I was very impressed with the service I received. From the first communication with Jasmine to the quote. The experience was speedy and convenient. I had received several quotes a year prior and although roofing input costs have gone up the new quote I received was very competitive. I went with a Class 4 roof material and the upgrade cost was negligible compared to the standard roofing material. Worth it for my peace of mind and it translates into savings on insurance too. My garage is a few years old and did not need a new roof. The salesperson came to the house with sample materials so we could colour match. So convenient. The installation team arrived early morning and were still working when I came home hours later, they cleaned up efficiently and all the debris went with them leaving me with a brand new roof! Payment options are great too. I could have financed the bill, but opted to pay it. I was able to send e-transfers and their system is slick enough that once the payment is sent it auto emails you a new bill that says, "Paid in full" showing a $0 balance outstanding. All in all, it was an easy experience. Getting and paying for a new roof isn't as exciting as a new car or a vacation; just a necessary purchase, but Top Roof made the purchase as seamless as possible.

This is solely our personal experience only which was not quite pleasant and the quality, professionalism and a lack of experience is all included in one package. I could tell that I was deceived by the lowest price ever and decided to go with the company, however it was turned out stessfull and nightmare instead of ease of relax. Because previous metal sheet was left under the new shingles and the valley metal was too thin that at the end roof looked like it was lifted and metal edge was not installed on some areas where I can see plywood. So I called the owner and said it's normal, he has 30 years experience however after a couple of complaints it got fixed, but then also the owner told me that he would also replaced the affected areas with new shingles and I trusted them. Another mistake , because I hired 3rd party inspector to inspect the roof but it turned out they re-used the shingles. List goes on and on. I will never choose them to do my roof again. And I learned it in hard way that nothing is free. Especially the quoted price is a lot less for the same scope of work.One question to myself is that is my home done differently than others? There are so many positive feedbacks which is why I chose it along with the lowest price. Not quite sure. I hope this helps.

Prior to hiring Top Roof & Exteriors Inc, I went through three other highly rated roofing companies for estimates. This company was the most affordable out of all of them, and I appreciated the fact their on-site staff who worked on the estimate did climb on to the roof to inspect & document its condition, it shows professionalism! I have had other estimators only care to eye ball the roof from the ground level before delivering the quote to me. Kristi, the project coordinator who managed my roofing was responsive, kind, and professional about my inquiries and concerns. My detached garage had a water leak and my bungalow roof was over 25 years old, both needed roofing work done. The team Kristi sent to work on them was Dustin and Drake, they got both roofs done within one and a half day, and they look beautiful! At the time, my family were also doing yard work and cutting down trees from the back and front lawn. We did not had a rental bin to dispose the trees, Drake and Dustin kindly offer to transport them away with their trailer. They were compassionate people, and we appreciate them a whole bunch! This has been a very positive experience and I would recommend this company to anyone in Calgary who is looking to get their roofs done.

First off, Kevin did an amazing job. He fixed ceiling leak issues that 3 other contractors we brought over couldn't fix! He was also willing to fix other issues not originally in the scope (as long as we phoned the management for them to adjust the billing after the work was done). Other than that, he was kind enough to tell us what was causing the issues, what sort of repairs he was going to do, and showed us the new parts he was installing up on our roof. You can really feel his sincerity. Matter of fact, he described to us how he was thinking about the work being done while at home lying in his bed. When we reported another leak, he was at home the very next day. Unlike some contractors who would suggest uncessesary fixes that are outside of the scope just to squeeze more dollars out of you, Kevin & Top roof would stick to the plan and just tell you what needs to be done to fix the current problem. The shingles on my roof had started to deteriorate with no leak so I decided to price out 9 Calgary roofing companies. Vincent with Top Roof was sincere and passionate for his job. He kept himself informed regularly of how the other companies were offering and to see what he could do to win my business. He was not the cheapest, but he offered the best value for the shingles used/ quality of material used and warranty. For that I decided to go with Top Roof. His tag team of installers- Drake and Dustin were excellent. Although just the 2 of them and some 30C days, they never complained and were industrious. They managed to install the new roof on a fairly large house within 2.5 days. Their install showed their attention to detail. I am completely satisfies with my experience with Top Roof and would easily recommend them and use them again in the future.

All I can say is wow! After dealing with insurance for our house and hail repair, (roof x2 , siding, fatia and downspouts, window repairs) learning it would take til December weather permitting but most likely April to have the work done, to top it off selling our house needing the insurance claim to be closed in order for it to be transferred to the new owners, stress is an under statement. I approached three companies and Nick stood out as he was efficient and professional and decided to go with his team. He understood the time lines and financial limits due to taking a cash settlement. Our roof and siding were damaged in a hailstorm. What we thought would be a stressful situation turned out to be a great experience. We had Top Roof as well as many other companies assess the damage and do up a quote for us. Nick was very personable and professional when he came by. He also found damage that other companies didn't. Their quote was very reasonable. In the end they made it easy for us to make the decision to go with them. Im glad we did!! Their roofers and siders were also top notch. They were very friendly and efficient. They cleaned up at the end of each day and answered any questions we had. My friends and neighbors also commented on what an amazing job they did and how efficient they were. I was impressed by each and every member that works there and would recommend them to anyone!

The company installed a skylight with a blind (which they could not install) that was not what was expecting or what I was invoiced for. When the velux rep came out and finished the installation (I immediately informed him it was not what i was expecting or invoiced for). He encouraged me to try it for a week and if I wasn't satisfied he would switch it. I tried to email, call and text both Top Roof and Velux (the blind company) , I was completely ignored and told they would call me back. It has been months. The Velux rep finally got back to me after I went to the regional manager directly - informing me that I would have to pay for a new blind and the associated installation cost. This is completely unacceptable. I would never do business with either of these companies again.

Our house was damaged by the hail storm that happened on the South part of Calgary in July 2021, the appraiser of the insurance company came and completed the investigation within 10 mins which there were a lot of missing damaged spots and footage miscalculated happened, we are so thankful that Nick and the team of Top Roof Exterior helped us with their professional supplement report that dealing with the insurance company to compensate the extra cost to cover all the repairs or replacement needed. Also their prompt response on my enquires that always relief my worries a lot, that is so important... My neighbor had his roof replacement completed by Top Roof, and I witnessed the professional job and clean state after the work, so I also signed my roof replacement contract with Top Roof. They showed up as they promised and completed the work as per the plan with the site cleaner than before. The new roof (Brownstone IKO Dynasty) appears so attractive in the neighborhood. Top Roof identified and replaced rotten OSB substrate in a few small areas, added new vents (original builder had 4) and replaced shining metal strips with color-matching replacements. The service was fast and finished before the predicted time (two days instead of three) and professional. Overall, I highly recommend this company!

If I had the ability to give these guys 10 stars I would have done so in a heartbeat. They were in the neighbor hood working on another house, my wife approached them for an estimate for our house, the same day the roof was inspected and an estimate was provided ( Nicks, truck is his mobile office, with his a pitbull as his secretary, printer , laptop on site). Got several quotes and nick was one of two that had any dialogue back and fourth after giving the quote for any follow up questions but was absolutely “no pressure” when it came to moving forward. He also appreciated on his end my communication back to see if there was different options available since the reviews on the first product quoted weren’t something what I was comfortable with. After I gave the go ahead he explained in could be a few weeks before install which ended up being less than a week. Install crew finished in one day and the roof looks great. Definitely recommend.

Due to the damage from hailstorm in Copperfield couple of months ago, the roof and siding of our house was damaged. I reached out to Top Roof for a quote and Nick was very efficient! Just finished having my shingles done. As well as my neighbors side (duplex) plus his garage. Was all done in 2 days. The poor guys had to man handle all the shingles up as there was some issues with the zoomboom. Very impressed at how they thoroughly cleaned up my yard. I walk barefoot in my yard. Easy to deal with, quick in and out re-roofing job from the hail damage a few years ago. I was impressed with their work from my neighbours house they did a nice job there with the siding and roof with immaculate clean up as well. 10/10 I would recommend this company, and Jasmine is great in the the office with her communication. I’ll probably use them again next year to fix the battered siding from the hail due to their fair pricing.

We were fully damaged in the 2020 hailstorm that hit Calgary in the SE...To proof was the only company to return our call after being ghosted by 3 other larger companies...my product was ordered and installed within weeks and the crew was even outside VACUUMING up nails! My friend had her roof installed just last month by them and we will be using them again as a repeat customer to fix our damaged siding!
