Giving it one star to post because it deserve nothing . This place has been my home office for 7 yrs . In the last 5 yrs it has been terrible. My neighbor got my IRS return in their mailbox last yr. I thanked them with a gift card in hopes they will keep doing the same for future important packages/mail.... but i shouldn’t have to do this if this mailman was doing it’s job correct. I’m not saying that there isn’t any room for human error but this is all the time. I’ve complained in person before and it went in one ear out the other. I’ve tried calling to make a complain with no answer or busy signals every time.... probably because everyone else is trying to do the same . Today I’ve just had enough of them .. I’ve been expecting a package overseas a whole month. Turns out someone rejected my package at a door ..probably because they had the wrong door.. They tried to deliver next day on a Friday afternoon and left a note to pick up at the station . Well here I go first thing Monday morning to pick up the package and they said it was returned to the sender on Saturday..... !!!!! WTH So of course I’m going to be mad as hell.. Why leave a note to pick up if you’re sending it back next day.. MAKES NO SENSE !!! Lady at the Quick Pickup window says she has no control of what the do with the package. I ask to speak with a manager and she says she’s a supervisor.. I began to ask her if it made sense to send off a package back after a days notice .. all she had to say was she has no control of it and can’t speak for the mailman that made the scans on their system. I asked her ..THEN WHAT ARE YOU SUPERVISING? She apologized saying she don’t know what happened and cannot control what other ppl scan into the system .. I told her SOMEBODY NEEDS TO BE REPLACED !! And walked off . I’M SICK OF THIS OFFICE !!! I’m looking forward to moving so I don’t have to deal with this kind of service!!!

This is without a doubt the absolute worst post office in the history of correspondence. I called once to ask if my package was there to pick up and I had recently changed my address but I'm in the military so I move around and I told them my ID didn't have my new address yet but I had several IDs I could use to prove it was my mail and the broad on the phone told me she would personally make sure I didn't get my mail. I was appalled. Luckily I spoke to someone else once I got there and got my mail but that's terrible customer service, and from a federal employee. They are disgusting. My packages are ALWAYS late. Not once have they arrived on time. They are so behind on delivering they contract out 3rd party couriers. So a non-postal employee is handling my mail. I once walked up to one and asked if my package had arrived because tracking showed that it was "out for delivery" and it wasn't at my door or in the mailbox with the other mail I picked up and the courier, who confessed to not working at that post office that he was just filling in, said if it wasn't there it wasn't out for delivery but I spotted my package in the mail vehicle. (The place where I bought it from has specific packaging) and I confronted him about it and he said " sorry I'm just filling in and I'm already tired, I didn't notice it". My eyes widened. I can't believe how disgusting and unorganized, and on top of all how LAZY they are. They need to re-staff EVERYONE. Maybe I'll actually get my packages on time or at all.

During this COVID-19. I came in to use their Self-Serve machine that's located in the hall outside with the poboxes away from their main walk up counter service area, but the stand with all the boxes for the self-service machine is located inside. What this means, there's only one door open for walking in to take a main area to get to the box stand and there's a yellow strip there so you have to ask the person standing on the stripe to kindly move out of the way. Once they move and you walk in, the stand is right next to another yellow stripe on the ground where the next person is waiting in line for the counter. This makes NO SENSE to place the stand inside in that corner with two stripes right near next to it, PLUS the line wraps around outside the door from the main area right up agains the self-service machine. What?? This was not thought-out. This will avoid a USPS worker from inside to not yell at me to move away from trying to get to the boxes!!! and anyone can safely get to use the machine and not feel obligated to stand in the long line for over the counter service, reach the boxes and get out of line, and walk to the self-service machine. It's ridiculous. One person was giggling inside as if they knew exactly what was happening. Obviously they didn't because otherwise they'd notice the confusion it causes. I was there less then 30 seconds when I gathered all this. I left.

I have an interned sales company that has been working for approximately 10 months now. In this time and lost more than 4,000 dollars in merchandise that was not delivered to customers and in the USPS systems it appeared as delivered I have had to replenish my customers their purchases over and over again. In addition, customer service is very bad, including that of the manager of this place. I went one day to deliver some packages of my clients' purchases and threw the door twice sharply on my face, I don't know if it is because my condition is that I am an emigrant. Other of my complaints is that the staff here is almost always in a bad mood and they don't even treat you with courtesy. If you ask for the status of any request to any of them or those who work in this place they do not give you information they simply tell you that they do not know, You also carry the packages and they put them in the system when they seem to. It seems to me that to be a service company and to part of the governments the personnel that has working the great mayuria does not live up to work in this place. I exchanged them for another company because it is losing many customers due to the bad service of USPS and in particular the staff of this place

First I called the post office a couple of times. 1. The workers there pick up the phone and then hang up the phone every time. 2. I call the 800 number to speak to someone, but never do. Wait time was over an hour. 3. I opt to go pick up the game myself on the phone ivr. 4. I drive to the post office and wait in a very long line. The attendant says I was in the wrong line. I waited in line for about 30 minutes. 5. I get in the correct line, another 30 minutes. Give lady my tracking number and she sits at a computer for about 30 minutes. Comes back and forgets she was helping me. 6. I give her my tracking number again, my phone number and explain that I already gave her this info to please call me when they find my package. 7. I go home disgusted in wasting our tax dollars to pay people to be this way. I'll go to the post office again today. Hopefully the employees there will help me today. Message for our government. Please do something about the service we receive at the post office! These consistent bad reviews should be enough to show you how bad the service is here. New work policy is needed!

I live in an apt complex and before our ORIGINAL mail carrier's route was change we had NO PROBLEMS! He was very sweet always had nice conversation we never had someone elses mail in our mailbox and anytime we ordered something it was delivered in a timely fashion. Now since his route has changed the person we have is careless! Anytime I order a big package now i NEVER get it when it says delivered on the date it's supposed to be deliverd on. I always get it 1-2 weeks after. And in between that time im calling the post office for answers after i checked my leasing office several times and end up getting nothing but attitudes and dead ends when I'm polite and respectful is very unappreciated. This has happened 4x too many and I'm extremely frustated and annoyed that i may have to start getting my packages deliverd to work instead of my own home! Maybe if you guys see it's going to a business instead of a residents you guys will do your job correctly and I'll actually get my package on time instead of having to hunt for it.

On today June 22 2019 the postal delivery person took an envelope that I placed in the mail box for my daughter to pick up, and throw it on the front lawn. I seen this on my ring security flood light cameras, I need to talk to a manager, a supervisor, are someone I have reported problems with the postal delivery people before. Now if someone had taken this package off my lawn before my daughter got there and found it on the lawn and called me about it and if I didn’t have a video of this on my cameras the postal delivery person would swear up and down that they didn’t do it. And something need to be dawn about this. I’m going to send this video in to the media. I am very upset that some of the postal delivery peoples don’t give a Dame about there customer service, the people, and have no respect for other people’s property. There's only 1 mail carrier that knows what he's doing. An older man that delivers in New Woodland Acres Subdivision, that's it. I live in Woodland Acres now and have received coupons with coupons missing on the pamplets, a female carrier lost my government papers and so forth. I have called the office to no avail and they give me the run around. This place has gone down the hill! Someone needs to come in and clean house! They cover for themselves and when one makes a valid poibt they simply dismiss it and say "fill out a request form. It's the only way we can help" Like, really? YOU lost my mail, YOU are responsible, take hold of it and accept it. These overpaid rude heathen need to realize that other people's lives and livelihood are at stake because of their mistakes!

Honestly, if you realize that there are a lot of people that use this location and, regularly, you have people who don't try to be quick about their business, then you feel and understand the frustrations that arise on both ends... And yet, they're usually cordial and as prompt as can be. I came on to review the place because a package was indicated as delivered at my mailbox but it was not there. Today, the fellow whom I spoke to mentioned that he would go to the location of my neighborhood boxes after speaking to the mailman. I got home to my awaited package! I'd never heard of someone doing that but i was overjoyed after waiting several days for it. Excellent work! Good people work there, folks, we just have to be a little patient sometimes too.

I have repeatedly had missing mail and packages. I have had yet another package that was dropped off go missing. I make extra income by selling things on eBay and sites like it. I also order merchandise. I lose out on money every time they lose my mail. I have been waiting for a package to update from “pre-shipment” all day. I dropped at the mail at 7am. I understand COVID has made things harder but the truth is I had issue with this post off since before COVID. I am never given compensation for the package they always find and excuse not to do so. They have even lost important mail from the IRS and I have had to deliver mail from SSI to my neighbor down the street (not even the same name as my street) because it was in my box.

Have people waiting at the “quick” service door for over 30 minutes, I go wait inside the normal line for another 10 minutes just so the man can tell me go to the other door because he can’t leave the counter and that he can’t leave the counter. I’m picking up mail that was on hold or was SUPPOSE TO BE ON HOLD because I get to my home and the mailbox is stuffed. If you don’t want to work at the post office then don’t no need to be rude to anyone. On the good side the two nice ladies on the other counter there today looked like they were very happy to be there with big smiles props to y’all for looking happy.

They are very short staffed. I waited for 10 minutes at the side door with 2 others. We got in line for the service desk and it went quickly. The lady that helped me said she couldnt find my mail that I had on hold for a week. She was genuinely apologetic and informed me to come back tomorrow if it wasnt delivered today (last day of mail hold). She is the only reason they didnt get a one star. On top of being short staffed, the boss was having a meeting in the back with staff, which shouldve been done before operation hours. Numerous people were in there to complain about not getting mail in over a week.

Horrible service. OMG whyyyy, why why! I do not receive my packages! Litteraly can not order anything because I know I will not receive them, waste of money! They get scanned, it says delivered at mailbox or at gate, so I go check and NOTHING. Some days the package will say delivered then I won't get it for like 3 days afterwards. What's the point of tracking the package??? I can't wait to move cause the mail services around cloverleaf are horrible, and you get no help when you call either. Just straight out rude. Judging from the reviews Y'all just need to be shut down already

I wish I had stayed in line to see the worker who was on the right most. I ended up with Severin (forgot her first name) and she had absolutely no idea what she was doing. She couldn't find the address (even though the previous worker could), did not know what a PO Box was, seemed COMPLETELY lazy and disinterested and kept saying, "i dont know" and "i guess" to every single one of my comments or questions. One week later and here we are- my package was NOT properly delivered in time and it'll create a major headache for me. I'll be filing an official complaint against her as well.

Delivery employees don't pull up scheduled re-delivery requests and manager had no idea why they didn't do it. Instead of making sure the problem was corrected right away, they made an excuse and said they could deliver tomorrow. Doesn't sound like managerial material to me. So now I have to spend a SECOND day at my house to wait for a package that might or MIGHT NOT be delivered..maybe if y'all paid attention to reviews and complaints, the usps wouldn't be hurting for money so bad...

Omg !!! I should had read the reviews before going to this location I had send important documents out of the country and now I am gambling my luck find them. I thought since is USPS that they were more trustworthy, I even paid a higher fee just so that it would arrive faster. I am literally crying because of this . I showed up to this location and they say there is nothing we can do! and with an attitude …Really?? I just wish God hears my prayers and I find my documents.

I was greeted with rolling eyes. Told that my package had not arrived with out even checking on it. Asked to step out of line so they could take care of the long line behind me. When I spoke to the manager he was able to check on my package. I told him his staff was very rude and disrespectful but he seemed not to be bothered by my comments. I can only assume he doesn't know how to be a leader and that's why the office is being ran like a McDonalds instead of a Chick-fil-a.

Worst service ever. Several times mail hasn't shown up at all (following tracking that say out for delivery but no one shows up) live in Cloverleaf, bogus tracking updates. Saying things that never occur (notice left when no one ever showed up) been to resolve in morning, told it was on the truck, next update (at 3am!) saying it was being returned to sender with update stating it happened at 2pm. Would consider moving just to get out of this post office's jurisdiction.

I always get every one else's packages except my own. I've gotten more than 5 packages from people around the area not even my own street. I live in an apartment where it's gated to get to my door and instead of opening the gate to drop off the package they leave it OUTSIDE the gate for people to steal, I can have the gate open and they still won't put it inside. I do have a mailbox please use it! Or atleast throw the danm package over the fence, a knock something!!

I think i will contact a news channel to report them... mail carrier trashes the weekly sales papers instead of delivering them... got this info from a carrier herself.. she said i dont get mine because that person is lazy and dont want to carry them!!! that to me is a federal offense.. its MY mail!! and i havent received them for 1 month now .. and im tired of it they get paid about $25/ hr and more.. and for what to decide what mail i should get..... oh no!!!

The employees are very courteous and friendly but they definitely need more help. This Post Office is always extremely busy but doesn't have enough employees to accommodate the large amount of customers on a daily basis. This makes services extremely poor because the employees can only do so much at one time. They NEVER answers the telephone and takes forever to come to the door for package pickup. One frustrated business customer.

I should have listened to the reviews. I sell items online & i usually go with the alternatives. Unfortunately, this time I had to go through these guys. They lost my package. They are completely & utterly useless. Can’t seem to get any help now that im at the “quick service door” they act confused, like they don’t know what to do. Tracking shows “in possession of USPS” but they have no idea of what it is or what happened.

Postal Clerk # 12 who is a tall black guy with an unshaven face acts more like a street pimp, not a professional employee, so avoid him if you can. There are some good people who work there, but for the most part the entire U.S. Postal Service needs some competition. Which is why it should stop being a government run monopoly. I would like an alternative, private Post Office where I could go and enjoy doing business.

There are some really nice folks at this location (the stars are for them) BUT the carriers for my neighborhood are just TRIFLING. Bulk packages are left leaning against the mailbox on the wet ground (several times) and when they do decide to leave bulk packages at the door, the carrier drives up the driveway, yapping on the phone loudly, and will then SIT and finish her conversation in the driveway. BEYOND SOULFUL.

Quite possibly the worst post office in the United States! We’re do you start? The place is filthy all the time. Long lines poor customer service short hours! Everything is always broke and in need of repair. It’s like you are transported to a third world country when you walk in the door! Worst place in 77013 I mean the gas station next door is cleaner and run better your tax dollars hardly at work!

Mail carrier is very nice and friendly. However, I have experienced several times where I get my neighbors mailed delivered to me. My mail some how didn't make it to me. Then sometimes they don't give me all of my mail and have to come back and give me the rest. Not a good eye for detail and need to pay more attention to whose mail you are delivering.

Terrible……I’ve been waiting at this door for over an hour trying to pick up a package that failed to be delivered because “They just didn’t put your package in the truck” is what was explained. I left because who knew it would be this hard to pick up a package. Do not ever go to that side door, it’s obvious no one is actually back there.

Mail carrier pulled up in front of my house . I went outside but she was on a personal call so I went in house. When I went outside to get mail, I had a could not deliver a certified letter. (The pinkslip) She never came to my door to try to deliver it. Now I have to go to post office to pick my letter up. That's sorry service. Period.

Maxey Road post office is a perfect example of why the post office needs to be privatized. The workers are lazy, slow, have no idea what customer service is. The postmaster at this location should be fired as well as the entire staff that works facing the public. This forces at least one star, that is too much for this bunch of mourns

Very rude , disrespectful , and lazy. They will hang up on you every time. They get mad at you for asking a simple question about anything. I am now starting to refuse to order anything from anyone that will ship through usps. I have three different items from three different people and they have all been stuck here for a month now.

They keep losing my mail. They have a customer service number. But nobody you talk to on the customer service will ever talk to anyone at that location. No communication. The worst service ever. I don't think anyone at that location cares at all about anything. That place needs completely new management and employees

I really like this post office. It is really close to where I live, and it is very convenient. Every time I go there, the employees are very friendly and helpful. They will also clarify things that you don't know about. They are also open on Saturdays, which a lot of other post offices do not open on that day. :)

Never get my packages delivered to my home. They always their was never home, when their is always someone here. The clerk put the priority mail tag in the wrong place an it got stuck to another package an ended up in Minneapolis MN . Took one week to get to Conroe Tx when should have gotten there the next day. I will NOT use this branch any more. Bad bad service. No wonder the mail is so messed . …

I put my mail on hold for 30 days last month. I stopped by today to pick up my mail. I rang the doorbell, someone came to get my name, but 45 minutes later, I’m still waiting for the person to return either with or without my mail. A wasted 45 minutes. This Post Office needs help. Seriously!

This is the world's worst post office! Zero customer service skills! Slow to do their job but quick to argue! They don't bring all my mail or deliver it all over the neighborhood but my house. They don't scan packages I send out so my business has taken a hit. Just horrible!!!

This is the second time that luckily my neighbors have turned in my delivery since I have no idea why the delivery person it’s been dropping off my stuff to different locations and the packages have my information correct and that’s is how my neighbor was able to find me

they brought me a package opened and just left the device without its components. I can't even call, no phone here. there has been several times when they have shipped my stuff to a different house. you can easily tell where they took off the tape to look what was inside

This location is terrible, the staff is rude and arrogant. The way they correct a problem is by putting you on hold. I asked to speak with a post master and was told she would get a supervisor. I wouldn't recommend this branch to anyone for any reason.

This location does need improvement however, please don't generalize the entire post office based on a few bad apples. That wouldn't be fair to the ones who actually take pride in their jobs by trying to do the right thing for the customer.

Tried calling for help with missing package. The hold time on the phone was quoted as 40 - 50 minutes. I can not believe that. Guess I should have hung on when it was 30 - 40 minutes. I'm in Utah or I would go down there. Thanks a bunch.

I would do -10 stars if it was an option. When there is an issue with your mail all they say is they don’t know and after that no one else knows. Don’t waste your time giving them service.. all the reviews say it. Super bad service

This post office is horrible! They can't put the mail in the right boxes. They are rude and lazy and know nothing about customer service. They also don't put notices in boxes like they are supposed to and then blame the customer.

My experience is a very good one, years of service from this post office. I have noticed some of the customers are enough to make you want to pull your hair out by the roots!! The majority of customers are very patient. Good job!

Lost my package but still claimed it was delivered in our locked mailbox, so we can’t get a refund. Refused to problem shoot (ie maybe it was put in the wrong mailbox) because it is impossible that they made a mistake apparently.

Came in just to ask if I need to pay for a box now or when I ship it. Line almost to the door with only one cashier. Went to quick service door, long wait there just to ask a simple question.

The usps White old lady delivery women she put boxes on top of mail box so anyone can take it, I haves lost few items that I bought. This lady with bad attitude is not delivering my mail.

For as long as I can remember we had a regular man bring our mail....no problem at all. Starting this year. nothing is good. I have complained.........still nothing........they SUCK.!!!!!

It's okay. They are always out of African American stamps. The lobby was dirty and full of trash and the kiosk usually have few flat rate items. The staff is very helpful and courteous.

It's dirty, unorganized, all their pens are broken off and they don't supply pens to guests from what they told me. Just walking in you can tell how messy it is.
