I just went through a thorough maintenance and repair service for my bike, which is 8 years old and used for everyday bike commuting up and down the hills of DC. The quality of the service is excellent. My bike is now 70% new parts, as I am committed to keep the same bike as long as possible vs switching to a new one, and it is working perfectly. The price of the service was really reasonable given the extent of the work and the quality of the materials. Furthermore, the staff was really professional and helpful, giving me good advice about how to perform some of my routine home maintenance. I am a loyal Trek customer: I only buy Trek bikes. I bought my two DC Trek bikes at this location. Very happy to have this Trek store in town.

My spouse got a Trek bike a few years back and loves it. He also made his purchase at this Georgetown store and only has had wonderful experiences. So I was motivated to try them out myself. The process to select a new bike (as a relative novice biker) was easy. Staff was great to help me decide between different bike models. I believe I got the model that will work out best for my needs and anticipated use. The staff was communicative about when my bike arrived to the store, again when it was ready to be picked up, and then at pick up, helped me to select accessories that would get me on the trails in a safe and reasonable way. I would absolutely recommend this store and endorse the high caliber of the staff at the location.

I've been to this shop several times now, and the service is phenomenal. If they don't fix your bike immediately, they will turn it around quick. Half the time I don't even spend money (picked up a replacement helmet once, another time they did minor fixes for free!). I've been to a couple shops in the area, and seen reviews of others, and they often leave a lot to be desired. Sometimes even bike shops can deter people from riding - not this one! The prices are pretty reasonable, and they even price-matched online vendors the one time I asked, for a part. They also gladly service bikes bought elsewhere, all bikes welcome! While I have some reservations about bike shop consolidation, Trek's service here is top notch.

Went in today to purchase my first bike. I have limited knowledge about bikes and went in with a list of questions. Josh helped me out today and it was a great educational experience. Based on my needs, he recommended a bike. He explained everything I need to know about the bike and the difference between all the locks, lights, and bells. He then installed all these items. Showed me how to use all the items and gave precise care recommendations. The customer service from Josh was above and beyond. I also noticed all the staff to be very friendly and knowledgeable in helping other customers. If you're thinking of getting a bike, but have limited knowledge i highly recommend you come here. Happy to be a trek owner!

In the past year, I came upon this Trek bike shop in need of urgent assistance. It was in that experience that I recognized what I was missing by going to another more conveniently located bike shop near my home. The staff at this shop, in particular the technicians Sam, John, and Alex, have routinely impressed me with their honest opinions, quick turnarounds, and overall customer service. They are clearly a part of an efficient and organized team that have support to complete their jobs effectively. Hands down this is the best bike shop experience that I have ever had and I now gladly ride across the city to get great service. Thanks fellas.

The best! Mechanics here are super knowledgeable and can always diagnose and fix my issues. I have a dynamo hub and didn't realize that some mechanics just don't have experience with the technology, even though it is making a comeback. Had a super minor derailer issue and wasted a lot of time with another shop who told me I needed a new chain, etc. The mechanic at Trek was able to diagnose the problem and quickly adjust everything in five minutes. The mechanics here can fix any bike. I am 100% happy with this shop and highly recommend!

I love that they showed me where to park my bike, then they sent me back to the mechanics who took my bike for a ride then adjusted my gear shifting for free. That has made my ride so much safer. They didn't even expect me to buy anything. I had come to the store since 2007 when I bought my first bike, but that was before it was a "TREK" store. I also ended up buying a pair of gloves and a cell phone mount. They didn't have the type of lock I wanted (Ultra mini Abus) but everything else was ok. Great selection of clothing.

What a great experience today at the Trek Bicycle Shop of Georgetown. Sam the service supervisor was very knowledgeable, assessed and made the critical repairs that I needed to be addressed for my up and coming event. Sam also brought it to my attention that my Dura Ace pedals were also covered under the Shimano 3 year warranty. Sam contacted Shimano and got them approved for replacement. That staff here are very knowledgeable and welcoming. Thank you to Sam and all the employees at the Trek Bicycle of Georgetown!

Everyone in the shop was super helpful and knowledgeable. I brought my road bike in for a level 2 service package (fairly comprehensive) and the mechanics turned it around in 3 hours! I was expecting not to be able to ride for a few days. While waiting in the shop the guys at the front desk were very nice and willing to discuss the latest and greatest technology, components, and bikes. The store is also very well stocked with bikes, apparel, and parts. Glad to live close to this great shop.

Josh, Sam and team are the bee’s knees! They’re reliably thorough with maintenance and repairs and atop that good folk, from sending me a handwritten thank-you card after I bought a new bike from them to getting my bike back in like-new shape for a very fair price after a wreck (also with a referral to a carbon frame outfit that did a great job). Good location near trails and paths that crucially can be accessed with at most a mere modicum of meddling with M Street masses

Customer Service is 5 stars all day any day. My experience whenever I visit Trek in Georgetown is always a great time. The staff is knowledgeable and always eager to help. My Frame was damaged on my EX and the store went out of their way to get me back in the saddle! Attention to details, the staff even replaced the Panther sticker on the front post. I didn't notice until I took a break on the trail. That's first class service. Trek life! Send it! Trek Georgetown rocks!

I really appreciated the quality and ability of the people that did the bicycle repair. Sam was the person who helped me. He was able to align the spokes on a wheel that another shop could not. I am grateful my brakes stopped rubbing and I now have a zen happy feeling riding my bicycle. It is really impressive the shop does quality work so quickly. Finished the GAP/C&O and needed a bike box to get the bike back to Colorado and these guys were near my Airbnb so I gave them a call. Both guys I spoke with on the phone with super helpful and polite and said they would save me a box and packing material. Then the guy that I met picking up the box was equally as helpful. Their selection of bikes was pretty great. If I were in the market for a new one and local I would definitely support these guys!

I bought a bike from Trek last year. I love the bike and have ridden it over 1,000 miles. When I took it in for service, I was surprised that the tune up was more expensive than I expected. I filled out a survey expecting it to go nowhere (as most surveys do), but trek called me right away and worked with me to help address my concerns. I was very impressed and thankful that they did this!

The staff here is very friendly and knowledgable, and they completed the service on my bike quickly and efficiently. The prices are reasonable and comparable to anything else I've seen. I interacted with Sam who serviced my bike and he was extremely kind and communicative, making the entire experience super smooth. I will definitely be returning for future servicing needs!

Staff is really great, guide you on other bike related stuff if you ask. Prices are competitive. There are no unnecessary charges like sanitization which exist at other places. They fix the bike on the spot rather than asking waiting for 24 to 48 hours. Also they dont unnecessarily add expenses for parts which don't require to be replaced or repaired.

These guys are true pros! Some bike shops I have been to in the past can be pretentious and unwelcoming- not this one!. The customer service at Trek Georgetown is second to none. All of the associates are helpful, courteous, and friendly. Anytime I have had a problem with my bike, these guys are here to save the day!

Besides trying to find parking for a GMC 2500 the buying experience made it well worth the trip. Customer service was fantastic. Was itching for a 2022 Domane SL6 which was in a box and usually takes a couple of days to build. Crew went out of their way to get it done in one day. Awesome.

Purchased my road bike here in 2015 and have had it serviced here many times since then. Always a fantastic experience. The staff consistently exceed my expectations. They're friendly and knowledgeable and the work is always excellent and fast. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I brought my bike in for a simple free safety inspection. Working the service counter was a guy named Theo who was INCREDIBLY kind, patient, and helpful. He took out almost 45 minutes exposing to me the different components of my bike and how I could take take of it. He was amazing.

I recently rented a Trek Emonda SL5 from the Georgetown location. I was helped exceptionally well by Gabriel. The bike was in excellent condition, was fitted well and was perfectly tuned. I would definitely recommend this Trek location to anyone looking for a good, reliable rental.

First time at the shop was great experience. Got bike tube replaced in ten minutes. Cost was reasonable. The tech, Sam, was super helpful in answering my questions on shoes, a tune up, oiling my bike etc. Everyone at the shop was friendly.
