I bought an ITM BENCH GRINDER from the Marsden Park store. I used it for 30 minutes and all of a sudden it just stopped working. I went to return it after I used it (two days later) , and the manager (JOE) tested it and it did not work. Five minutes later, he tried it, it worked, then he tried telling me turn it by hand to get it started as 'it needs to be worn in'? (no experience talking) They told me there is nothing wrong with it so I took it back home. The next day, it wasn't working so I rang the store - again and they told me that they will not able to give my $350 dollars back. So I went to the store then they did the same thing again, they tried to refuse to give my money back and prove me wrong, as I had used the ITM BENCH GRINDER after roughly 30 minutes. The manager kept on saying that it's working after he had tested it and clearly can see it's still wasn't working. I had to contact other stores (really) and which were very helpful and also called head office to intervene. PLEASE people BEWARE of this MARSDEN PARK STORE AS THEY TRIED TO NOT REFUND MY HARD EARNED MONEY AFTER going back two times. Not professional at all. Not helpful. Do Not recommend.

I needed 2 chainsaw bars (tools are like your Mrs, don't led them out or else they'll come back f...ed). One was in stock, the other was a special order. I went in the first time and asked where it was kept. I was told that I didn't need a new bar, instead I needed a new chain. Shut up mate, i know what a bent bar looks like. The staff member was rude and condescending. After following the online tracking for my special order, and seeing that it was at the store pending pickup I made my way in and encountered an attendant the others called "Tone". He told me It wasn't there (without even looking), when I insisted that it was he told me I shouldn't have come in until he'd called me. He was extremely abrupt, rude and annoyed that I was there. A younger girl who was stocking shelves seemed to cool him down and advise him that my item was there and had arrived a few days prior. She spend 2 minutes looking and found it - Lovely girl and extremely helpful. Tone - stop being such a royal jerk to your customers. You shouldn't be working in retail and I won't be back until you're gone.

Total Tools Marsden Park is pretty handy to get to from Richmond Rd with ample car parking. The store has an extensive range and the staff are very helpful. Today I was buying a replacement knapsack and torch and the staff were very helpful with going through the range of options so that I was confident that I was buying the right selection. Thanks guys for a pleasant transaction today especially to Joseph C who tested every torch model that I was considering. The torch is fantastic. Very happy with the purchase and the knapsack I'm sure will be comfortable to use.

I received outstanding customer service at the Marsden Park shop. The manager went out of his way to rectify a previous unfavorable encounter at Total Tools Mitchinbury. He took the time out to understand my situation, facilitating the replacement of a broken annular drill bit. The manager displayed empathy and acknowledged the reasons for not returning to the store of purchase. This level of service has reinstated my confidence in their commitment to customer satisfaction. Mixed reviews here, I have been in a few times and the ladies at the front counter have been really helpful, even when there were shortfalls in their product knowledge they attempted to assist with service. The gentleman with an accent though seemed rather upset that I walked into the store 15 minutes before closing time today and was just trying to get me out the door as quickly as possible. I understand we all want to go home but if you don't want the business then don't bother coming to work, you are letting the team down around you.

They sale faulty tools, I bought a brand new electric concrete cuter husqvarna For $1850, Try to start the job but it refuse to work because it was faulty, I left my work site and immediately rush to store, but they refuse to help me, they said once tool is out of store then we cant help you, they sent it for repair and today I get it back after two months and now I am force to take refurbished tool for the cost of new one

Went here yesterday ready to spend some money to build up my tools, the Sales guy couldnt have been anymore uninterested when asking for advice, lol i purchased a tape measure and left. Drove to their competition and bought a Milwaukee m18 fuel onekey drill combo kit along with the drill and driver bits. Arewell a $1000 sale lost due to your staff being total tools. Yes pun intended.

The manager at total tools marsden park is super helpful and very friendly. The difference between somewhere like bunnings and total tools is the more personal service they provide. They make you feel like you belong, like family in there. They have a very extensive range of quality products whilst always willing to help you track down something specific.

My experience We needed a tool package worth over $2000 Milwaukee tools had about 6 staff member even the owner walking around and talking to each other waited about 20 Mins for service and not one of them ask if we needed help until my wife actually said that all these staff members and not one asked if we needed help so they lost $2000 sale

Joe at Marsden Park was so helpful. He really went above and beyond to help us get the “Enforcer” tool box my partner needed for work. As a retail manager myself, I could not ask or wish for better customer service. My partner and I will definitely be shopping here again and will be recommending Joe to all our family and friends.

Brilliant! I asked if they had a hand powered mitre saw, they said no but they said they will try sourcing one for me. This is the 1st shop in Australia to even consider doing that without me even asking them to! Epic collection of all the top brand's tools too. My favourite shop now.

Was in there today and it’s a standard total tool shop with everything you expect, but service is lacking, rude and have no clue Seriously disappointed in their costumer service Been to other total tools stores and no problems but won’t be back to this one. Sorry guys

These guys are tragic! they advertise that they have the lowest prices guaranteed when in reality their competitors do better than them and neither is their store manager concerned about your sale or how much you've spent with them in the past.

Will not price match, besides what there website claims. Staff said no it's to much, and that the store I was price matching wasn't an authorised stockist, even though it's a brick n morter store. Don't bother with this company, dodgy franchise

Most disgusting workers, they stick their fingers up at people then swear at you when confronting them next time you want to be gangster make sure it’s not in your work uniform (little Indian girl that apparently owns it and guy)

This store carrys all their stock. Very helpful staff. After researching floor 2000kg jacks online. This shop was cheaper for the same and better product. Its worth a visit for a look they have so much stuff. Highly recommended.

One of the best for good quality stuff. I always prefer Masden Park store for my tools shopping. Nice and cooperative staff. Always ready to help you with you requirements. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Bought ego power tools from total tools online but items were sent out from Marsden Park store pretty much the next day and received them quickly. Big thanks to Marsden Park team for efficient service.

I was charged $335 for 4pc adjustable wrench set (brand Wera) I looked on their website, selling for $289. I'm sure I don't need to tell you not to buy from them.
