Burst an old copper pipe and didn't have the tools or pipe to fix it. Couldn't turn water pump back on without it, VERY late in the day, did the call around for local plumbers but everyone was packing up or had a weeks wait. Got onto Triple Eight and Madison was amazing, thorough and super helpful, she did the call around to her guys to see who was in the area and could possibly squeeze us in on their way home. Jake turned up within the hour and was professional, nice, reasonably priced and got the job done to a very high standard! Definitely recommend them and will definitely use them again!

Kyel came to check on noise coming from our solar hot water unit. After thorough investigation found that our water pressure to property was above normal and changed this back to appropriate pressure. Checked solar hot water unit again and the noise had gone. Kyel was a polite, very professional young man and nothing was too much trouble. Very prompt service from Triple 8 Plumbing as well. Would use and recommend Triple 8 Plumbing again.

Jake came out and helped us with a blockage, he was able to diagnose and resolve the issue quickly. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to offer some good advice about our options for the future. He also advised me to contact out water supplier in regards to our water mains not isolating, which they confirmed they would come out and repair. All round very happy with the service and advice provided and cost was very reasonable.

Contacted triple eight to install new toilets and taps through our home. Service was great from the beginning- great communication, helpful advice regarding new appliances. Conner did the installations on the day, and I can’t fault him, polite and went about his job and cleaned up afterwards. Will definitely get them back for further work in the future. Just a thought guys a fridge magnet would be v handy!!

But my primary contact is logan who I find to be very professional turning up when he says he will and always completing the tasks at hand. He often has younger guys that he is teaching on the job.. He also leaves our sites clean and tidy.. I have no issues recommending triple 8 to others and Logan in particular..

Logan was very responsive and helpful initially looking at roof re potential need for replacement. Also looking at down pipes/guttering. Whilst in attendance he also looked at and repaired leaking taps. Installed 2 new outdoor taps and pipes from main line. He was very thorough, yard looked like it had hardly been dug up to have pipes installed.

Kyle is very conscientious worker who is always on time & always professional. He listened to my needs as a client to get my unit renovation done which was a much larger scope then initially envisaged. Even when my job messed up his daily schedule he made the time it took to get the job to the next stage...5 stars for Kyle!!

Triple Eight provided a great service on very short notice. They were able to get a lovely plumber to me within 15 minutes to fix my blocked bathroom drains, and the problem was solved very quickly and for a great price after being quoted for much larger expensive works by another company. I can definitely recommend Triple Eight Plumbing - my new 'go to' plumbers. A broken pipe feeding a garden tap was fixed quickly and efficiently. Connor and Logan's suggested placement of the new pipework not only saved me $$$s but also proved to be a much better height and location.
