UPDATE-- Manager's reply is 'not' entirely correct. I NEVER REFUSED. 1) he offered to ring around and deliver to me next day. 2) received his call none available any other stores, he'd have to place order and ring me when it arrived next week. I'am waiting for his 'promised' phone call when 'correct' one is in for me to come and collect. Made a special trip to buy an item I was told they had on the shelf. Arrived to find nothing on the shelf, none in stock and over 1 week to get them in. Waste of fuel, made me late for appointment making detour going there and waiting for them to look.

Went into Minchinbury store to obtain some information on pressure washers, was given all the information needed, the young man, Jayden that served us was very knowledgeable, approachable, did not pressure us into a sale, as we were there to just look and get some information on the right one. We ended up making a purchase based on the information and guidance given to us by Jayden. Great Employee total tools. Will definitely will be back to purchase more needed tools. Thank you Jayden. Was looking for a certain Spanner to tighten up a bolt in a joke of a spot on my car, couldn’t find what I was after, Jayden came along and offered his help, had a look at what I needed to tighten up and showed me a Wera set, absolute bloody gem of a kit this is. If it wasn’t for Jayden I’d never of known about the Wera set. People like Jayden are an asset to any company. This was the first time I’ve walked into a Total Tools store and I can assure you I will be back. Cheers Stretch

Called the store in advance to check for item, when I arrived the item was not available. Staff said I can go ahead with bad review as it doesn't matter to him, this was more upsetting, he refused to provide his name, so I took his photo to publish this review, other staff member maybe manager chased us to car, took our photos and yelled abuses. Instead of talking to us politely and taking control of situation, manager was worst than his staff. We kept our calm and left the place.

When I visited this store today and a worker named Peter helped me a lot, I'd say they have the best tools ever because I know a bit about tools. Peter has resolved my problem and given me information about using torx screws for some tasks that I had to finish on my vehicle. Which is why having the team who helped me and knowing that they are knowledgeable in selecting tools has improved my day. I would definitely recommend purchasing here!

Bunch of monkeys!!! I spoke to a team member on the phone the smorning to help sort a refund of a combo kit and was told I’m more than able to do it but due too the lack of communication between team members I wasted 2 hours of my day just to be told I can’t swap anything out. I wouldn’t recommend this total tools for customer service. Only to stand there and feel the Unorganisation of the store. Thanks for nothing !!

Today, when I required Peter and the other workers' assistance with torx tools, they were really helpful and helped me a lot. Moreover, Peter has excellent communication skills and extensive knowledge of the tools you need assistance on. I would strongly advise purchasing products honestly. Excellent customer service; many thanks to Peter and his staff for assisting me in maintaining my excellent job!

Needed a kit cause my power tools were startin to slow down, from seeing what I wanted in the catalogue Sunday then calling, spoke to Jayden made it so easy went in this arvo and he knew exactly what I wanted as soon as I said who I was. Mark and the team have been really helpful today when I needed their help with the thread taper. They really do have extensive knowledge on tools. Bought a drill set that was handed to me by a sales person conveniently at the store, realised later it was a set he wanted me to have. Got home to find it was a set opened and used before and repackaged to be sold as new. So I won’t be back.

Went to total tools today with my partner to do some christmas shopping. When we entered we where greeted by todd. Todd has the best customer service and he knew what he was talking about. Highly recommend
