Went to the gas station with my family to buy stuff, was in front of the line the whole time and the cashier skipped us to take care of the people buying gas. The customers that went in front of us anyways when they clearly knew we were in front of them was inconsiderate too and went and skipped us anyways and said "we have things to do and places to be so that's why we need to get taken care of first".Like.. if you were in such a rush why not pay at the gas pump instead...? Never coming back here again... if you're going to come here for anything other then gas dont bother... you will be standing there till the cashier is done with the people buying gas... you want customer service and cheap gas go to the shell down the street on dundas and just a little past sorauren they sell gas for the same price and they dont skip you if you're in front of the line.

Not too sure the name of this employee but 5 stars for him. He worked the night shift of Nov1/22 to Nov2/22. Polite, helpful, hardworking, and as a woman, (even if it wasn’t his intention), I appreciate him cleaning/sanitizing the outside of the station while I was outside repacking my car in the middle of the night. He ensured both of us were safe! Thank you for that and not being a rude or miserable worker that doesn’t even allow customers to use the bathroom. To the company: please take care of workers like this!!!

Good get price, but worst customer service, filled my tank but guy at the till refused to accept my journey card for the points and not even allowed me to get my reward which was just a small bag of chips, he has no explanation for it but just saying that we are not accepting any member cards today, when I said its because the gas prices are little cheaper which he just smiled and said, I Dont Know, such a poor customer service, I asked another branch and they said they are accepting, such a liers

Today January 05,2024 at 1:40 AM fill up Gas. Attendent disappeared for almost 25 minutes without any notice on the front door or window. So he have to wait for 25 minutes to get my receipt. Once inside I want to use the washroom he told me out of order and the door was locked. While he just spent over 25 minutes inside the Washroom. Extremely bad poor customer service. I usually come to this Gas station to fill up but it’s going to be my last trip. They need a better attendant.

I was surprised at how easily accessible this gas station was given its busy surroundings. I was able to see the location before approaching it and enter its parking lot without any inconvenience, which seems to be rare in Toronto. The gas price itself was reasonable and I didn't mind filling up while I was there. I don't usually have a memorable experience at a gas station but this one sticks in my memory as being extremely convenient.

Sure I am not sure why but the price of gas here is usually the second cheapest place if you discount Costco. The other noteworthy price is the Shell station that is a few hundred M west of this Ultramar. Everywhere else in the West End of Toronto you will find that gas is 1 2 or 3 cents more per liter. The place itself is convenient in its location although sometimes it can be a little tight because their parking lot is not that big.

Unfortunately like any gas station in the city right now gas prices are at an all-time high. Everybody take your loans out now and burn your gas cards time to do this world some good and get rid of this car polluting planet and let's make the future for our children better, brighter and all together healthier to the air that we breathe to the water that we drink

Do not get gas from this location. Everytime I get gas from here I never get my money's worth. It is so strange. 50$ on an empty tank usually gives me 500-520 kms. And I went there last night and it gave me 385 kms. They are not doing something right there, it just does not feel right.

Gas is super cheap here! One of the cheapest in the city. It's conveniently located and easy to find, and the service is good. You have to pump your own gas, but that's typical nowadays. The store has a good selection of eats and treats and more.

We were in a rental and were unsure of our driving we were having trouble going around to get gas , the guy from the gas station came right up to us and jumped right into the truck and maneuvered us around to get gas . Really friendly staff!

Usually really great prices vs other has stations in Toronto, but weird set up and can be hard to get in if theres a line up. Navigate according some people are rude and aggressive and not patient to allow you to proceed with caution.

When this station opened a few years back, they started that they would always be the lowest cost gas provider in the area. Being the mind of person I am I have kept tabs on other stations and so far it has been a valid statement

This gas station is very well situated in Toronto on Dundas Street West and usually offers gas at a reasonable price, compared to other stations. I like returning there and I do go out of my way for their service. Thanks, Team!

Consistently lowest gas price in Toronto that I know. for some reason I’ve always had to pay inside only. But I have not looked into making efforts to be at pump so paying at the pump may still be an option

Nice price and very helpful cashiers. I am here most times of the week and its worth it being here for gas. The store is clean and washroom remains clean no matter what hour of the day you are here.

How can you like a self service gas bar? The friendliest service and consistently lower prices than the Shell close by, who by the way do not accept coupons or other benefits one expects from shell.

Busy gas station and small road area on their property to get gas. I recommend only come during off times like late night or very early morning. Their gas prices is reasonable in this area.
