I only really use the Michaels store, so I can't really speak to the rest of the strip, but it is a short drive from my house and is relatively convenient once you get there. Beware, however, that the parking lot is a bit of a nightmare, which is why it loses one star.

By default, I give mall management companies, one star, until there is a change in industry practice that holds tenant companies to account for a higher standard of customer service. No more free rides by collecting profits without accountability to customers.

Delicious food for six of us . Had all day breakfast w/ smoke meat , smoke meat sandwiches, and burger. My sister who lived in Montreal , said it was the best that she ever had ! And the service , was very friendly Thank you for our lovely dining experience .

I wanted to use the Scotiabank Drive Through. There is no signage for directions into the drive through. It turns out there is an entrance off the side road which is separate to the main entrance to the mall. I ended up going around the back of the stores.

If you need gas this is the place to get gas and they have lots of gas. They have gas for your car gas for your scooter gas for your moped gas for your lawn mower. They have diesel premium economy gas. It's all about the gas at this

The stores are fine but I hate the box store format of huge parking lots with stores around them. The old outdoor mall style of a central pedestrian plaza with parking around is much better in a climate like Ottawa.

Love this plaza because there's a Baskin Robbins, shawarma restaurant and bulk Barn! Theres other stores as well around the area so you can do alot of your to do list in this area

What an absolute zoo of a parking lot. Why can't developers make it easy to get into a mall and out. I felt like a rat in a maze searching for cheese at the end.

Went to the UPS store here, and the gentleman working was very nice and helpful! Store is small, but customer service is great. All Covid protocols are in place.

A nice little strip mall. It has an indigo, Rens Pets and a Starbucks. Although it has a couple of other businesses, the above are ones I visit frequently.

Great little strip mall at the end of Innes. Has a Sobeys (does have beer/wine),LCBO, and a new Starbucks. Great pet food store too called Trim Pet Store

I go here weekly and no accessibility into any of the buildings. The parking lot should have been repaved not patched and painted it is way over due.

Shopping options are good and parking isn't a problem..on weekends you may find rush in the evening hours and may need to stand in line for a while.

As usual great deals at Real Canadian Superstore. Prices are very competitive with Walmart and at some point e en cheaper. My go to grocery store

Amazingly Friendly service, they didn't have any of the meat my wife wanted in the bin, so butcher cut some asap for her, thank you!

My favorite store of all.I haven't been in months but shopped the other day and enjoyed it very much.I got some nice purchases.

Bigger parking spots are needed! And that sink hole on the right as you turn right at the gas bar - it’s STILL there!

Food (chicken meals) was fair at best except the rice was very good. Overpriced for what you get. Service was okay.

This is a great mall, we've went here a few times and I've always been happy with the service and selection.

Great area to shop. Grocery stores and dollar stores. Starbucks at one end with a drive thru and a rexall.

Good place We go there mainly for the Gabriel Pizza. I like it, plenty of parking and easily accessible.

When the weather gets hot you always need chopping and buttercone service always good ice cream yummy

Went to Michael's in Orleans.The curbside pickup was amazing. Staff was excellent and very friendly.
