What can I say, the reviews don't lie. I asked my neighborhood group on Facebook to recommend a florist to prepare several flower arrangements for my father-in-law's funeral. Trillium came highly recommended. As I was on the other end of town, I first contacted Mandy through email. I was unnable to find photos of what I envisioned on the net and decided instead to send Mandy's photos of what I liked and didn't like. Mandy was very prompt to reply even though it was during the Christmas rush. We met in person a few days later and Mandi showed my husband and I a sample of the flowers she planned to work with for the casket spray and bouquets. She suggested working with artificial flowers for part of the arrangement and I am glad I listened because the end result was better than I could ever imagine. To sum it up, Mandi's artistic eye, keenness, experience, compassion and attention to details makes her the full "bouquet" and I can't see myself work with any other florist but Trillium in the future.

I was searching everywhere for a place with a good review for flowers for a wedding. Finally I stumbled across trillium floral. I emailed the owner and she got back to me quickly regarding my requests. I wanted orchids because they hold special meaning for me since my mom passed away and they were her favorite flower. After discussing the flowers, my husband and I had a sit down first meeting with the owner. She brought samples to show us and we discussed small changes. When I picked up the bouquet it was better then I ever would have expected. I also bought a boutaneer for my husband which was stunning. The flowers lasted weeks after the wedding and looking amazing in the photos. Definately go here, the owner made my dream a reality. You don't need any more stress for your wedding day!

Mandy deserves a serious ‘shout it from the rooftops’ kind of shoutout!!! My sister was looking for a bridal bouquet with a wildflower vibe, and she happily gave creative freedom to Mandy when it came to flower selection, however, she requested that the bouquet included two specific flowers: violets and forget-me-nots. These two flowers are both of our grandma's favourites and are very sentimental, but they also happen to be quite difficult to include in a bouquet because they are small and are quite fragile. Well, my friends, Mandy searched high and low for both of these flowers for days, and after some asking around, she found BOTH and using her magic, she crafted an amazing bouquet that my sister and I both LOVED! I went to Trillium Floral for my September 2017 wedding and could not have been more thrilled with the experience. Mandy and her team were professional, considerate, and always proactive in making sure the flowers for my wedding were everything I dreamed they would be. Even with a small snag a few weeks before (the vases I had chosen were no longer available from the distributor) Mandy succeeded in finding an option I loved even more than my original choice. The result was everything I imagined for my wedding (with tons of compliments on the flowers too!) and it was Trillium who made it happen. Would highly recommend them without hesitation!

I walked in and asked for some cut flowers to take to a dinner host, which were very nice and fresh. I saw they had simple glass vases, so I asked if if I could buy a vase and if they could put the cut flowers in one of the vases with water instead of just the cut flowers wrapped in paper. I was told "we cannot do full arrangements on a walk in basis". Huh? I asked them to put the flowers, which they had already end-trimmed, into a vase with water - about 15 seconds of effort - why they could not do that I simply cannot understand. There were 2 staff there and they were not working on any other orders. That's not great customer service.

I could not have ever imagined what great service I could get until I went into this shop. The sincere and genuine care that these people put into their job is fantastic. I would recommend this floral shop to anyone for any reason. THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO. They are friendly caring and they make your shopping trip an event. I had such a great time making my purchase. I will not use anyone else ever. Amazing is an understatement. I wish there were more words with a higher meaning in the English language to try and describe what a great place this is. Best thing I can say is go see for yourself.

I had a great experience with Trillium Floral Designs. They were kind, helpful and went above and beyond to create a beautiful birthday arrangement. They delivered promptly and sent a photo of the flowers as I was from out of town and unable to select the flowers in-person. The follow-up and email exchanges thereafter were so thoughtful. My go to for all flower wants and needs! Mandy and team did all the flowers for our wedding and gave us perfect transportation boxes & tips so they wouldn’t get ruined on our 3-hour drive to our destination. She knows exactly what to recommend for my husband when he calls for ideas for other occasions for me. Her memory and attention to detail is amazing. I telephone ordered on Tuesday, a Small fresh flowers in a vase to be delivered on my Daughter-in-laws birthday today. Spoke to Hannah who totally understood exactly what I wanted and assured me that they had fresh Gerber Daisies for the bouquet, along with some others in the pink colour scheme. Thank you so much to Mandy and staff for a wonderful and easy experience buying my very own house plant, a Lemon Cypress plant, for Christmas. The staff were so willing and kind to lend a hand and answer any questions, as well as providing tips on how often to water, etc. I named him Lemmy, and after two weeks now of care and I'm sure many more, he is still going strong and looks very healthy.

Such a great experience working with Mandy and Trillium Floral Designs for our wedding in June 2021. Still being in the middle of lockdown, plans changed quickly and frequently but Mandy was super accommodating and had great ideas how to re-work some of the budget. Online it says in store shopping… but when you go to their location the doors are locked the sign says curb side only. After calling and asking why I couldn’t come in the store… their response was we have too many staff and there is no room in the store. I went to Shoppers and picked up a dozen roses for $21.
