This is the worst valet parking experience ever! My car got a big dent/ hole and scratches on the rear bumper, which is deformed, after I parked there. I didn't notice the damages when I picked up my car until the second day. So I went back to the garage and asked the staff what happened to my car, and requested for the surveillance camera footage. He said they don’t have cameras in their garage and he needed to talk to his manager first then called someone. I asked him to let me to talk to the manager directly. But he refused and said he is off now, I can't talk to him. I asked him why not? He was literally talking to him seconds ago. Then he changed his words and said that was his friend, not the manager. I asked for his manager’s number. He told me to call the number of United SF Parking. I called but only voicemail available. I left message. Around 5-10 minutes later, a guy called me back from a different number, which seems to belong to a different parking company. I asked for the camera footage to prove whether their staff hit my car. He acknowledged there is camera in that garage but refused to investigate for me. He said he doesn't want to give me BS and hold responsibilities for what he can't do for me, so he can't show me the camera footage. And he talked to me with VERY disrespectful and grumpy attitude, even asked me, ”do you think, is that my problem?” Everything is highly suspicious! Moreover, the morning shift valet staff, who parked my car, his attitude is also very bad! I paid my parking until 7pm. But he demanded me to leave before 6pm because he said it will get busier later. Unacceptable parking service! Park somewhere else, if you don't want to get scolded after you paid for an expensive parking service and get your car damaged.
I was communicating with USFP for monthly parking and was traveling. They said they would pause my parking fees but reinstated them without telling me. They're unwilling to offer me refunds for the multiple months I was charged without any use of their service or a reinstatement email...clearly interested in making their money for doing nothing vs providing a useful service.
The best parking lot in San Francisco better than use on monthly Payments daily use also good spot but you cannot do it in n out. You can have your own spot and you can hear your special place you can park and take by yourself from your spot
The valet people didn't even speak English (supposedly). They charged $60 for overnight parking even though online it said $35, and their card reader did not work, . They made me pay cash and did not give me a receipt...Super sketchy
Sketchy. Tried to charge way more than initially agreed and then asked for it to be paid in cash. I also have reason to believe that our brand new car was dented here. Stay away, absolutely not worth it.
Wouldn't accept my prepaid parking reservation despite showing multiple proofs of payment. Avoid if possible.
Trash. Just complete trash. If they run your apartments parking you’re better off selling your car.
It was off hours the man was reasonable and my car was safe.
Ok
