"The woman working at the front desk today December 13th at 12:51pm was the friendliest USPS employee I have ever encountered"
"Waited over an hour for the post office to open"
"**Lower relating due to long wait time** Ms"
"I come here almost every day and the staff is very kind and patient explaining things to people"
"That lady that was in the front at 10am was loud and rude for no reason! We came to get a passport book and her tone was very rude, idk why every postal office has bad customer service yall need to hire new people that will show respect towards customers"
The woman working at the front desk today December 13th at 12:51pm was the friendliest USPS employee I have ever encountered. She was efficient, helpful, kind and patient despite being the only one at the counter with a continuing line of customers. Thank you for being an amazing human and happy holidays!
Waited over an hour for the post office to open. Employee was supposed to arrive at 9, never showed up. When the next person finally arrived she had an attitude with me when asking a simple question. Worst post office I’ve ever been to and last time I’ll ever come to this location as well.
**Lower relating due to long wait time** Ms.Gwen took care of our passports today. She was extremely personable, thorough, and helpful even after stepping in to take care of all the passport appointments the had become back logged for several hours due to no fault of her own.
I come here almost every day and the staff is very kind and patient explaining things to people. Don’t forget post offices are run by the government, so don’t blame the employees for your frustration. I’m just grateful to be able to ship things easily for a decent price.
That lady that was in the front at 10am was loud and rude for no reason! We came to get a passport book and her tone was very rude, idk why every postal office has bad customer service yall need to hire new people that will show respect towards customers
This staff is horrible rude and condescending at that. Came here to get new passport and they were being rude and plain disrespectful to almost everyone .No kind of respect for the community or ppl in general!.This one worker in particular
The worst customer service! Now I know why they have bad reviews! Had an appointment to get my son's passport and I get there just to be told it was canceled and someone should of called me! No one called me, the lady at the front was rude
The attitudes, ugly looks, and nasty remarks are absolutely disgusting. You can’t even ask a simple question without being talked to crazy. Whoever S. Pickett is needs to change her attitude. Amazon delivery guy showed up after me and told
The customer service here is so beyond unacceptable. Every single time I have gone to this location, the staff is extremely rude to each person that goes up to the counter. For no reason at all. I understand how difficult it can be to deal
Wow. Only go if you want to be yelled at. Spend a little more money and go to FedEx … they are nice to you are your stuff actually gets there. We had boxes returned to us, not our fault, and the post office wanted to us to pay again. And
If I could give ZERO stars I would. The lady who works the front counter (I think her name is Danielle) is the rudest lady. She’s always super condescending, aggressive and rude. You can’t even ask her a question without getting a dirty
On Nov 5th mail carrier I believe she said her name was colmer was leaving a SORRY YOU WERE OUT PINK slip IN MAILBOX when I walked out my front door she said I'm sorry I didn't think anyone was home. Well if she would of knock she would
Give Spencer and the employees at this location a raise (but specifically Spencer)! I live near this location and they are ALWAYS busy. I feel for the postal workers, especially during this time and especially this location. The line is
UPDATE: Every time I've gone inside to make a transaction the employees are always friendly and helpful. However, when I have Amazon packages delivered by USPS, they're saying they are delivering them to the mailbox but they are leaving
This is what happens when people forget how blessed they are to be employed. Lazy, rude, disrespectful, and hateful is the only way to describe the employees at this post office location. I ordered an item through Amazon and the sender
WORST post office in Houston. There is one lady there in particular who is on a power trip and thinks she can talk to you however she wants. Worst staff I have ever dealt with. Everyone needs to be fired there. Avoid avoid avoid
If i could give less stars I would. I’ve never experienced good interactions here but always thought it was a one off. It’s incredible how dismissive and disrespectful the employees can be towards every single customer in line.
Weird strict angry energy. You need to be an expert in all things USPS in order to get out of there not being yelled at. Prepare your system to be attacked. One woman in particular (same one everyone else is complaining about)
Employees are very rude and unprofessional. Worse service ever if they are unhappy with their job they shouldn't be working here smh they talk to people like if they are working in a correction facility very ghetto.
Had a very pleasant experience quick in and out and Tory helped me with my needs she was professional attentive and i definitely recommend this post office for their amazing staff and smooth experience.
The best post office. I've been multiple times and got passport for our son here. Sure there are lines, but the people who work here are helpful and in a good mood the vast majority of the time.
Best Customer service I have ever received from any postal service mail facility. Ms Gwen was extremely helpful and patience with us for passport applications. Thank you so much Ms Gwen
Worst post office ever. Terrible service, awful customer service. And to top it all off we don’t get our mail. Out of last 4 days only received 1day. Heads should roll over there.
why must the post office always be a place with rude & unpleasant employees? no assistance & no supplies for the customers, but plenty of attitude for anyone who wants it …
S. Pickett, if you don't like your job then find a new one. Downright rude, entitled and lack of respect. Luckily there's an ice cream shop down Cavalcade where I cooled off.
Rude disrespectful cashier. public servant has no respect for customers. Yelling at people and barking orders. They really could care less about the public
I am here at 11:53am on Saturday and it is locked and closed, ghost down. Atleast a dozen other people here too. Supposed to be open until noon.
The never have staff and they are super slow and if you go between 12-2:30 they are in a lunch break so you won’t be able to send anything.
I've been here a handful of times. Every time they are doing the best they can to keep the line short and moving.
I hate to be lied to but these folks are good at it. No delivery but plenty of lies and excuse since 10/19 to now
