I tried going in to get a refund for over night shipping and the person I spoke to was no help. She told me to call some supervisor named Joselita and of course the number she gives me doesn’t work. Never use this post office or USPS ever! They suck. Also while I was there, a big line started to form. Some chick instead of jumping in to help called her coworker who wasn’t there and told them to come help. Like why not help yourself instead of being lazy. It’s literally your whole mos to be a post office employee 4 other employees walked to the front and still didn’t help. This place and it’s employees are a joke

Like most Military bases this base has a Post Office (staffed by civilians but mostly military personal) and is only accessible to those who have base privileges. No need to give it 1 star because you can’t access it. The staff is very kind and professional. I like to go to this location because it is clean, good parking and even when busy they move the line along quickly.

Customer service is not a priority. Understand breaks, but when you have a line, don't leave. Handle business or get someone to cover you. Especially when you leave during a busy time.

Great staff, great location, and there's never a long wait. Best post office in the region. You must have base access to use this post office though.

Love the staff here, they are always nice, very helpful and good at what they do. This post office is located inside a military base.
