Twice now I’ve requested a hold be placed on my mail and it was ignored. The first time they completely disregarded my hold request and delivered my mail anyway. Good thing I had someone to pick it up! The second time I actually removed my mailbox so they wouldn’t be able to deliver my mail. However once my hold was up I still didn’t get my mail for three days until I called and asked for it to be resumed. I’ve also had other issues with this station ignoring pick up requests for packages or marking things undeliverable when they weren’t. If I had a choice this station would not be the one I used but this is where my home is located so I’m stuck.

I paid $202 for international shipping that contains lithium batteries. I was not told by anyone in this branch that I can't ship any package that contains lithium more than 2 in 1 pack, The Attendant Steve was aware of what my package contain and also filled it out in the custom form that was given to me, The packages got return by custom in Chicago that it can't be shipped out due to the lithium that is more than 2 in 1 pack. I called them to refund some of my money if not all the money but they said they can't pay for the refund. I count this as injustice and unfriendly in this branch.

I had a terrible experience with this location and had to escalate my situation twice. My mail was either returned or withheld despite not putting in a change of address and my name being on the mailbox. The woman mail carrier is rude and will ignore you playing music. I advised the manager and he advised me she isnt obligated to speak to us and that he basically did me a favor of returning my mail. I have lost my ssn and id with the mail errors. When escalated a rep put in a request to resolve and things were going ok and then it all went back to not receiving mail.

This is the second time they haven’t delivered something of mine. The first excuse was that it was a Sunday and I wasn’t home. I was waitin at the door for THREE hours and no one came. The person had the audacity to tell me it was my fault. I didn’t care and now I had a pair of glasses sent to me. I am home once again and no one came. I see a redelivery pink slip in my perfectly cleared out mailbox. They’re tellin me it was a LETTER and that they couldn’t deliver it. Why not? Not excuse was even given this time and now I have to waste my time goin up there to get it.

I am totally disappointed with the service they provide, I have subscribed to UPS, I receive daily notification of the mail that arrives and I must receive it at my postal address and I have lost 3 extremely important letters from my son-in-law who are from Immigration and lives in my Same address and I don't understand why they didn't leave it in our mailbox and they returned it, which is why he even missed the date to make the fingerprints for his legal status in the country, he went to talk about the issue and zero response.

There is a good change your bills will be delivered to the wrong house, repeated, FOR YEARS ON END. There is also a chance that something that SHOULD NOT BE FOLDED will be folded in half and creased before being crammed into the mailbox. Years of complaints have done nothing, nothing will change, just know that if your mail is being delivered from here, there is a good chance it could be damaged by the person delivering your mail. Thank fux this was something other than a diploma. I can't WAIT to see him tomorrow.

This loacation is terrible! They have stopped our mail 3 times and it looks as if we are having the issue again! We don’t even know what - if anything - can be done about this problem! Been waiting for over a week for something that should have already arrived - the sender says the problem isn’t on their end so here we go again! They need to fire the people not doing their job or atleast reassign them and put people in their that actually care about other people since on many levels our mail is very important!

I will change my Review but in the current time? Nope. These are NOT mine. My Mailbox do say "Baker, Miller, Major." AND I keep askin them (whenever I see em). "Do you have Baker, Miller, or Major?" then that person will say "No." I'll tell em it doesn't belong here. Some say okay and go on a out their business. Some will complain to me that I NEED to take it to the office. Negative. I'm not doin that persons job for em.

Worst postal delivery ever….. the male post delivery is excellent and then we got switched to a female the last few days…. HORRIBLE. I’ve gotten mail for Mount instead of Tremont, now was expecting a package and said my delivery address couldn’t be accessed? Ding dong you parked your truck in front of my house. Too lazy to get out as it was about 5:30 on a Saturday…. RIDICULOUS Tighten up Rainbow Post Office.

I have been going to this post office for 13 years & have never had any problems. They always give me all my shipping options & offer extra insurance, always ask if I need postage stamps or extra services. I've witness them going out of their way to please people who are having a less than desirable day & pushing their bad mood on the postal workers. I feel they deserve every one of these five stars.

My mail carrier can't read or has bad eye sight! He always delivers other peoples mail to me,and delivering my mail to others.He has lost 3 or 4 packages now! I have had to deliver other peoples mail to them."I do not work for the USPS! How hard is it to read an address,and put it in the mail box? We NEVER receive our mail before 7:00 p.m. if we're lucky to receive it by then. And we are not even 5 minutes away from the post office. Terrible terrible service. No one should receive their mail so late. Especially when we were told when we purchased our home that the mail was going to be delivered no later then 2 p.m. well that's clearly not true....

PACKAGES, PACKAGES!! Not getting delivered!! I get a notice it's out for delivery, no delivery, next day it says "In transit to next destination "??? Destation was my house! Out for delivery, should have made it to my home. 5 days later, still "In transit". Wish this wasnt the 4th time this has happened!

I had to ship back my school book and I just needed a little tape and one of the ladies tried to tell me I had to buy tape buy the roll "/ ... she seemed like she had an attitude... but I went to another lady and she was much more helpful .. I think ill stay with my post office out north in Nora...

Kim was awesome she helped me so much today I ordered something off of EBay and somehow they had the wrong address and I couldn't find my package so I called 16th St. location and Kim helped me get my package the same day !! She is great …

Our mail delivery person only actually delivers like twice a week... And randomly on Sundays. I have a package that hasn't been delivered due to animal interference.... No one has animals near us... And we are on a very busy street... Idk.

Terrible, like others say, dont get mail till after 7pm. Half the time the mail is for another address. They even lost my license plate sticker and i had to order another one. Sometimes the mail dont come at all on my street.

Your postal carrier here should be fired, and fined for animal abuse, I have security camera footage of her walking up to my dog (dog did not approach her) and then trying to pepper spray my dog and her 8 week old puppy.

If I could rate a 0 I would! They won’t deliver our stuff because “dogs are out loose” or “driveway is blocked” this has been going on for almost a year and we can never get ahold of them.. we always have to go in.

Took over a week to deliver a package I needed for a birthday party *late* claiming my address "doesn't exist". I've lived here and been receiving mail here for three and a half months now. Just...incompetent.

I would give this place NEGATIVE 5 stars if I could. Literally the worst. First, the carrier removed our names from the mailbox and stopped our mail anytime we went 1 day without checking the mail.

Post Office right around the corner from where I live. Best P.O Name. If you're just buying stamps or dropping something off, Cool. But its a bit small and I can see how it can get busy.

Not the nicest people. Were very rude and even laughed at me saying, "We don't get cash in this part of town." I'll take my money order business elsewhere.
