"Worst customer service, son went to return faulty good, had three staff arguing with us saying was on line purchase not our issue, then they called someone appeared to have it sorted then tried to find a new reason not to replace because the invoice he showed wasn’t good enough, at this stage had three of them telling me there issues and policy because of manufacturer My soon has spent close to 4K with Tool Totals never again"
