas dish we both agreed it’s more like a $13 serving. Taste was lovely and service great. Thus the 3 stars.

I can not rate more highly. This place was perfection. The service and staff were exceptional. So friendly, so accommodating and had a smile on their face the whole time. The food was delicious....the sticky date dessert is a MUST. The atmosphere was just brilliant with a live guitarist and flamenco dancer. I have already booked to go back with a large group in a couple of weeks and I know I will be back again and again and again. WELL DONE guys!

  • Jasmine Mercieca

From the service to the food the whole thing was a let down… the staff made us feel very unwelcome. It was $72 dollars for a bland, soggy and mostly chicken “seafood” del tio paella. Also had cheap frozen calamari in it? Really disappointed after reading the good reviews, huge let down for us.

The Dishes we ordered we below average at best, I felt like the Cauliflower was frozen and microwaved along with all the dishes we ordered, potatoes were soggy and uneven heat throughout suggesting microwaved. zucchini fritters the same, swimming in liquid, Made to feel like an inconvenience as we approached as a walk up, no welcoming or uplifting feeling here from anyone. In fact the vibe was sad.

Unfortunately needs some TLC. Menu items sounded great but were very flat on flavour. Seamed as though all staff were new, and Noone new table numbers as EVERY order that came out went to the wrong table or were asking who ordered it.. lychee cocktail jug was also sadly poor. Amazing :Best on the Peninsula. The food is amazing, so full of flavour and taste. Each dish is unique and all of the tapas are to die for. The portion sizes of the tapas is plenty, it gives you a chance to try a few dishes or indulge in plenty. The wine is very well matched and the cocktails look amazing. The service is impeccable and cant rate them high enough. Can highly recommend them. You wont be disappointed Definitely a regular now.

After several visits to Tio Tapas The food here is exceptional! The service is friendly but unattentive to smaller groups. They seemed to have only been focused on the larger tables (4+) The owner or manager (not quite sure) is amazing though he was the only one who checked up on us during the service. I will return and hope to make it a 5 star rather than a 4

I forgot to take pictures but this place is one of the best in the street. Food was great, between 4 of us we shared the mushrooms (to die for), the wagu, the calamari (delicious), the prawn hot pot and the seafood paella along with cocktails and beers. The service was great, the food was quick and tasty, with a hospitality background and as a chef I can honestly say I highly recommend it and I will be back for more.

  • Eric Vayanos

Fantastic tapas with flavoursome very well presented dishes. We wanted to try everything on the menu. Every dish had authentic Spanish flavours. Great atmosphere and the staff were friendly, attentive and the service was spot on. Good selection of wines and well priced cocktails. The bar even made a non alcoholic cocktail that was not on the menu for my granddaughter. We can't wait for our next visit to Tio Tapas.

  • Haris Moutzouris

We where seated... Took 15 minutes to he offered water and a menu for food and drinks. We must of caught you in a tricky night because everything we ordered was average. Scallops drenched in Japanese mayonnaise...and overcooked. The chilli prawns...where just overcooked prawns bathing in tomatoe pulp. You have to do better than this. I left my feed back with the waiter and he pretty much srugged it off. Good luck

  • Alix R

Barcelona style tapas Unlike many of the other reviews our service was great, the major complaint was the awful, awful food that had no resemblance to Spanish tapas. Frozen foods, terrible ham, garlic prawns with no sign of any garlic. However, the bread was good.

I'd say this is the best Spanish restaurant in Melbourne. Though it surprisingly never seems busy - always good for dropping in without reservation. It's worth a drive just to have dinner here. And of course, you can taste the jewel of Spanish quisine here - Black-label Jamon Iberico de Bellota.

What a great find. Interesting, tasty dishes and friendly service. Live Spanish music on the Saturday night we were there added to the whole experience. Must try the acorn-fed jamon and the chilli baby squid. We almost forgot to order sangria and we are so glad tried it - so refreshing and full of flavour. Can't wait to go back again as there were so many items on the menu I didn't get to try.

  • Crissy NOT CRAZY

I gave 5 stars because of the food and the service. I actually called the restaurant 3days ago but my name wasn’t listed. The lady who assisted us didn’t disappoint me because she offered us a table of 4. The PAELLA IS SUPERB, the best we had. We are Asians with Spanish background so we know which one is good or not. The taste is authentic and the serving is pretty good. Worth the penny!

Absolutely beautiful food. Lovely atmosphere and greats hosts. Wait staff were brilliant and were helpful in recommending certain dishes. The meatballs were awesome and can recommend along with the potatoes! We had this during lockdown when the food had to travel and it was okay but the distance from the kitchen to the table makes the food freaking amazing. Can highly recommend.

This place was a joke! Their standards of service was appalling & most of us walked out starving waiting 2 hours for our meals. We were pretty excited to try this place out. The service was great and lovely. The food and drinks were not meet our expectations - can not taste the real saffron from the paella, meatball was too much artificial smoky flavour, tortilla was like room temperature, tomato toasts were sorgy and the cocktails were average. The only one dish we enjoyed was the squid.

Absolutely amazing lunch! My partner and I had the meatballs, chicken croquettes, sizzling prawns and scallops with some margaritas. Everything was delicious and very good serving sizes! The staff were very friendly and helpful. One of the waitresses even ran after us up Main St to give me jacket that I had left behind. I highly recommend Tio Tapas Y Vino.

  • Trent

An amazing experience. I wanted to try everything on the menu, but had to limit myself for this visit. The food was a culinary experience. Although busy, the service was excellent and the ambience was perfect with the live music. I would highly recommend and I will be back!

Absolutely beautiful meal this evening. Second Tapas experience and glad to say polar opposite. Fantastic service, attentive and knowledgeable. We had the choriza pate, roast vegie salad, lamb cutlets, potatas bravas, prawns in spilling chili oil, meatballs and the ham and cheese chroquettes. Thanks to the team at Tio we will be coming back again.

  • Diana Fickling

Great place for dinner! We had excellent service with friendly waiters. Sat outside on a balmy evening & they brought out gas heaters around 9pm when it became chilly. The food was absolutely delicious and we had 8 different tapas dishes and a jug of sangria. Even tried the dessert churras with yummy chocolate dipping sauce. We will be back soon.

  • Bec Trevisan

The food was stunning! It was a great spot to come with my best friend for dinner and a catch up. I couldn't rate the service & venue more highly, I will definitely be back! A great new local.

Amazing fit out and ambience but I didn't spend 180 dollars for 2 people for ambience. The food is inauthentic, overpriced and overall disappointing. I wish we'd gone to yomg, spent 40 dollars and been overly satisfied but instead were underwhelmed with every dish that came out and felt ripped off when the exorbitant bill was presented to us.

Family went out for dinner Sunday night, amazing service amazing atmosphere and Devine menu! We ordered plenty of tapas to share and a paella to finish. Wine list and cocktails list amazing and quick on the drinks, tops to the owners, we will be back and can not wait! Best sangria jugs on the peninsula thanks you for a great evening xxx

  • Red Cee

Unfortunately I love authentic tapas and had high expectations. This is not that. We came on a quiet night. Only 2 other tables occupied. It was still a long wait for some very basic plates. Food was uninspired. Nice atmosphere, good location and the staff could not have been nicer.

Lovely family evening out, it was suppose to be for 2, but we ended up bringing the kids. The sangria was lovely, as was the selection of tapas. Great atmosphere and will look to return soon with friends.

Birthday lunch for four adults and three week old baby. Atmospheric inside seating with plenty of additional outdoor seats with heating. Friendly and attentive staff, just the right side of attentive without being intrusive. We had several tapas dishes plus the seafood Paella. Every dish was delicious. Highly recommend this restaurant

Guy on the door got a bit cranky when walked straight in out of the cold however once he got over the checking in / booking issues we enjoyed a really nice meal. True tapas style small plates filled with flavorsome dishes. We had the sizzling prawns, lamb rack and slow cooked goat ... all very good. Excellent bread too. Loved it !

  • Pilar Wright

Thank you for an amazing night!!! The service, the food, the drinks, the live music, everything was excellent! We felt that we were in Spain. The gambas, the paella, the sangria and the espresso martini’s were all delicious. We will definitely be back.

Ordered Paella for 2 as advertised. It was tasty, however was one small bowl that felt like we were sharing an entree. Had to whip up food at home as we were both still starving. Unfortunately disappointed. Happy to support local business during COVID, but not when you feel you are being taken advantage of. It was a black bowel.

The service that we received was top-notch! From our welcome to the end of our lunch, we experienced customer service at its best—exceptional care and communication when I notified them that I was celiac. I would highly recommend Tio Tapas to anyone who loves tapas and great service. The sizzling prawns were my favourite!

  • Jeric Ramos

Had a really great night at Tio Tapas Y VinoThe service was impeccable and felt like we were really looked after. Friendly staff too! Highly recommend the lamb chops and meat balls (they were our favourite). Food came out very quickly! The cocktails were great, must try Johnny Ahumado and Magico. Definitely coming back.

  • Di Hendo

Visited this place for the first time on the weekend. Spent almost 4 hours eating and drinking. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The cocktails were divine. I highly recommend the garlic chilli prawns but all the food was delightful. Loved the live music too, definitely felt like I was back in Spain!

  • D Leyton

One of the best Spanish tapas restaurants in Vic. Always a pleasure to dine in and be welcomed with professional friendly service and perfected plates of authentic Spanish Food. Mussels and prawns cooked to perfection. The bartender can also accommodate to custom requested cocktails. No faults here.

Beautiful relaxing Winter afternoon relaxing with a nice vino tinto and several rounds of tapas. Terrific down to earth staff nice vibe inside and outside venue. It was quite busy but we were lucky enough to be seated straight away. Thanks to Calvin and Emma - glad she won today :)

  • Meg Keet

Absolutely loved this place! Food was awesome, sangria jug was yum and the restraunt manager was so accommodating and welcoming, making some great suggestions for our young daughter to eat. Staff were all very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We can't wait to return again

  • Nasser Jacobs

Amazing food & service. Love the Spanish vibes and decor, perfect venue for date nights. The baby squid was to die for, the wagyu steak was sensational & dont get me started on the sizzling prawns, they were out of this world...Cant wait to come back and try the rest of the menu.

  • John Hodge

Went to this restaurant and found prices outrageous. 2 serves small empanadas, 1 serve churros with icecream, 1 coke and 1 beer cost $125.00! Even with the surcharge this is a rip off! Will never see us again. Portion sizes tiny for the price - try somewhere else!

  • James Rodrigues

Could be the best on Main street but: -It's pricey -The owner is pretty rude. He should not be hosting. -Food was ok but every single dish came with rocket(which wasn't even fresh) for garnish. -Staff was friendly but inexperienced. Lot of room for improvement.

  • Adrian Moore

I don’t suggest the $60 share menu. We were still hungry at the end. Okami next door at ~$37 is much better option. Also expressed our hunger at the end to no avail from the owner.

Nice place, unfortunately the service was poor. Not enough staff for a Saturday night. Took 20min to get first drinks and 55 to get first round of food. The scallops was great but average chicken and the goat cannelloni was sooo salty it ruined the dish.

I like the atmosphere of this place the most. I found it a little hard to find anything substantial to eat. I know that's how Tapas goes but how many do you need to order to be satisfied? Still over all very good.

  • Peter Scott

We ordered the Payela for 2 and the Sangria Tropical. Was delivered on time, fantastic service and a great meal served outside made us feel like we aren't in lockdown. Still going on the fruit in the Sangria.
