They have some great deals and I have found some stuff that others dont have. Besides a hick up with their click and collect service with 3 of my orders, they have been a great store, plus, click and collect issues I had cannot blame them, that was a company online issue. This store is great.

We were here today, it was magic! Only one torque wrench was available in whole Sydney) we asked to postpone it for us upon arrival. When we entered the store, nice guy immediately was given us the goods. it was so nice) they gave me a bunch of Milwaukee markers

I placed an order with four items that were available for immediate shipping - three out of four items were delivered over one week later, with no information on the fourth item. I emailed customer service to find out about the fourth item

Shocking service. Ordered something they said they had in stock which they didn't, then they sent me only one of the two I order two months later. When I emailed them about it I did not get a response and it has been 5 days.

Dishonest, I paid for tools that they claimed they had stock but didn’t. Over 2 weeks later, they won’t reply to emails or refund me. Save yourself the hassle and use an honest shop like Bunnings.
