They missed placed equipment that is worth 1300 dollars. And I am stuck with paying somebody that much money with even having the items because the post office equipment is out of date. The carrier I talked to was nice and is still looking for it but should have never happened in the first place. Absolutely horrible

I've been coming to this post office for almost 10 years. It's a small post office in a big city. There's usually not enough help but the people try. The hours are not ideal because people were coming in to the post office at night. It is convenient if you're going through broad ripple. I keep my post office here.

Today, I dropped off several packages for delivery. The clerk was on her cell phone the entire time I was in the building to drop off my packages. She was clearly not paying attention to me as a customer. She put the wrong shipping information on one of my packages, and now I have one going to the wrong place.

Slow, slow, painfully slow service. Employees make clear they don't care and treat you with disinterest. I've never encountered a more lethargic set of postal workers. There is no urgency in their work, and they are not interested in helping you (the customer and taxpayer funding them)

Drive up mail box is stuffed full the last 3 times I tried to drop mail off. Need to empty it more often or put a 2nd one out front for drivers. Office hours are inconvenient for some people so there should be a box available outside (that is not full) for patrons to drop mail.

Terrible customer service. Just terrible. I had a postage paid return and they would not put a piece of tape on the box for me to seal it. Like seriously??? This of course was after she looked at me standing in line and walked away from the desk to do everything but help me.

Don't go here unless you have a lot of time to waste. Came in and there was only 1 employee in sight and the person at the counter had about 20 packages to mail and it was taking about 5 minutes for each package to print a label and get ready. Totally outrageous.
