Once in a lifetime negative experience! They provided a fake tracking number, when asked, they went silent. Keep emailing asking for a refund and there's no response from them. Finally, they sent the real tracking number. I suspect that they didn't have the item. If you don't have the item, please take it offline. You took so long to ship the item off. Products arrived today. I'm fuming mad! How can a company send without checking that all the items are there? There are missing items: power cord and cross stop. This must have been the demo set as it came super dusty. I'm not sure why they crossed out the serial number and other things that are supposed to be included in this set. I will update with what the company says and how they rectify this. But I'm really upset about such service. Outcomes I'm looking for option 1) full refund and you take your goods back. 2) power cord and cross stop get delivered, refund $300 for demo set and refund for trim stop I bought but isn't here. I'd rather give a proper company the money. Update 17 Dec: spoke to the manager. He apologized for not wiping the display model and said it has never been used. (Still why am I paying for a display model??) Where are the missing items: He said it's only the power cord that is missing. Blamed it on Festool for not including it. You're the one shipping it out, mate. Don't blame others for not checking and shipping items off. They promised express shipment, getting the item within 2 days. Please look at the screenshot. Arriving estimated on the 22nd. So much for express delivery. These guys should be shut down. I've never met such unethical people with no accountability. Update: manager called and blamed me for ordering the wrong thing. I blew my top and he said he didn't like the review I wrote. As I said Manager has no accountability. Explain the power cord missing. My fault? Once the manager is like that, Staff all follow the poor service as there's no model to follow for excellent service. He will give a full refund. Update: received a full refund after sending the items back.
I placed an order with four items that were available for immediate shipping - three out of four items were delivered over one week later, with no information on the fourth item. I emailed customer service to find out about the fourth item and never heard back from them (no phone number to call - the physical shops and the online store are different entities). Over two weeks after the order was placed, I received another package - this time, the item was not what I ordered but an incorrect item. I then emailed again to find out what was happening with my missing item and still have not heard anything back. Called one of the stores and the staff told me I have to continue to email the online customer service team. It's now been over a month and I still have not received my order that I have paid for. I have written many emails and no one is responding. Four and a half weeks later and my order has still not been fulfilled. Probably the worst online shopping experience I've ever had - will never shop with this company again.
The Staff member who is in this store is very lazy which is apparent by the fact all he does is sits down. If you look at the about us section it states staff have great knowledge and go above and beyond to get you the right product. Not only did this guy give me the wrong product but once i came to have that addresses he said "its to bad" "nothing i can do about it" refused to escalate to a senior leader. After i put multiple reviews on multiple sites he decided to call and say "its your word against mine so ill refund you as its to much headache" Poor, poor service, he can basically do what he wants and no senior manager will ever be called in. Beware!!! we spend about 10k a year so he clearly don't care
Ordered online for pick-up. Waiting for item to be ready but nothing...... Contacted the mob for information but no reply. Every other tool shop I deal with actually has the item ready for pick-up the same day and answers questions within the hour. I was looking to make a few more rather expensive purchases from this mob but not now. Pretty quick to take the money but slow to deliver. Zero customer service. If an item is not in stock they should actually state that...... every other shop does.....

Brilliant staff member Danny Godbee, Thank you for your fantastic service. Danny managed to locate an item we needed Urgently in Melbourne. He took payment over the phone and as soon as the item was received in his store, he called me to advise it will be going in the post that day. The communication was great throughout the whole process and i would definitely shop here again. Well Done, Danny, it was a pleasure to deal with someone so helpful and pleasant. Great Job Danny
Will never deal with this company again. Purchased 3 items on the 4th of January. 2 items received in late Feb after numerous emails and calls. One of the items were wrong. Which I returned. Other 2 items were no where to be seen. Sent another email or 2. Second item arrived 19th march. Still haven’t received the 3rd item and it’s now may. They never respond to emails and can’t get through to them on the phone. I recommend avoiding this company altogether
I had a positive experience with Tools Warehouse, they went out of their way to ensure I was happy with the product, with the price, and with the service. Was sent this item from this store brand new sure looks like it. They even admitted that this item should never have been sent out as it’s a used item an missing parts. I have had numerous conversations with this store asking them to supply a return label so this item can be returned for a refund. Multiple multiple calls and still nothing. Looks like I have to deliver this myself for a full refund in store 7h20 min round trip
The staff are great tony is one of the best people I have Dealt with he went above and beyond to help me get my Milwaukee tool box he made sure the tool box was all there even when they sent only the top box he followed up and made sure it was complete I highly recommend tony for any tool advice or product advice needed
Called in looking for a particular item which they had in store. They held it down and waited til i got there. I haven't received such professional customer service like that in a while, well spoken and all the knowledge from the whole range of tools. Big thanks to Jake who made my experience effortless and pleasant

Found these guys by chance after being bummed around, walked in the door 15mins before closing time and Jake got me sorted. He took the time and walked me through all different options. Highly recommend these guys, i will now always just make the trip when im in need. Thanks for the help guys.
Ordered online for pickup. Been waiting for over three weeks and still no items. Don't bother even sending emails for an update. Staff blame everything on covid and don't even check the order. They just give a generic reply that items will be ready soon. 0/5

Good. Love my new Metabo Drill and impact wrench. It had to be ordered in and Kevin made it easy for me to pick it up from their warehouse. I'll be buying quite a few more things here. Also good prices and the shops are easy to get to

I was having a very hard time sourcing a specific Metabo mitre saw. Scott was Verrry helpfull, ( as in A+ ), for customer service. It was delivered in store within 2 days from order, as promised.
Didn't have the tool set i had in stock. The gentleman found me a better set and discounted the price for me. Very good service and some high quality tools available and good prices.
Never choose this store, they will not return the tools you just bought if they are not used. This is one of the crappiest shops I've ever seen in Sydney. be careful with them
