I will never visit this location ever again! I visited the location around 6pm. I walked in with my wedding dressed packaged to be sent back for resizing. I sat my package on the island, filled out my shipping info and began to use the tape that was lying on the island. The whole time the clerk watched me tape up this box, then asked to look at my shipping label because to my realization it was Ups and not a USPS LABEL. So I went back to the table and finished taping my box after asking if I could just finish up. I grabbed my keys and box and began to leave. He stopped me and made me pay for this tape that was already lying on the island for customers to use. So I said OK I'll go ahead and pay for it. He then rung me up $4.29 for some used roll of tape that shelf labeled as $3.49! And he was really gonna give me that used tape. So I grabbed a new roll and placed it on the counter. He threatened to call security to carry my ass out...and I'm 7months pregnant! The floor was filthy and full of trash. There was two clerks behind the table, one of them should have been cleaning the place up making it look more presentable. I will NEVER EVER go to this post office ever again!! I will be calling corporate Monday first thing!

Before I decided to do a review, I read what others had posted and I was astounded. I have never had a bad experience in the four years I have used this location. I do think some staff have been fired or reassigned? I am grateful for this location and I have gone beyond my “designated” post office to use it. Well stocked and friendly, well-trained staff. Open late, until 8:00pm, but if you need it stamped and on the out-bound truck, get there before 7:00pm. Also allow time for a short line! My only complaint: USPS, GET THE ONE AGENT SOME HELP BEHIND THE COUNTER! ESPECIALLY DURING PEAK SEASONS! PLEASE!

I go to this facility once a month to get postal money orders that I save as supposed to putting my money in a bank account. Reason is because postal money orders have no expiration date But when I go there there is one lady that's really gorgeous and her name is Tomika And she's very friendly and courteous. I have had a crush on her forever and a day and I've come to realize that she's hiding a secret. It's hard for customers to see until she stands up to go get an item for a customer. It is at that moment you realize.... the seriousness of the situation...♥️♥️

Went twice. The first time the location was closed MORE THAN TWO HOURS before the posted time. One of the attractive aspects of this location was that it is SUPPOSED to be open until 8pm. Whatever. Went back today at 2pm and was excited because there was no line. Wanted receipts for my pre-paid packages. Employee told me that there was no one to provide me with my receipts and that "he" would return at 3:30m. PLEASE believe the negative reviews. I DOUBT THIS YOU WOULD FIND THIS KIND OF SERVICE IN BUCKHEAD. Never, ever, ever again will I waste my time at this location.

I do not understand how this location still exist. I've given this place chance after chance and I am continually let down. Why are you as an associate able to tell customers that the USPS location has to close early because they didn't give you a lunch?? So instead of 8 you close at 6:30....not to mention all I needed was a receipt for 6 prepaid packages. Even the truck guy there to receive the packages did not accept my PREPAID mail. This really makes me not even want to do business with USPS anymore. Y'all have to do better. This is absurd!!!!

My mom used this location to send me two packages while I was deployed. One package had food items in it and the other had more expensive things such as clothes, hair care products and things of that nature. I got the package with the snacks in it and mysteriously the other package disappeared. I tried tracking it and it was like the package never existed. So I guess someone got an early Christmas gift because I didn't. Great way to treat soldiers.

It would be enlightening for them to experience the hardships that many face every day, without the protection or privileges they currently enjoy. I have a strong dislike for this place and the lack of professionalism and competency displayed by the workers here."

These people at this location does not want a job. They closed the post office early. I needed to send an envelope certified and I couldn’t because they had locked the post office and was sitting out side waiting for the truck..... this level of incompetence is why the post office is going to be a thing of the past. Fire everyone in the office and give the jobs to people that care!

If I could leave less stars I would. The taller dark skin woman is rude. Store closes at 8pm, but she locked the doors at 6:40pm. Does not acknowledge customers. Poor excuse of employee. Also, the line is always out of the door. Only one employee with 20 customers (no exaggeration) in line.

I read the reviews and couldn’t wait to inside. I will LEAVE A REVIEW in a heartbeat. I didn’t have ONE PROBLEM. The heavyset young lady with the braids was VERY nice. Now, she did have an issues with an older lady while I was standing there BUT she was very nice and professional with me.

The wait here is HORRIBLE! They only have one person working and she has no urgency in the service she is providing! I understand we’re in a pandemic but both counters for service should be open! I know there are people that need jobs if there are vacancies! Ridiculous!

I have never had a problem with this location.. yes sometimes the line may be long.. people need to have patience.. if you choose to wait why get upset.. I have waited at times other time I just walked right in.. if you put out negative energy.. then expect the same.

They lied and said the holding my package so to my request and that not accurate because i never spoke to no one and they never answer the phone i don’t understand why they even got this location open they do not do they job someone need to investigate them seriously

I’m taking this to another level. This lady intentionally broke all of my jars amd one package didn’t come to me. She claims to be the Supervisor. She damaged all of my packages bc I left empty boxes in the post office. I won’t stop until something changes.

Ms. T was the nicest and most helpful person ever. She was friendly to me and every other customer she helped. I've never mailed a package before and she was very understanding and helpful

Hella ghetto, lazy, and unprofessional. Don’t want to work, purposely have you waiting. The line in literally to the door like mall entrance . The are conversing amongst each other. Ugh

I’ve been here a couple of times and have gotten really good customer service. Maybe I came on good days but the workers have always been nice. Especially the lady with the red hair.

The customer service at this loccation is and has ALWAYS been deplorable! Long lines and employees that know more about rocket science than shipping procedures. PLEASE DO BETTER!

I paid EXTRA for expedited shipping, yet my package arrived to my sender in the same about of time as regular standard shipping. This happened twice. Unacceptable! Smh.

That same "heavyset girl with the braids" is the same LAZY low life that closes the store whenever she wants. Her days are numbered. I've seen to that.

Tomika is great! She is ALWAYS courteous and polite. She handles my packages efficiently, and gives a receipt. Wish all employees were like her!

They were not busy yet had 2 people working the window. The ladies were pleasant and helpful. This was actually refreshing in a post office.

The wait is bad here and the hours posted are wrong. They open at 1100 not a minute before. Don't waste your time .
